I tell ya, I started off ordering from them to support a vendor from within my state but I've stayed with them for their uniquely uncommon appreciation of their customers :)

Edit: Shot them an email. See how bad they want my business :).

Edit again: order queued up, hope they hook it up. Might have saved a couple of little dollars as it is but not entirely sure. Added a few more things to my order but lowered the bulk size of some it (no 4oz of FA @ BCV). But that's ok, 30mls of some will last me at least a few weeks!

Have to admit, I'm stoked about their prices on CAP. Think I saved ~40% over ordering my CAP from ELM.

bull city feakin does it again !!!!!!!!!!!! if I dont like something I just wont say anything about it but when I like something I wont shut up lol. and bull city is the shiz nit my friends. long story here so grab a vape and tuck in . Im on a 2 month project up in the mountains in colorado. I get to come home friday night and I have to leave back sunday morning. I needed some PG and love the pg and vg from bull city. but I am only home on saturdays ! no problem for me cuz bull city is awesome like that. shipping is like clock work. so I put the order in late wednesday night knowing it would arrive at my door step saturday morning and it did. now here was my problem. I hopped on the web site and I got lost in flavors. ordered everything but pg ! I always let myself run out. I use very little so it never really crosses my mind until its gone. I was kinda hesitant wondering if I should bother drew on a saturday but I was desperate. so shot him a message and he hooked me up and shipped some to my hotel for me and I had it here this morning waiting for me at the front desk. customer service at its finest. .........................

I will say this. I just placed my first order ever with BCV after posting here the other day. I created a ticket @ BCV ahead of time, about 2AM on Tuesday requesting a response ASAP as I wanted to place my order Tuesday afternoon. Because of comments I read here, I decided to use BCV instead of Eliquidmart.

Drew fulfilled my request via email 5 and a half hours later @ 7:30 AM completely satisfying me. He also informed me that they would be closed on Wednesday and Thursday, no problem as the funds I was using to make my $600 purchase wound up not showing in my account until Wednesday anyways. Attempted to place my order Wednesday around 2PM. OH NO! May payment is too much and can't be processed (some weird error message saying over limit or something).

I proceeded to send Drew an email regarding that not expecting a response til Friday, which would have been ok with me because he made it clear that they were closed Wednesday and Thursday. An hour later he responds:

Shoot, hmm.... I vaguely remember them setting a $250.00 max per transaction, which at the time I started seemed like plenty. I didn't bring any of the processors contact info with me to call them but will check online and get back to you tonight.

A few hours later:

They've upped the max to $650, so you shouldn't get that error now. Thanks and sorry for the inconvenience!

Order placed and I'm super satisfied without having even received my flavors yet. I'm looking forward to a long standing relationship with BCV.

Just got an order of about 20 flavors from Bull City. Came in a box, packed well. No leaking bottles! Fast shipping (free over $75) and spoke to Drew who was extremely friendly and helpful. Will shop here again. :)

I know how frustrating that is!! ..and I really am trying to restock everything well in advance of it selling out, obviously, just haven't been doing a very good job of it :(- but I promise you should see improvements soon, especially w/ PG/VG & supplies ..oh and if you could give me a couple weeks notice on flavors from your latest recipe we'd be golden LOL!:) Kidding of course, but for basics, like PG and VG, we generally have it but it could be, like in a situation like this week when we were closed Wed and Thur, that we show none available simply because we've run out of what we've pre-bottled so please don't hesitate to send me a pm or email.

What a great vape-mail I got today!

First of all, after placing my order, I realized I'd made a mistake. I emailed, and Drew fixed it. :)
Then he offered to hold my shipment for the flavors I wanted but were out of stock. So I got everything I'd wanted. :)
It shipped right away, priority mail. :)
VG, flavorings, and empty glass bottles were all perfectly packed so nothing could rattle, leak, clink, or break. :)
Original bottles & boxes for the Inawera are cooool! :)

All I can say after receiving this order the other day is that I love you Drew. Best customer service I've experienced hands down since I started to DiY. Not to mention foreknowledge of the closure for Wednesday/Thursday last week, then managing to still get my order of 170 items out on Friday and in my hands on Monday! Seriously, I think I'm in love. Oh, did I mention free shipping and cheaper than anywhere else (and believe me, I built 4 other carts before getting everything I could from BCV!)

I also greatly appreciate your offer to stock some potential bulk quantities that you don't usually carry. Rest assured I will be in touch about that in the next few weeks!

I love BCF. I received a package that was handled kind of roughly (not their fault) and my bottle of FA Orange had shattered inside. He replaced my entire order for free and it was at my house within 2 days! Thanks Drew, excellent shop you've got, can't recommend it enough!

