Right but who is buying dna chips now when the newer version is on the horizon?

This guy right here...

I figure what the hell.. If the enclosure ends up being crappy (which so far it isn't), I'll take the chip out and build my own custom mod... Been wanting to do that anyway. But even with the new one on the way, at the price that mod is going for on clearance, you can't go wrong. Good to have in the collection.

yeah memorial day sale it came out to 40.54 shipped so the coupon code basiclly gave me free shipping. it arrrives today. 40 bucks shipped for a stab wood triple battery mod that handles 30mm tanks without overhang is a steal. Couldn't pass it up
It's a decent mod, too... paid about $85 for mine at a vapecon...

No I just meant why the chip isn't worth it's list price anymore. That's a damn fine price for the mod plus chip.

These came today. On time and the order complete.
MigVapor replacement coils for "The Bug" vape pen. I fell right into their trap of "hey! Buy some liquid and get a free vape set-up!" and find out the replacement coils are $20 for a 5 pack.
When I think of what these coils cost, the whole rebuildable thing makes perfect sense. I've only vaped on Amigo 0.5 ohm, Vaporesso EUC 0.5 ohm, and VapMod 0.6 ohm.
I'm sure somebody out there can recommend an simple RTA that may be older (read:cheaper) and good for starting some coil skills. I would appreciate any feedback.

Maybe it's time to tryout the trade forum.

You can't find a better quality RDA for $15. @Zamazam suggested this one to me when I first started vaping 2 years ago and I still use it all the time. It gives as good or better flavor than most of my RDA's... Easy to build on too.

Get something with a "Velocity Style Deck". It's the easiest deck to build on.

I have all the respect in the world for your reviews but I will say that the Pharoah can be wicked similar to Rips way and it absolutely will not leak and has amazing flavor and no dry hits. I have two of these and it took me a while to figure out exactly how to wick it properly. I chain vape mine with no dry hits. The biggest key is to not overstuff the juice holes and leave the cotton just touching or barely off the bottom. I also make sure that there is a gap on the sides by pushing the wick towards the middle of the juice holes and toward t she back of the juice slots. There will still be cotton there but much less than in the middle. Your method is definitely causing the terrible leakage that you are getting due to oversaturation and not having enough cotton in the juice holes. Again, not trying to be an asshole but you just did not spend enough time developing a good wicking method. I can assure you that if mine was leaking like yours, I would not use it but the Pharoah is my favorite tank and my EDV. I know my description of the wicking may not be that easy to follow but if you will experiment with the points that I made I am sure you can figure it out. Thanks for your reviews, I really enjoy them and simply disagree with your findings on the Pharoah. Hope you will experiment a little more with your wicking method. It may not be worth it to you because you have so many tanks to use but my Pharoahs were a big investment for a retired guy trying to support two households so I really worked at it.

Not sure what happened but this comment was supposed to be in reply to Anthony vapes review of the Pharoah.

I'm doing some digging. It appears the wicking may not be the issue. Looks like it make be a faulty press fit deck similar to the old merlin issues. Seems to only affect the gold ones. So I ordered a black one to see. It'll arrive early next week

I hope that is the issue with yours. I have a black one and a gold one and they both function perfectly.

Thank you pescadore for your experience with this tank, I would like to keep it out of my Drawer of Shame and get some use out it. As with anything it is possible to get a bad one even with a top notch company...

For 20 bucks. I'll try it.

It takes some getting used to as far as building so that it doesn't leak.. but I still use mine quite often. For 20 bucks it's not bad.

As for my vapemail, today it's just a new pair of ceramic tweezers and some 36 and 40 ga SS316L wire from Lightning Vapes.
