I use @raymo2u coils, I'm still using the same clapton I bought months ago in one mod, the others have only been in attys for about a month....all are still like new after cleaning.Using Sandvik wire and proper care they can last months on months of use (was going on 8 months)...Regular wire Ive gotten a strong 2 months out of before it needed to be changed out.
As previously mentioned juices will speed up the degradation along with leaving water on it after dryburning and rinsing. Fatter coils with more meat on them seem to last a bit longer also.
Maintenance is key. Same goes for me they go out of my rda's before there on the end of their life ;')I use @raymo2u coils, I'm still using the same clapton I bought months ago in one mod, the others have only been in attys for about a month....all are still like new after cleaning.
While a coil can last months.... mine rarely live more than 3 or 4 wicks..... that's about the time I decide to change atties or builds.Maintenance is key. Same goes for me they go out of my rda's before there on the end of their life ;')

Much less time, for kanthal, or other regulated/non regulated vape wire/wick.I've noticed temp control coils can go a couple of weeks. Kanthal can go for who know how long
