using rebuildables or a different tank. The clouds you get from a set tank are exactly that. the TFV8 is truly a cloudbeast tank if you don't want rebuildables.

more surface area = more clouds. Remember, you need more juice too, so a 3.5 id core is pretty good. Now since regulated mods have a secondary controller that limits the output.. you need to build below that limit to get max power. The limit on my box is 0.4 ohm, so to get around this, I use dual parallel coils. Which gets the resistance down below that. Now, you also have to figure in the max watt output of your box. In this case 200w so you want to build a coil that heats up enough at 200w to vaporize juice as fast as possible. Try something like 7 wraps of parallel 24ga nichrome, 3.5 id core, dual coil. 6 wraps might be better, but you will have to try it and find out.

Buy something that will fit 4mm dual coils. Choking goodness I must say :D

Yeah, something like this chucks some really obnoxious and obscene clouds ;)

Yeah, looks like it would I doubt my little 200w box would even push those coils hard enough to chuck.
The Reuleaux handles it fine around 125 Watts. I then popped it on my VCP Big Pig and wow, talk about insanity.

Anyway I put that on when I first got it for shits and giggles. I usually run it with 0.15 SS fused Claptons on my Arthas, damn nice tasty Vape

yeah i like SS for that too. Using it in my kanger toptank. LMAO 18 wraps of 32ga SS. Had to make it a 3 strand parallel coil.. at 6 wraps on a 3mm core. Straight wraps would have been over 5 ohms.

Bigger clouds? 12.6V 3S or 16.8V PWM mod with a 30-41mm atomizer on top with the pot set to as high as you can handle and the coils as thick and as big as you could've built them. Airflow wide open, lungs on point, you will be a human fucking storm cloud producer.

With my 40mm Mason RDA with a .32 dual 5.3mm 12 wrap ea. framed staple coil build on top of my iPWM/Silent PWM 4S 16.8V mods with the pot somewhere around 80% I can toss out fucking 20 footers. Seriously. It gets stupid past 500W-1000W+.

Mikhail's Ten Commandments of S1ck Cl0udz Br0 :

1. Massive fucking coils (4mm+) made with thick, specialty wire (Clapton, Staple, Fused, Etc.)

2. Massive fucking atomizers. (28.5mm-46.5mm) with previously stated massive coils in them and the airflow as open as you can handle it.

3. Massive amounts of fucking power. (12.6V-16.8V+ input / 400W+) you heat those fat fucking coils up as much as they can handle and have a ton of air hitting them.

4. Lungs like you never smoked. You must pray the the gods of s1ck cl0udz for total lung restoration.

5. You must wear a pre-tipped Fedora while vaping. This adds at least 5 feet+ to your clouds.

6. Aviator sunglasses. Need I say more?

7. When at competitions you must argue fiercely anytime you do not win. Classics such as YOU STEPPED OVER THE LINE BRO and THAT'S NOT A MECH MAN are acceptable responses to such events.

8. Vape out your own car while at red lights where people can see you for maximum c00l points.

9. You must vape 100% VG. Fuck flavorings, fuck nicotine, this is about dem cl0udz br0.

10. You must have at LEAST 50% neck beardage. Any less than this will seriously hinder your cl0udz chuckage.

You may think only the first three are serious, but with that mindset, you will never win that comp.

Well to get the biggest cloud you build the biggest coil(s) you can fit in the atty and feed it Lots of voltage, open the air and suck real hard. Not really much too it... making that taste good or not scald the throat and lungs is another matter completely.

Prayer is good, but don't forget to sacrifice a black chicken to the demons of dry hit. You really don't want to experience a dry hit on this setup.

What do I get if I were to sacrifice something bigger?

Say a, black goat? Maybe a black cow? Does it have to be black? I got some tie dye sweaters I'd like to burn.

15 wraps would mean it's either an ungodly large atomizer or an ungodly thin wire.

I haven't used round wire in.. ages. I've been using claptons and staples exclusively ever since I tried them. I can't even fit 15 wrap staples in the 41mm Voltrove, those coils are HUGE.

I sometimes make claptons. I use 24 gauge single core with 36 gauge outer wrapped. Lately though. I been going back to the basics and using single wrapped coils. I wrap it 15 times with 26 gauge stainless steel on a 1.5 bit. And get great clouds and flavors. I do not get much satisfaction with godly builds. I make all my own coils Ive never bought a prebuilt coil. Back when the subtank mini came out was the last time I bought a coil.

