Technically yes. I have an airbrush and a bunch of paints and I did do a bit way back when.
However
1.) I would have to get a look at the material and see if it would hold paint on with a primer. I would hate to do something to your mods and have it scratch off in like a week.
2.) I did basic stuff like glow effects. I wasent like an airbrush guru. No Jesus riding a skate board smoking a Jay with "fuck you" written on it.
3.) I haven't done it in AGES. So I would need some serious practice before I took on any commission work. Probably just play around with my stuff.

After a bit of practice, I'd totally let you make my mod glow in the dark. Lol.

Yes. I've already started drawing up a mod with a LED to illuminate the clouds right after a puff.

Far as chemical-wise without lighting - BIG no.

What's your favorite online juice supplier?
I hear some companies do sample pack things. I like my custom local blends but it would be nice to see what some of the hype is about for the premade stuff.

I never order juice online. Only my hardware.

If I did though, I'd use Yeti - buy one get two.

I make my own liquid, but when I do get "others" liquid it's free from a shop in Austin...

I'm surprised how many people make their own juice.
You ever wanna swap any you should jump over to the swap thread I made. I can get you some local blends from Arizona I've got like 4 shops that all mix stuff.

Vaping becomes a hobby and collecting. It's definitely not cheaper than smoking. I have 6 mods that I regularly use (@SirRichardRear dont worry, I won't mention which ones... lol jk) 15 RDA's, 12 sub ohm tanks and about to order 2 more mods... one for $120 and one for $220... maybe another $50 one too. This hobby gets addicting from the toy/collection side, but it's fun and you'll make some good friends along the way. We are all here to help. We may have differing opinions on certain mods or accessories, but we all have good intentions. Some of us love certain mods while others hate them. It's all about what YOU like and you'll figure that out as you learn and experiment.

kanger tank tend to leak on their side. If you get this you will want to secure it upright.

My toptank nano is the only one I have that doesn't leak. I've read this everywhere - so I must've got lucky.

Meanwhile, my T-VCT leaks like a siv every time I set it down whether it's on its side or not. Lol.

I've come to realize this is just something to live with while sub-ohming.

They could make more money on juice easily. The markup on juice is crazy. My local shop sells 45 bucks for a 100ml and the cost is less than 5 to make one. And that's one of the cheaper places.

Yep. Makes it hard to support the B&M's. I understand a little mark up but they mark stuff up too high. It's preys on the uneducated and inpatient. I only buy 2 kinds of juice at my favorite B&M because they sell it for $22 for a 120 ml. Other than that, they want $90 for a $45 box. No thanks. I can wait a few days to get it in the mail.

:(:gaah: It's such a shame that they feel like they have to do that. If it would have been like 10-15$ more than online I could have justified it just because shipping and convenience . But double? No thank you.
I will still buy my juices local but I don't think I'll ever buy hardware from any of these places ever again unless I absolutely need to.

I have two Toptank Nanos and one Toptank Mini and none of them leak. If I'm changing the coil I make sure everything's screwed back together solid and no problems so far.

So, did you ever get it? I've been eyeballing the Alien since you mentioned it and am seriously considering upgrading from my starter Halo Triton II.

I'm a security guard who watches screens all night and found myself eating just as something to do. So I recently picked up vaping to curb it. It's been helping with that . . . A lot actually, but it's also just fun. So I really wanna get more into the hobby side of things building etc.
I didn't smoke prior so I keep my juice at a zero or sometimes a one in nicotine. Not a fan of burn but I like big clouds. Right now I just have an all black eGo AIO by Joytec (fancy shit right?lol) and I like it fine i guess but I really wanna move up.

Admittedly astectics is huge for me I was looking at the steam punk stuff by tesla but I'm having a devil of a time finding non biased reviews in terms I can understand. I'm really new and I pick stuff up quick but not instantly. I could go to a local vape shop we have four in my tiny town but I don't wanna just get sold the most expensive thing in the place and have it like explode in my pocket. Plus they seem to cater just to men. Now I don't want like a rinestone studded pink becon of all things girly, but I do want something that doesn't looked like swiped it off my 8 year old brother with an obsession for all things flames.

Soooooooo if you want big clouds, consider an RDA. Rebuildable drip atomizer. Some easy ones to build on are Tsunami, MutationX, TwistedMesses, Kennedy (3 post) *I have one on its way now*.
As long as you use a regulated mod (you adjust the wattage) you can use the coil builder at
http://www.steam-engine.org/coil.asp to test build your coils and calculate resistance. Your mod should also have a resistance reader to double check. You can also pick up a resistance/battery reader for about $10-$15. I rarely use mine now, since it isn't precise enough. (0.04 ohm is a lot when you build at 0.2 - 0.15 ohm. It is actually the difference between a coil working or not working, since most regulated mods won't fire below 0.15 or 0.10.) But for starting out with 2.8 to 1.5 to 0.3 ohm builds, it is ok.

Even with an RDA you can build a set up that you only have to juice once every hour or so. Lower power uses less juice (for chain vaping) and higher power uses more juice (cloud production). You don't use nicotine, so no real need to go into that to much.

My wallet: NoooOOooOooO
LOL vaping is cheap, hobby vaping... well.. not so much. Just get your bling bling a bit at a time. fasttech is nice for picking up gear on the cheap. (wire, cutters, atomizers etc) but I would avoid buying your batteries there. I could write a full page on batteries, but the basic info is stick to LG, Sony, or Samsung high drain batteries. The lower the MaH rating the higher the Amps, the Higher the Mah the longer the battery lasts, but the lower the amps. For regulated mods, Samsung 25r are a really good balance.

Uhhhhh the fuck guys. THE FUCK.
Here are examples of Internet vs. Local shops for my recent purchases.

Aspire cleito
Local. $52
Internet $25. $12 for clone

Northland vapor juice 120ml
Local $29
Internet. $14. $17 shipped

Joyetech coils
Local $17 5 pack
Internet $11 5 pack

Avocado 22mm tank
Local. $55
Internet $22. $15 for clone

Mods and tanks are all priced too high to ever consider purchase from them! The markup is awful.

Once you have purchased the mod of your dreams, you can fully customize the way it looks here....

http://www.jwraps.com/Default.asp

They have decorative "Skin's" for virtually every mod under the sun.

They are very easy to install and very long lasting.

Need to figure out how to color actual vapor...

Screw You.
I'm From Texas.
best way is lights. Xmas lights on the floor or ceiling work well. Or those outdoor lazer lights that you use to decorate your house if you are to lazy to put up real lights. Hmm flashing colored vapor..

BTW food coloring will not work. Something about the pigment being oil based or solids and not enough density to actually color the mist. Not to mention, it isn't something you would want to inhale.

I would also like to know... I love mine!
Vapor DNA got the gold back in stock today! So I literally just ordered one from them!
So excited eeeeeee
I had order another gold alien kit from ebay for 22$ brand new but who knows if it's going to be the real thing or not :/ plus it's taking FORVEVER to get here. Apparently it's coming from China.

Here's my referral code for vapor DNA if you get one I think it takes 10$ off which is an insane deal on that kit.

My Smok got here and the difference is like
going from driving a jallopy to a high proformace race car.
Which granted is pretty damn cool, but I'm grinding the gears on it so to speak. It's got so much more too it that it's a hell of a learning curve.
I'll be spending some serious time tutorial watching over my grave yard shift tonight.
