If we can piss you off enough to give Vaping a try, You will never regret it. It is little like smoking because it's not. Gives you the same thing. Nicotine. Leaves out the 4000 chemicals of cigarettes have that KILL Us. Took Me a lung infection to figure it out. Don't be Me. Try a e-cig for a day. Just try it.

One of the best decisions I have ever made was to quit smoking and start vaping. At first I was a bit turned off by the initial cost of a basic setup, (got lured into an extremely high priced B&M in my town), but once I pulled the trigger it was like a whole new world opened up, and indeed it did. No more smelling awful because of cigarettes, no more awful tobacco flavour, and a way to keep "smoking" without many of the debilitating health hazards. I no longer worry about smoking or the simulation of smoking, I just vape. in between 3 and 6 mg/ml of nicotine. It no longer has a hold on me, and I can go hours without vaping. I could not go hours without smoking.

Yes, the best decision is to quit smoking and it is beneficial for your future also. If you quit smoking you feel the whole world opened up. To overcome from these problem some drug counsellors are available who can guide you in a proper way who can help you in quitting smoking.

The difference I feel from switching cigarettes to vaping is that I can breathe much better when exercising. I don't get as tired as fast and it doesn't take as long as to catch a breath when vaping compare to cigarettes.

Another plus......After heavy coitess with a loved one, you can actually enjoy the after glow, instead of wondering when you can breathe again.
I would fidget for 15 minutes after trying to distract myself from wondering if I was going to have a heart attack.
Now that's a selling point!!

Yeah it is true . Ecig gives the same feel as normal cigarette but ecig has lessen effect as compared to analogue cigarette. Must Try guys.

N i am agree with Mofo, I know it has chemical but according to me much less effected chemicals than analogue cigarette

I used to get the bronchitis all the time from smoking. I have a weak immune system anyways. But man it didn't matter I'd stop for a week or two and start back up with the cigs. Since vaping I haven't had an infection and I hope it stays that way puffing on a proair and coughing till you feel like you could pop a lung is insane! Good for you on quitting!

I honestly never though I would quit smoking through vaping. I wasn't even really planning on quitting when I started. I had a co-worker give me an itaste vv to try with a few awesome flavors. She told me to vape during my 24 hour shift for a challenge just to see if I would like it. It didnt take long for me to fall in love. In fact, within 3 days I had completely given up smoking. I am starting to feel better after just a month of vaping and am very proud of myself for sticking to it. I love vaping and hope to get all my smoking friends on the bandwagon!

I had a similar circumstance. I was a 30 year smoker who knew that I would have to quit smoking because I was on my way to having health problems. Every night, my throat would fill with phlegm and I would gag on it for hours. I snored like a buzz saw. My wife asked that I try to quit smoking with her. She even picked out my (our) quit date, which was Nov 1, 2013. On 10/30, she was giving me a hard time because I hadn't even given it a thought. She had already started using an eCig and was 50/50 vaping / smoking at the time. On 10/31, I stopped on my way home from work and bought my starter kit. I was rolling my own cigarettes at the time, and I had 18 of them in an Altoids can when I bought the starter kit. On 11/6, I was bringing the trash cans back from the curb, and I light my last cigarette. I remember looking at it and saying to myself, "these things taste like ass. I like vaping better". I still had 6 cigarettes left in my tin. They sat on my desk right in front of me for 2 months before I finally threw them away. I feel like I cheated, because I stopped smoking without ever going through a difficult quitting process. I smoked for 30 years, and I dropped it without so much as a single craving.

My wife still smokes. She tried to go to no nicotine too quickly, and never managed to make the transition. Now, I get to remind her that she asked me to quit, and I did. LOL. Score one for us men.

As I listen to my father in law, who I care very much about, outside hacking while having a cigarette as we speak it blows my mind to think that I used to be a smoker. A 3 pack a day smoker at that. And every person I see smoking I just think, "If they'd only give it a chance..." It really sucks because I lost my Dad, my best friend, because of cigarettes. If we would have had vaping then I really think that he'd be alive right now. I'm so happy I'm not a slave to those god damn things anymore. I never thought I'd quit. Now, I can't imagine lighting up.

