Has anyone bought anything from fast tech? Maybe a dumb question but I was wondering if the place was legit?

Yes - lots of people buy from Fasttech - I've had many orders as well. It's perfectly legit. Shipping can take awhile depending on what you order, but I've always had my orders within a couple of weeks.

Batterys take a long time if ordered from them , as will anything with included batterys .

I've ordered so much from them that even I think it's absurd. Two in the pipeline at the moment. It's become less fun since they've begun essentially drop shipping some items. By that I mean things that say "ships in x number of days". They might. Or they might just go from "ETA whenever" to "restocking" after you've patiently waited the x number of days. That can be annoying. The time for things to get to you can range from not too bad to WTF? That's pretty much out of their control. Much depends on the type of shipping selected. The free shipping takes (it's stated) up to thirty days. For a very modest fee you can up that to shipping with tracking that often arrives in two weeks or less (provided it makes it through US Customs in a timely manner - which is not always the case). They don't have the nickname SlowTech for nothing. So be sure to look over your shipping options when checking out. Should you need to return something they do have an address here in the States to mail it to. You don't have to mail it back to China. I say this from posts made in their forums. I've not had to make a return as yet.

just use USPS shipping for sure, free shipping says it takes up to 30 days but it can take a hell of a lot longer than that. i literally waited 3 months for something i forgot i ordered by the time i got it. and make sure it has good reviews or make sure you know the manufacturer has credibility if its a new item

Good suggestion on the reviews. They carry a LOT of stuff. Often several versions of the same thing that come from different manufacturers. Unless it's say's "Authentic" or specifically states the manufacturer it's hard to say for sure who's making it. Guessing has become a pastime in their forums as FT itself on the clone stuff won't say. If possible wait for some reviews and if it's a new item wait a few days because there may be more versions to choose from then.

I ordered a truckload of stuff!!! It's crazy how cheap their stuff is. I kind of wish I would not have done the free shipping now. Oh well, I guess if it takes 3 months and I forget about it like M5amhan did, then it will be like a big surprise when it does come to the house! Thank you everyone for your input.

I use fasttech all the time. If you don't mind the wait, they have decent products at great price.

2 more days and they should have everything I ordered. Then we'll see how long the free shipping is gonna take. I do like that when you check on your order, they tell you the back ordered item and date of arrival to their facility.

Ordered parts... only took 13 days. Placed an order which included a battery..... took 27 days. That's ok, saved money and wasn't in a hurry for the stuff !

Well, projected to arrive, that can (and has) changed to "restocking" when that ETA comes and goes. Essentially they are waiting on vape mail too. I've found it best to order things that "ship in x days" separately to avoid this holding other stuff up.

When this happens you can ask FT to split your order into 2 packages and they will.
This way you don't have to wait for items on restocking.

Yep you can. It'll only take two days or so while you do the back and forth with them on it given the time differences and the time it takes them to get to your request.
Or you can just order separately and be done with it.

Do you call them or can you do it from website? Splitting the order I mean. What the best way?!

Ok thanks, I've noticed some of the things they had originally ready to ship, all of the sudden they don't have them. Maybe they shipped them to complete someone else's order!

You have to open a support ticket indicating the items you want split off of your original order. Have the order number and the SKU numbers handy. Best way I found to do it is to have your order displayed then open the ticket in a new tab or window so you can switch back for reference.

I try not to use them if at all possible. Shipping takes very long and the quality of goods are questionable. I got a few decent items but also many that did not work or had failed within the first two weeks. Shipping can take 1.5 -2 months from China, so it's a good wait. Then if you get a defective product you have to ship back and wait for another replacement which will take several more months. The prices are good but you pay with your time and the quality of merchandise you receive. The old saying rings true, "you get what you pay for." Often, with enough research, I can find similar products for slightly higher price but will get authentic merchandise within the week. So for me personally, it's about peace of mind more than anything.

If you live outside of the US then shipping can become very costly, to the point that shipping costs more then the actual product, so free shipping goes a long way.
FT carry a lot of clones and in that case you get what you pay for a cheep product for a cheep price.
FT do carry authentic products of Chinese manufacturers like innokin, cloupur, pioneer4you, eleaf and others and in that case they are just as authentic as the ones you buy through your lacal vendors only a bit cheaper.
