Sometimes shit happens and prevents people from being online 24/7. Calling him out after only 24 hours is kind of weak.

It's only been 24 hrs. People work and have things happen. Give a couple days and you may find he was just very busy like I get allot of times.

I'm not saying this is the case, just to give more than a day before saying someone is a bad seller.

Keep in mind that I don't know either of you, just wanted to givea bit of perspective is all.

Try to message him a couple of days from now. Once a week hits, then I say there might be an issue. Just relax a bit and give a little leeway for some unforeseen circumstances is all.

Well, it looks like you had his Paypal address from a while ago and sent him money that he was not expecting, so he may not even know you sent it. It may be that he bumped the FS thread and immediately left, so again, he won't know you sent him the funds until he comes back here.

Not everybody visits here every day. I would wait at few days. The guy isn't going to ruin his rep over 25 bucks.

I'm just gonna put this out there ... if he didn't know you were sending the money chances are he hasn't claimed it
Go to your PayPal and click on the transaction and see if it was claimed and if not then cancel it