95% of smokers have something in common, impatience. Vaping requires patience, which is why more smokers will not switch. Even the lowest maintence cigalike requires 1000% more care to operate properly than a pack of cigarettes (where as long as they're dry and you have a lighter, they work).
(70% of statistics are made up on the spot)

I know three people in particular who smoke, I gave them some vape gear because they showed an interest in quitting. They vaped until they had to figure out how to make things work again, then gave up (a couple days later). 'did you charge your battery, is your coil super gunked, is it making a decent connection???' Ive explained how to work an ego battery set up so many times, I cant count. Can they understand the concept, sure. But will they put their understanding to use (and maybe try to learn more)? Nope.

My mom is the most frustrating case, because I care about her very much. Shes just so fucking thick headed when it comes to this stuff, and shes not alone. Learning is what keeps alot of people from switching to vapor. They make it more complicated than it is, assume its just like a cigarette, or simply have no inclination to learn something new.

I just now read another threat report by some Jewish Medical people on Vaping. What a bunch of crap. I'm still waiting on the Girl Scouts of Istanbul to kick in with their findings. Big Tobacco is on the run & will try anything to keep killing people for profit. I'm amazed Motley fool would print that. To comment I had to join their group. I don't think so. Vape on people! My O2 level is 97% up from 74% last April. Yep, Vaping is bad for Me! Their so full of shit.

My experience with cigarette were very horrible because I live in a place where vaping is not common, so I just can't simply get into a place and buy it. I was a cigarette smoker for years I couldn't remember how many, and I felt a really bad change in my breathing in general. I can't breathe properly, I easily pant, and the worst is if I stop smoking, I do feel some bad chivers and will cough like I'm going to die. So I made a research and bought my first vape at http://egarsvape.ca/en/ .. At first, I do felt like it's good but I was skeptic if it could really shift my dangerous vice into a less dangerous one. I tried to use both for some time, decreasing cigarette and using vape more. Then finally a day came that I've realized that vaping is a lot better, and at the moment, I couldn't remember when I puffed my last stick of cigar. It was a great relief in terms of my health. A lot of good changes happened. I can breathe better now, and I don't have those withdrawal symptoms anymore. So smokers there, it's a must to shift, not just for your health but for your significant others as well. It's neither a choice or a want, it's a MUST!

The first time I gave vaping a try, was over a year ago. I feel that I did not succeed because I was doing it in conjunction with smoking. This time around however, I just chose to vape 100%. I believe that I will/have succeed this time because I REFUSE to buy the "Nasties". No excuses this time around. No more "just one more pack", no more "just let me have one pull of your cigarette, I will be fine". No more excuses, period! I am done with them and I seriously prefer vaping over them! I am at very low nic levels. Most of my juice is 0% but I do have a few at 3% and one is at 6%, just for when I do really feel that I need a bit of a nicotine rush.
I am still fairly new to the game and new to being an ex-slave, but I believe that this time, I am in it for the long haul! Vape On!!

Congrats all around! Its disheartening that I told my boss I switched from analogs to vaping and his response was "Who knows if those things are even healthier?". But then I got to school him on the ingredients and remind him how ignorant he is. Quitting smoking was a HUGE accomplishment for me. 10 years, 8 of those years a pack-a-day habit. Even though I'm just a week in, the first two days were the hardest and I don't even crave a cigarette now. Already my breathing has improved, my energy levels are up, my senses are better, and my car and apartment don't smell disgusting. Unexpected side effects: I'm drinking more water to avoid any dehydration and I haven't had any alcohol this week because in my brain drinking and smoking go hand-in-hand, I'm not sure if I could handle that temptation yet. Congrats to everyone. We're awesome. There is only one smoker left at my workplace and she is incredibly stubborn(claiming her American Spirits are healthy enough-wtf?).

I think vaping is not only healthier than smoking cigs, but its cheaper too!!!:D
I agree with you on both... Well, I hope to eventually agree with you on the whole "it being cheaper" bit. However, right now it is my new obsession and it is costing me. I think that eventually I will slow down on buying every flavor I see, and stick with the flavors that I like the best. Right? I am only in my fourth week of vaping, and I am terribly obsessed! To the point of almost being afraid. LOL

My husband had been bugging me for years to quit smoking but I wouldn't give in because I LOVE smoking. Once I figured out that there was more out there than the gas station shit, it was all over. Waiting on my first order of DIY juice supplies so I can start making my own and save big money... less than $2 for 30ml? Yes please. Even with all the new stuff I buy, I still don't spend anywhere close to what I spent on analogs. And I don't smell and I can breathe!