Quick question: I tend to keep a running cart over a few weeks (or less) as I add things, but sometimes the whole cart disappears! How long do things stay in the cart before they disappear, or is it random?

I've had this issue as well, I think drew said it was set for 2 months? It was definitely longer than it took to disappear. Could be something goes out of stock, maybe? I just keep a list of flavors I want to order and add them when I'm ready.

Are you 100% sure you were logged in when you built the cart? Sometimes your anti-virus software or whatever clears your cookies for you. If it does this, it'll empty your carts if you weren't logged in. Additionally some sites won't save carts at all if you aren't logged in although I believe BCV's does save regardless unless you wipe your cookies.

for me carts dont matter. Ill fill one for a week then delete everything and buy totally opposite stuff lol.

I always check I'm logged in. Otherwise the cart won't save. Sometimes I can retrieve it from an email, but often I can't!

Yep, I'm signed in, too. I always make sure, for this reason specifically. Still empties my cart. Shame it wasn't mistakenly sent to me anyway :confused:

Hey guys, the short answer is I don't know why it's not saving carts. As Botboy said, if your not logged in and your cookies are cleared, ex. closing your browser, your cart could be lost, but the hosting company tells me it should save the cart when you are logged in.. which clearly is not the case! I've messed around with some of the settings and will need to test it going forward to try and find out how to fix this! Thank you @AmandaD , @Huckleberried ,@CurlyxCracker ,@Botboy141 and @wllmc for bringing this issue up!

I use Google keep on my phone and just add or remove stuff based on running out, ordering more, experimenting, or seeing that recipe I HAVE to try.

If I signed in more than once, I had one last almost 2 weeks. Then when I went to order Wednesday morning, it was gone. Reloaded it and got it by Friday. That was super quick, Roundhouse!

Bull City Vapor is a great DIY vendor. I've become a very loyal customer over there due to the great customer service. Drew over there actually got me started in DIY right after they opened. They carry FA, Inawera, Cap, TFA/TPA, and FW. Ranging from 6ml - 4oz bottles. They also have everything you could ever need for DIY. The nic, pg, vg are all very good, no color, no funky taste. The prices are fantastic comparable if not lower than WL. Shipping is VERY fast and free with over $75 purchase. Did I mention how great the customer service is?! I refuse to buy supplies elsewhere, and send everyone I know there. It's truly a great DIY vendor!

I agree Bull City Vapor is imo the best place for your "first string" ordering... I compile a list of flavoring and supplies I need on a weekly basis and my first order is always BCV. I rarely need to order from anywhere else to obtain everything i need because they keep a very good tab on stock. I also use VT nic and it's great to lump the nic that i buy into a regular order of flavoring to save on shipping costs as well... I don't think i've had a package ship out more than 1-2 days after ordering, sometimes it's out the same day! Drew has got to be the most helpful and one of the coolest people I have met in this industry. BCV ftw.
 
Is anyone having trouble placing an order. I have over 30 flavors sitting in my cart and when I click on "Proceed to Checkout" it just keeps refreshing my cart. I emailed them about 5 hours ago and called and left a message, but I haven't gotten a response. Is anyone else having these problems or just me?

Is anyone having trouble placing an order. I have over 30 flavors sitting in my cart and when I click on "Proceed to Checkout" it just keeps refreshing my cart. I emailed them about 5 hours ago and called and left a message, but I haven't gotten a response. Is anyone else having these problems or just me?
I just tried to checkout. Got to my mailing address. It's working for me. not sure what's going on but he will get back to you as soon as he can.

I placed an order in the wee hours this morning(last night) around 3am CST. The order system completed the order just fine and received the email shortly thereafter. It even updated to shipping this morning around 9ish. Not sure if I broke it, but it worked then ;)

I also noticed the same... flavors in stock, even though missing a few that I think I needed.
But had to get my Nic & VG elsewhere(another VU Vendor). Hey, but at least enough was in stock to make me wanna place the order.

I have a full cart but I'm still waiting on a couple of flavors to be restocked. My cart had disappeared but thanks to the email reminding me I didn't complete my order, a link took me back to it. I also backed my cart up by putting all of the flavors in my wish list.

I wish Bull City website had a "notify me" option that sent email when out of stock flavors are back online.

Based on the recommendations here, I planned to do a big 'starting out' order from BCV, but they seem to always be out of stock on some of the flavors I need - especially the more popular ones.
I've had the other supplies for a while, but making a list of flavors to buy, based on user input and the recipes I want to try, was the most time-consuming. I don't really want to wait any longer, and would like to minimize the number of vendors/orders, so are there any suggestions for other good vendors better at staying stocked on flavors?
