Alright folks, it goes like this. It's time for a new tank. This all started because My Reuleaux rx200 decided to start going on the fritz. It's old and pretty beat up. It's not a big deal. I was thinking about ordering a new rx200/3. So naturally, I need a new tank to go with it.

That being said, right now I have the griffin. I love this thing. I'm looking for something with similar air draw and flavor that's on point. The thing is I'd like it on a single coil set up. I imagine it may be hard to get the same air draw from a single coil tank. I like the simplicity though. What do you guys think? If I stayed with a dual coil is there anything worth picking up or do I stick with the griffin? Thanks in advance folks.

I'm liking the OBS Engine for dual coil right now. It's been great the last 3 days I've had it. Haven't touched my Griffen 25 Plus since then. For single coil I go with my Ammit. OBS has brought out the single coil Nano also

any reason for sticking with the RX? lots of good mods out there (and IMO better ones)
for tanks lots of good options
single coil I love the alpha one. 4.5ml capacity, nice build deck, lots of air. suits me well

also the ijoy EXO RTA looks good. i just got mine, haven't used it yet but comes with a single coil and dual coil decks and can be used in 2ml capacity or 6ml capacity sizes.

For dual coils so far my favorites are the aromamizer supreme, Augvape Boreas, and Griffin 25 plus

Here is my best of 2016 video if you wanted some options on mods and tank

I also have reviews up for the griffin 25 plus, aromamizer supreme and alpha one as well on my channel if you wanted a closer look at them ;)

I have been taking a good look at the Ammit.

Well, I've got a set of three married (almost new) batteries and the price point isn't bad. Also, I'm concerned about not getting the battery life with a two battery mod that I do now with the three batteries.

I've also been looking at the Aromizer. How does it stack up against the Griffin? I have no complaints with that tank. Is it worth spending the coin or do I just put that towards a mod/batteries?

I put the rx/griffin combo together a while back and was so happy with it that I just kind of stopped looking at what was out there. I start looking again and I don't even know where to start!

Yes, there's a thread here for the OBS Engine Nano

The Amit's airflow may not be enough for you, check out some YouTube vids. I've heard the iJoy Exo RTA might have the airflow you're looking for. Also a thread here for that one.

Have you tried running your griffin on single coil? I know it's not the same as a true single coil tank, but it'll get you a feel for single coil.
Check out the smok Marshall. Triple 18s like your rx200. A more efficient chip so excellent battery life.

Sent from somewhere in Vietnam.

I'd look at the OBS Engine Nano if I were you.
I have two, and they have replaced the dual coil Engines that I have. Those replaced the Supremes. I see no difference in the vape from the duals. Great flavor, nice build quality, easy to coil and wick.
Mind you, I vape 27ga NiFe52 7/6 wrap, 3.5mm ID at 65W 430-450F.
Airflow is excellent, I only have mine about 1/3 open. Fully open is an enormous amount of air.
My biggest like? The Engines do not leak. At all. Ever. No condensation either.
