Smok warranty issues

My alien died back in January sent it to Madvapes because they handle warranty issues for Smok. I have been waiting since the 10 of January when I sent my device too them. It is March 25 now and it still hasn't shipped . What is the best way to handle this situation? any advice is appreciated.

Have you contacted Madvapes yet to ask what was going on? Have you received any communication from them?

Yeah I keep getting the same answer. Form letter

We are waiting for a shipment from china. It's a first come first serve on warranty issues.


They never give you an idea of where you are on the first come first serve shit. I guess my bitch is the communication or lack there of from Madvapes.

Just an update
Called Madvapes this week to get the same answer over the phone as email. I'm still number 755 of 1500. All I can do is wait so I found a good deal here on an alien and bought it should be here this week.

Well shit. Ive been trying to make contact for 2 days. Its very frustrating. I guess Ill just try to fix this myself. I dont wish to send my shit in and never get it back =( Ty for this post. Ive had mine 2 mo and its fucked up. I dont think Ill buy another smok product

Good news I received my alien back yesterday. So Madvapes did make it right it just took way to long. The new mod has the latest update as well. So don't be discouraged by the long wait.