I usually use framed staples with two 22G wires framing 8-10 pieces of a thicker flat ribbon wire.

Flavor, density and vapor production blows any round wire build out of the water. Clapton wire has wicking properties, round wire has little to none. This is where most of the difference is made. The more nooks, grooves and such there are in the wire, the more it can wick. Surface area is obviously a factor as well.

I don't buy prebuilt coils either, namely because they're extremely expensive for what they are. 15-30 minutes and some wire is enough to make multiple coils, which are sold as high as $15-20 a pair. That's just... 1000% markup type shit, I get some people are into it and labor is a thing, but nobodies time is worth that much IMO. To each their own, however, I'm sure some people would say some of my mods are too much. Lots of things are subjective. But $0.50 worth of wire and 60 minutes tops does not make a 1000% markup necessary in my eyes, I understand you need to make SOMETHING as shipping and shit will eat away your profits otherwise, but I've seen people selling pairs of aliens for like $40.. that's just robbery.

Though if you like round wire, by all means use it. I use a Daedalus to make most of my coils now. I used to buy the fused clapton spoils and shit, but that thing makes it SO fucking painlessly easy that I just make them myself now.

You are right to the extent that if somebody is able and willing to put in the time required to learn how to make coils.

What if a dude wants a good vape while they're learning? Do you do without, or vape factory coils until you learn?

Or what if you're like me and others here on the forum with only one working arm? I can install coils and I'm learning to wick but making any kind of coils - even a simple single wire coil is out of the question for me as I have practically no use of my left hand whatsoever.

When I got my first RDA I bought a beautiful pair of 3mm Aliens from one of the members here for $15 and was happy to pay it. As a matter of fact, I think he sold them too cheap because it costed over $6 to ship them.

Yes, wire is cheap, and this guy is so good it probably didn't take him long to slap together a pair of simple Aliens but it did take time...time to make the coils, time to package them up securely to prevent damage during shipment, time to go to the post office and put them in the mail, and you've got to count the time away from making his own stuff. All this has to count for something. Oh yeah, we haven't even mentioned the countless hours this gentleman spent learning and perfecting his skill.

There probably isn't over 50 cents worth of wire in the pair of coils but there's a priceless amount of knowledge and prep that went into making them.

I would love to be able to make my own coils, but even if I could I'd still buy coils from this guy as long as he is willing to sell to me - they're that good! :)

It's just like building mods - one could argue that all you do is order parts and throw 'em together, but you and I both know there's more to it than that. ;)

Bigger coils? YouTube mega vape. Dude used a120v dimmer switch inside a Pringles can topped with a spray paint lid iirc. His coils had like 400-500 wraps. Just laid up on top of a bed of cotton. Set the cotton on fire and had to "re-wick" but I'll be a sumbitch if he didn't pull it off at the end..lol

I've been wondering this myself. I must be doing something right though, because my Mason RDA smokes like a chimney at 161w when I put in 2 10-wrap fused Clapton coils at 0.32 ohms. I think it has something to do with the diameter of the coils because as soon as I decreased my diameter from my usual 40mm to 30mm, I started getting more smoke out of my coils, and the taste of my juice still comes through.

The reaction of 90% of the people I've seen at cloud competitions when you show them things like that or try to bring in a 4S-6S titan ass LiPo mod, or anything regulated for that matter. 'Real' competitions only allow steel tubes, though.

If you don't care about competitions, you could just take some fucking coil springs out of your car shocks and coat them in silver/copper, then rig them up to 240V PSU and stick an entire cotton plant through them bitches. Then what you do is take two or three, no four bottles of 1,000ml.me 1,000ml bottles of juice and just load that dead short of a coil down until the shit is running on the floor. Then of course, to be a true cl0ud br0, you rig that up to a 3 amp anti vandal swtich with no mosfet (NEVER DO THIS, JUST DON'T, or any of this for that matter) and then encase this in some massive glass vase or flower pot with a hole cut in the top, then 20 five inch airholes on each side. Then you hit that death trap of a switch and show the world who the king is as you record that shit for youtube.

Unless you just like blowing clouds at home just to do it. Then.. I don't know, buy a TFV12 or something.
