Might have to keep going up with the 3 Butterscotch flavors.
Think I've seen some recipes using over 10% even with using just one BS flavor.
And the other typical "thing" that Butterscotch & Caramel flavorings don't have is the same sweetness we get from eating it.
Like Vienna Cream isn't as sweet as TFA Dairy Milk for instance.
IDK if sweeteners/stevia would wreck it or not, but may be OK if adding a drop or 2 in 15ml.
I just prefer adding some "neutral" flavors that have some sweet built in.
Like small amounts FA Marshmallow & FA Meringue.

I tried the FW Butter Pecan a few months back standalone @10%. It was good, but not sweet enough for me. I was also getting what I perceived as a slight bitter pecan shell taste. Adding 1.4% of TPA Brown Sugar solved both minor problems for me.

On my to-do list is to mix it with CAP and/or Tfa VBIC.

I found that same thing happening to me at higher percentages. It's much better at lower percentages to me, I think it's one of the more concentrated flavoring. And I also need to use some type of sweetening with it. I haven't used brown sugar, I will try that! I usually end up using one of my caramels with it and a touch of sweet cream depending on what I'm using it in. It's also very good with FLV Cream & Honey :)

Beware with the brown sugar it is pretty strong. At least the FA Brown sugar I have is.
Nice but do not use too much.

I've noticed the Brown Sugar extra gunks my wicking pretty quickly, even using just one drop per 10 mls or so
I use Brown Sugar Extract. Not sure what the diff is but yes it would be a bad coil gunker at higher concentrations.
I put about 1 drop / 10 ml in a tobacco mix I make.

agreed .. have also been thinking along these same lines.. that and ..

I haven't used brown sugar, I will try that!
the TFA BrownSugar .. as Brown sugar is of course a main ingredient to real Butterscotch.

Did not think about the cream and honey.. will have to give that a try...! :)

The Brown Sugar also works good with the Caramels IMO.

That makes sense! ... I think of caramel and butterscotch as like ... cousins or something.. lol

True this, and I've also tried HIC's Buttershots but it's not my thing.

I bought some pre-mixed Buttery Nipple from somewhere a few years back and it was so good, but recently tried to find it again.
That was the one I was trying to clone but think it was discontinued.

Some other flavors I have yet to try mixing in with the BS as helpers:
FW Butter Pecan
FW Butterscotch Ripple
FLV Butterscotch (I don't have this one yet)
This ripple is really a very good stuff. I've been playing with it in a few recipes and is fantastic.

Hi there, I wanted to check and see if you've tried FW Butterscotch Ripple yet. I've been experimenting with it, and find it to be one of the greatest flavors in my stash. I've tried mixing it with cookie, cream, cake, and custard, and it is a huge success whatever route I go. FW has really impressed me with this flavor

This is a slight variation of a NotCharlesManson recipe. The original uses regular FW Butterscotch, but it's much better with Natural. Also responds well to small amounts of CAP Super Sweet, though I prefer it without.

Apparently, I got up in the middle of the night while on Ambien and made some new juice. At least I left myself a note telling me what I did because I knew I wouldn't remember when I woke up. lol I took some butterscotch and mixed in a little brown sugar, sesame and sweetener. It's actually pretty good. Wish I had written down what proportions I used, though. :teehee:

No I haven't tried it yet only cause I've slowed way down on ordering more flavors.
So many flavors I have already not being used kinda bugs me...

Ah, I hear ya.
I should take your advice. I spent another 75 at BCV. For some reason, I have to do the 75 so I get the free shipping lol.

I have about 300 flavors now. And love mixing things. I've been experimenting with Real Flavors, the ones that have the check marks (at BCV). They're alright. Oatmeal Cookie is different.

Anyway, I'm fully addicted to mixing. There should be a vaping anonymous lol

What gets me is when I dig through my flavor bottles and find a new, untried, unused bottle of a flavor that the manufacturer does not even make anymore...

Well, I got home and found a bottle of FW BS Ripple in my inventory, figures I'd forget about it.
Looks like I used a bit but don't even remember what I even tried with it.
Been stuck in a rut just making a few of my favorites these days:(.

What's your favorites BTW? Curious to know

Strawberry Ice Cream, Strawberry Biscuits, Strawberry Cakebatter
Vanilla Ice Cream
Blue Dwarf Ice Cream (Modified Screwball recipe by Willbo on VU)
Rocket Man Clone (tweaked a bit) (by Willbo on VU) (It was in the "Screwball" recipe thread)

Make these once in awhile...
Butter Pecan Ice Cream
Bust a Nut (By Alisa on e-liquid-recipes.com)
Butter My Nuts (by madjagar on VU)
These Creamy Nuts (tweaked a bit) (by madjagar on VU)

Actually made a Lime Sherbet the other day I've not made for quite some time.
Still tweaking it although it's not bad.

I can't wait to try those!
I ordered FW butter pecan earlier today, and I cannot wait to try it when it comes in.
I've been having a lot of success with FW flavors, and find them to be great by themselves and of course blended with other various favorites as well. They are good, and come with a better price.

Also, I finally, after a year of trying to perfect it, have made a mother's milk that blows Cutwoods out of the water (which was the goal)!

I'm really excited about it, and am ready to post it now, finally. I just want people to try it and see what they think. But I just don't know how to get people to view it.

This one?
"Untested"
Strawberry Cake Batter
3% INW Shisha SB
2% JF Yellow Cake
2% FLV Cupcake Batter
2% CAP Cake Batter

I have everything but the Yellow Cake. I assume you tested it?

Anyway I have:
FW Yellow Cake
FW Ceamy Sponge Cake
FW Vanilla Cupcake
TFA Vanilla Cupcake
FA Nonna Cake

Goodness, I thought I had enough cake concentrates, now I need another? Hehe

Yes I've made it several times now, although I've dropped the CAP Cake Batter.
It was getting to be too much overall and killing the Strawberry somewhat.

If you don't have any gunking issues with FW Yellow Cake I'd use that one.
FW Creamy Sponge Cake sounds interesting as it's one I don't have.
I don't have the FW Vanilla Cupcake so it's hard to tell.
Not a fan of the TFA Vanilla Cupcake, or CAP for that matter, but maybe it's just me.
If using Nonna's Cake I'd only try it with 0.5% tho, (and I had to steep it for a week).
You could try this as the #4 in that recipe and/or try it without.
