Hello guys how are you ?
i met a guy from ebay he sells E-Juice but what's weird is that each of the juices don't have the seal on them . He says he smells them to make sure they smell good and don't need steeping . Would guys ever buy opened juice ? his prices are really good 15$ for 60ML 10$ for 30ml . What u guys think ?

I'd never buy my juice on ebay. Too many reputable online stores and local b&m's to take a chance on buying bad stuff.

Absolutely not. "Smell to make sure they're steeped" is a giant red flag in and of itself. Like someone else said, there are far too many local and online vendors out there to take a chance.

I think his prices aren't that good, to justify that kind of business practice.

If I felt like it, I'd go for some of the in-forum sales of partial bottles... from an established member.
But not some unknown vendor.

Yeah I'd probably wouldn't just to be on the safe side. I'm sure his intentions are good (hopefully) but I'd stick with sealed bottles. Unless it's from a close friend etc and maybe they cracked it open and didn't like the flavor profile etc.

Oh hell no, there's a reason why there's tamper proof sealing on things.

Don't trust everyone you encounter on Ebay.
He's probably using empty juice bottles and refills them with whatever.

Can't understand why anyone would buy e-juice on ebay. There are just too many good reputable on-line dealers and brick-and-mortar stores to go that route.

Not unless I knew the vendor. A lot of my juice ie death sauce doesn't have seals, but I know their juice and have never had anything less than stellar experience with it so in that case I don't sweat it.

Why but from eBay? That to me indicates some random doing diy that most likely doesn't have a clean facility, possibly uses less than reputable or high quality ingredients, etc.

There are lots of vendors that don't use seals, but that's from a vendor. Not sure I'd be keen on some random joe nose fondling my juice prior to shipping it to me. I've used opened juices from a friend, someone I knew but it's like anything else. I'll eat a cake or pie from someone I know or trust but not just some glop on a plate from someone that lord knows where it came from. Much of ebay is like a shitty picked over flea market.
