Does FA (FlavorArt) have something like these 2 flavors? If so please try to let me know what they are and how they substitute from CAP. I have a all CAP recepie that im trying to copy with FA.

Thanks. That is deff useful information to have.

What i was referring to was the Vienna Cream and Cream Fresh. What is what compared to CAP or any other company?

iVape, I believe you have ultimately to try them out to really get the difference.

One aspect of the chemical difference is that neither of those FA flavors you listed have butyric acid, whereas both Cap Butter Cream and Cap Sweet Cream (presumably) do. (Not, apparently, DAP, though!) Oftentimes people perceive FA creams as having a "dryer" flavor. I have recipes where I prefer the FA Creams (Vienna and Fresh) to other brands, and some I like with Cap or TFA creams. There is something fresher and more authentic to me about FA creams, generally.

These are also "not sweet", as compared with TFA Dairy Milk, TFA/CAP Sweet Cream, Hangsen Cream, etc.
But adding 0.5% FA Marshmallow + 0.5% FA Meringue helps to sweeten them up a bit, works with fruits and bakery too.
And 0.5% FA Jamaican Rum or 0.5% FA Brandy, better as "dark sugar" for bakery types if you don't have/use TFA Brown Sugar.
(Personally I think the Brandy is a bit sweeter than the Rum).

Ok will add .5 of both. But does TFA/CAP Sweet Cream = Vienna or Cream Fresh?

I'd say no, as I almost never use the FA Creams, except for FA Condensed Milk that is.
I just like the TFA Dairy Milk, Hangsen Cream, & Sweet Cream much better personally.
Even TFA Vanilla Swirl is a decent one by comparison.
But if I didn't have any Sweet Cream, or my other favorites, I'd probably use FA Vanilla Classic + Fresh Cream myself.

I recently got both CAP Sweet and Butter Cream to play with. I expect they are both steepers? I love my FA creams and such but curiosity is something I struggle with lol.
