I follow NASCAR. And my driver is Carl Edwards. I am blown away by this announcement! Why the hell is he walking away from NASCAR? Hopefully he will hold a Press Conference. For now, there are no details.

JJ is an ass. Very good driver but narcissistic. I saw Carl win here in 2014 in the Subway Chase race. JJ wasn't even close.
Carl is in his prime with the huge possibility of winning more races. He's such a good sport, too. I can't help but wonder why he's doing this.

While I don't follow NASCAR, what I do know is that you could not pay me ENOUGH (Flying the Yellow Flag proudly here) to get into one of those.

Very good driver? He's got 7, count them 7 Championships. Saying he's a very good driver is like calling MJ a very good basketball player. Lmfao. Carl Edwards isn't even in the same league as JJ. It's not even close or worth arguing about.

I used to be a HUGE NASCAR fan, but as soon as the "Chase" & Car of Tomorrow came out, I lost interest. The racing was much, much better back in the 1990's IMO. With Monster Energy and the latest format, it seems they have taken yet another step in the wrong direction. Again, just my opinion.
