I made an order with breazy.com ten days ago. It's for a bundle of ejuice that cost $29.99. I ordered through Breazy but Bubba Juice is supposed to send it (I think). On the breazy site it says "usually ships within 5 days". I should have paid closer attention. I usually only buy things that are *in stock*.
I got no notification email of it being sent so I sent them a message. A guy got back to me and said "trouble with one of our vendors. It may take a little longer". I replied, any idea when? May I chose an alternate item? It's supposed to be a gift. Nothing back and its been days. His birthday has come and gone so the gift idea is over.
Should I call them on the phone? I just want something on the way. I would prefer to stick with what I ordered but Bubba is having trouble I guess. There are hundreds of other things to pick from there. I'd be happy to switch but I think all orders are final.
What should I do? I dont want to be waiting all month.
