AR is a banned state for online sales?

So here's the thing...

Actually before I get started, apologies to the mods for me making them work if this is the wrong place. I'm not a veteran user of Vaping Underground. This account is new since I have forgotten my old account (signed up when it was first started!).

I'm a veteran vaper of about 5 years now, started with the e cig pens buying cartridges from v2 cigs, and have gone up and up the food chain to enjoying my 150w mod and wotofo troll rta (and griffin 25) vaping at a steady .3 ohms. What this means is, is that I'm a comfortable vaper. I know where I'm at with things. I like talking about it, I like seeing other vape users downtown (I live in Hot Springs, AR) and starting conversations. It's fun. I'm huge on pro choice for anything as long as the fellow human isn't affected. I'm very open minded about that as I'm 40 and am raising 2 lovely children who are understanding of what vaping means (they remember me smoking "stinkies") and the pros and cons of what to do and what not to do.

So imagine my incredible amazement when I tried to capitalize on Fuggin Vapor's deal when it said they cannot ship to Arkansas! Further searching led me to a wiki saying Arkansas is a very limited online vendor state where you have to buy these insanely priced permits to sell online to AR residents.

The fuck?!

So I thanked Fuggin Vapor and came straight here after my brief research to post about this. I try to be involved whenever I make an emergency stop into a B&M shop and see whatever political activist thing is going on, sign my name etc. But generally keep to myself. Again, I'm not really liberal nor am I conservative; I think classifications are lame. I lead a life by common sense and understand the U.S should be about personal liberty and everyone has the right to be as stupid as possible as long as they are responsible about it.

So please, anyone, if you have something for me to sign, or follow, or do, or call, concerning this stupidity about banning vape products (juice, hardware, whatever) send it to my email or msg here since I'm using an email with this account that's legit and made to be blown up with vape stuff for me to check out.

If you need the link, please send it to me via a PM (Thank you mods, apologize for the error :) )

I will act upon any and all necessary stuff that finds its way there.

This ban is atrocious and I will not stand for it.

Thanks!

Will

I highly doubt Chinese companies like 3F bestgear and FT give a shit about AT regulations. I know USPS doesn't. They will deliver it.
Just a suggestion.
Good luck

Yea I get that part. But when you want to buy some good juice from a vendor in a different state and they cannot... well, that gets in my craw as someone who likes to problem solve and find win win situations.

It is the states rights to go above and beyond the FDA ruling.
Yeah it sucks.

Hardware is not covered by AR's restrictions. However, quite a few domestic vendors either don't know this or are unwilling/unable to make the distinction between e-liquid and hardware in their web-stores so they simply won't ship anything to AR.

A lot of vendors also will not sell to Indiana because of their horrific vaping legislation

Arkansas ACT 1235 (SB978) effectively shut down internet sales of e-cig "stuff" in July 2015, as a preemptive to imposing "same as tobacco" distribution channels and taxation in the near future.

As Rossum pointed out, technically, this only applies to e-cig liquids - which in itself royally sucks ass. But you have to go to battle with most hardware suppliers in order to convince them that they can still sell you gear.

It's especially asinine, because the punishment applies to the person trying to purchase the liquids - that would be you. There is no penalty for the vendor, yet they all freak out and refuse to sell.

How ironic, Bill Clinton was helping fly illegal drugs into AR from mexico and Colombia through an airstrip in Mena, but a working class person can't even get nicotine in AR....

I didn't remember the exact date but know it's been a while. It puzzles me how this could be news to someone who lives AR and has been vaping for "about 5 years now".

Lotta vendors in this industry seem to be complete pussies. What exactly is Arkansas (or Indiana) going to do to an out-of-state vendor who ships there? An on-line sale takes place in the vendor's state, not the buyer's state. This is obvious based on things like sales & use taxes.

I haven't ordered liquid on line but have had no trouble with coils and such.
I see you're in the Spa, there's a B&M there that has some nice house juice.

For someone looking for a workaround... Make good friends with someone in another state, get them to buy whatever and then send it to you.

I've always been a firm believer that rules are made to be broken. ;) Especially the stupid ones enacted by brainless dickheads.
