I personally wouldn't go for the Nugget, or the Target mini due to the very small capacity of the battery. The Eleaf power 80W has a very respectable 5000MAH battery, which will be plenty even if you wish to run the mod at full power.

With the others, if you wished to run them at their maximum wattage, the battery would not last long at all. It is bigger than the other two mods, but I feel it would suit you better, in that it will last you all day and allow you to vape throughout the full power range the mod offers.

Is it definitely a mod with an internal battery you want? As something like the Istick Pico is a great little mod, available cheaply, and you can also run it with a 3000 MAH battery, and use it up to around 55W with a 20A cell safely.

Actually I won't be using it all time I looking for building a setup to use it at home. And for the w/o battery modes the prices with getting the battery gets higher compared to the ones I have listed.

Ok then, that is fair.

If you do want the inbuilt battery, I would go for the Eleaf ipower. The 1400MAH battery of the target really would not last long at all, but it depends how small of a mod you want, and how long you want it to last between charges. The 5000MAH battery of the Eleaf ipower would make me go for that one out of the three.

Battery life not withstanding and I can only speak of the Nugget as that's the only one I have. But I use mine pass-through all the time and it works very well in SS TC mode with an RDA.

EDIT Opp I meant Nugget not Target sorry. I fixed it above.

I recently picked up the Nugget v2, good little mod. I use a small rta (goblin 3) on it and have settled into a 0.45 ohm 430ss (TCR mode is a requirement for me) coil at 30w and I get decent battery life out of it.

That goes to work with me so it gets charged at my desk 1/2 way through the day and does just fine. Runs TC surprisingly well.

Only complaint I have is a very dimly lit screen when out on a bright day. No big deal though, once you've set it up a click higher or lower temp is all you will do so you don't really need to see the screen. That is it's 1 fail though.

They are OK, I don't own the Sub box mini, but my partner had the TopBox mini. It has broken now, but while it worked it was quite a nice little mod.

As @skt239 mentioned, the Vtnano is a lovely little mod with a DNA75 board, the SDNA 75 is also available cheaply if you are looking for a mod around the size of the sub box mini.

All of them also have removable batteries too, which may or may not be what you want though.

Well, simply put, I would not recommend and RDA with any of them. For an RDA you will want a removable, rechargeable battery. Since RDAs usually use lower resistance coils. Usually 0.5 to 0.3 to 0.2 and sometimes as low as 0.12 (actually 0.1 which is the lowest most regulated mods will do) But 0.5 to 0.3 is a respectable place to start. Now with the lower ohm builds on an RDA you use more power and drain the batteries faster, SOOO... swapping for a fresh battery is much better than waiting for your mod to recharge.
I use an Ijoy Asolo 200w mod. I like the 510 connection, the shape helps keep juice out of the 510 socket. It takes 2 18650 cells. So I have 2 in the mod, and 2 on the charger. Of course, a single cell mod will do just fine to start with, but I tend not to like istick, I don't trust the build quality around the 510 connector. Had issues.

Now if you do go the RDA route, there is lots of help here for the asking.
For tanks, those mods you listed are ok, but I would still recommend one with removable and replaceable batteries. I mean, $12 for a battery is cheaper than $50 for a mod with built in battery, right?

I also use the toptank mini RTA with the RBA. My first tank was bottom fill. The main difference... is you don't dump juice all over your hand when you do something stupid like taking the tank off the mod without holding it upsided down. (prob lost a full 15ml juice that way from multiple tips)
Down side you have to remember to close the airflow when you fill, unless you can do it quickly, or the juice will leak through the coil. (but no where even close to as fast as it pours from the bottom of a bottom fill tank that you forgot to flip with you remove it from the mod) lol
Plus your wife wont get mad at you for not sharing your "cake" (birthday cake flavor ejuice on my fingers and had to PROVE there was no actual cake. lol)

RDA use whatever resistance you put in them, unlike subΩ tanks that force you to use specific coils with specific resistances

I have 2 Ipower 80's, and am currently using Tobeco Super Tank Mini's because they work well and are so darn matchy-matchy! The gun metal and white tanks look like they were made as a set with the Ipower.
