I see most people hate FT because of slow shipping. Do ya'll ever stop to realize a lot of it has to do with customs? Besides my packages arrive within 8-10 business days, regardless how big or small they are! Just sayin! o_O

If you are ordering something you need fast you should have already known better than to order from FT. Just sayin'.

Everything in stock? No issues.
Something out of stock and/or discontinued? Strange things will happen. I'd describe these strange things, but I'm still trying to wrap my brain around it all.

I've only used them once for drip tips, I would never order anything over $20. It took almost 2 months to get a few drip tips but they are nice and cost me $6.

yeah gear best sucks the big one. My last 3 or 4 orders from fastech spent more time in the Shitcago customs than it did leaving China to USA.

If FT banned about 5-8 regular forum trolls (and their sock puppet accounts), overnight it would become a much nicer place to use.

I think till now the relatively small number of English speaking staff, along with what appears to be a "don't ban trolls if they're still spending money" policy has given a tiny but energetic group the chance to bully anyone who comes along with a different opinion than their own.

You only have to piss off one of them (easily done), and the rest will thereafter descend on every thread in which you post, trolling you in a pack.

Even though they represent less than 1% of the total forum membership, they manage to turn thread after thread into repetitive ad hominem attacks, repeatedly ignoring every olive branch, and steadfastly refusing to have an honest conversation about anything.

There is never any originality, wit, or good natured undercurrent to any of it either. It is just pure bile from people who lost intellectual or technical arguments about politics, vaping, or whatever, and thereafter want to get revenge by forming part of a boringly incapable tag-team of nobodies, trolling threads into infinity.

There. Just wanted to get that off my chest. :)

Fasttech has delivered 3 counterfeit products in a row to me. One being a replacement for the first, which they admitted was fake. It has been 12 days, and they won't even respond to my service ticket.

They did this to me too lol. I had sent back a mod twice, I didn't want another.
They tell me the product was discontinued. I said awesome. Link them the item i want, and the next message was,, oh good. We found one in storage. And it's been sent.
Then they say if I wanted a different product I should have mentioned it prior. Huh?!? Lol. I guess this ones going back too as it's garbage. Oh well....

There was definitely some bullshit going on with the hardware I got from them, and I never could get a straight answer from them regarding what they learned about it. They did initially insist it wasn't counterfeit, but then never mentioned it again during our later back-and-forths.

It seems like they're purposefully selective on what parts of messages they answer.

Well, the waits were nowhere near 12 days. But my last ticket from start to finish took over a month. And that's only because I gave up and told them to close it.

I got what I wanted... a better idea of what a return request might be like. It was pretty obnoxious.