I was not so lucky to fall in love with vaping at first draw. But, as I discover new juices and new setups, vaping is slowly becoming more appealing than smoking. Sometimes I look forward to smoking, and sometimes I look forward to vaping. When I no longer look forward to smoking, I will know I have found my ideal vape combination.

My husband and I started vaping as a way to save money instead of spending the insane amount of money smoking costs us. He started a week before I did, and never smoked another cigarette again. Once I started, I had problems with craving analogs, but I stuck with it. Last night, I was out talking to my next door neighbor who smokes, and I smoked one of her cigarettes. It tasted nasty. I'll be sticking with vaping from here on out. It's annoying that I can't just stick my mod in my purse and go because it leaks everywhere if it tilts, but I don't cough up a ton of mucus anymore, which feels great.

Good for you! Analog smoke smells like rotten meat to me. I never say anything to people that smoke but stay away from them when their smoking. Kanger & others make a huge line of tanks that don't leak period. 101 Vape, Fast Tech & other places is a start. Vapor Joes is the best place to shop for great deals! He's always spot on. ;)

iv kinda gone too and fro with smoking and vaping but been a month just on the vape now making my own juice and building my own simple coils, i just dont understand why the government is hating the vaping solution to smoking?? in the UK they have banned the sale of anything over 10ml of ejuice! and i heard not sure if this is true but sum ohm mods will b illegal to sell? crazy talk but you still want to sell cigarettes with all the carcinogens in them. i think theres a back hander going on here from the big tobacco corporations (wouldn't be the first time now would it?)

yes, I heard about this too, actually, we're in the business of e vapes, but American government banned it entirely now, in EU, it is also banned some time in some items, just like your word, the e juice is very difficult to sell in UK. Other hand, the shipment of this liquid is also a problem of us...

My initial start up into vaping was similar to JPop's. Maybe it's changed from a year or so ago but being new to the whole vaping world I had no idea where to turn to. I didn't have any friends that vaped, my only experience was with a crappy single pack (and expensive) electronic cigarette (cigalike) a few years back I got for a family member who was in the hospital and couldn't smoke.

Turning to trusty google the things that kept popping up at the top of basic searches were for things like blu, v2, halo, vaporfi. Start up prices were pretty expensive and so was ejuice. I got a cigalike starter kit from v2 with cartos. The next kit was a clearo setup with a rechargeable pen from halo, so I bought their juice (which isn't cheap). For whatever reason, other things didn't pop up like VU, fasttech or many of the various mod/atty vendors. I wish they had but I didn't find these things until later after vaping for several months. To a brand new vaper things like regulated mods and rta's/rda's look intimidating and complicated.

There are so many terms and so many options it can be overwhelming. Rebuildable tanks, genny's, coils, squonkers, battery knowledge, mech mods. I was a smoker, it was simple. Filtered end in the mouth, apply flame to the other end. I've also had the pleasure of rolling my own both with and without a rolling tool. If someone had handed me a tin of tobacco, some papers and said 'good luck' I probably would have never started smoking because it's complicated.

Hopefully newbies find a resource like this site quicker than I did. A little shared experience goes a long way to showing how simple things can be. If I'd 1) known I'd enjoy and stick with vaping and 2) known about other options as opposed to the somewhat overpriced starter kits I would have been well ahead of the game. Realizing that juice doesn't have to cost $20-22/30ml or more and that I didn't have to be a slave to proprietary factory coils.

It certainly wasn't cheaper in the beginning but it got a lot less expensive once I started using rta's and winding my own coils. No more buying crappy plastic tanks at $7/ea just to have them break, crack, come apart or fail in a week or two and necessitate having to buy another and a few more for backups. Glass and stainless steel are much more durable and cost efficient.

I love reading these success stories. I love that vaping got me off a 29 year tobacco habit. I love not spending thousands of $$$ a year on stinky clothes, dirty ashtrays, mucus, and higher risk of cancer.

As for whether it's cheaper than smoking... if it isn't, you may just have an addiction to spending money. ;)
