Wow- I know that shipping takes forever,but maybe if you PM @Vapor.gearbest with your problem and order# they could help? I hope that you get your Stabwood mod soon. My S-Body Legend was taking forever (almost a month)- and I PM'd Gearbest and they did check on the shipping, and I received it shortly after that . Usually my orders come in under 3 weeks, so I like you was getting concerned over my expensive mod taking so long to reach me.

I'm confident you will get your stuff. I've always had to wait a LONG time for stuff to arrive from China, no matter who the vendor was.

Having said that, I have bought ALOT of stuff from GearBest. Some of it several hundred dollars at a time. IMO, they are the absolute best vendor in China I have dealt with yet.

Many of mine have done the same. I get it in the mailbox, and the tracking shows it's still trying to get dispatched.

I think I have looked the numbers up with USPS before, and it will show movement here in the US, when it's put into our mail system after customs is done with it.

It's making its way from China to the us. Usually it's 2 weeks from there so it is taking really long what did the ticket say when u opened a support ticket

From the 2nd USPS link they must have the package as it has been scanned into the USPS system for this screen, I would sign up for the text alerts and email alerts too- maybe that will stimulate them to be on the look out? GearBest , I am sure they will look into this and get this package to you - or send another.
Really sucks that this happened to you. I had a GearBest package ship out the same day as you and I received on Dec19, so hopefully your package will start moving now that the holidays are over or that they can find out what is going on.
PM the @Vapor.gearbest reps here too- they have been really helpful to me in the past! It doesn't hurt to have the whole team on the job, squeaky wheel gets the grease!

many flights in Chicago has been canceled, and a large number of highway has been closed at that time.

It is really hard not to blame Gearbest, but it seems this is a shipping problem, they are at the mercy of the shipper just like you are, but Gearbest will help you get to the bottom of this and one way or another you will get your mod! You have been patient, but between weather issues and the holiday rush it just sucks that you have been put in this position. My SBody Legend took almost a month(longest shippping ever) I figured it was stuck in customs thinking there was a battery in it- and like yours it does not have any batteries, I know that they are being tough on shipping batteries..
Your SXK Ares looks cool, and I know that you are on pins and needles, because you really don't know what it will look like(random color) like my SBody Legends, plus you missed getting it in time for XMas. Gearbest will put a tracer on it, and I hope you get it soon!

Well @forza lives in Texas if I remember right. If so, then would the package not have been shipped to the L.A. customs?

Some of my packages in the past, shipped into customs, then to GearBest's warehouse in the U.S. and then off to me. Which made no sense at all to me.

If another member had their shipment sent the same day, and it arrived a few weeks ago in his hands, I'd think GearBest could give the buyer a better excuse than snow delay.

Hopefully they get it figured out pretty quick.

Edit: Woo Hoo- in NY and USPS says to expect delivery by 1/9! Super fast, a new record for me- I will add these to the OBS Engines and the OBS Crius that I have! Now that the holidays are over I will have time to learn about coils and wicking.The Ace also uses premade coils to which I ordered 1 box!
