TINTED TANK!!!

I was sittin around in my garage hittin the vape. Looked at my car and had a genius idea. I just had my car windows tinted last week with some dark stuff. I went to Walmart and bought some diy tinting stuff. I had an extra tank for my tfv8. I went ahead and put some on my tank. It went better than I expected honestly.

How did you deal with the seam? Overlap? Or somehow cut it to the exact length to touch but not overlap?

I tried my best to cut it as close as possible so there is no overlap. There is just a touch of overlap, but nothing noticeable. I didnt think about how I am going to see how much juice is in it. haha. I may need to cut a little slit in the side.

If you keep using that tank for some time, you won't need it; you'll gradually come to be able to taste when it needs a refill, just before you get the dreaded dry hit. When I first switched to RDAs, I was constantly checking... but now I can just tell, by taste.

Ive had it for about a month now and I have always refilled it when it got low. Thanks for the input!

Right on.
I have a tank that would need a light behind it to see the level but I vape in TC mode so when the vape gets weak I know it needs to be filled.

Looks good murdered out though

I'd guess it took about 6 months of using my Achilles, till I could identify how the taste subtly changes, just before it goes completely dry. With my Achilles, sometimes it will give me that taste of metal, or it seems somehow sweeter, but kind of an icky sweetness.

You were right. I can now taste when my tank is getting low. Props to you.

Heres a trick for cutting window tint measure it about a half inch longer than what you need.
Wrap it around the tank as tight as you can & with a very sharp razor blade cut thru both layers of the tint. Then pull up the tint & take the 2 smaller pieces of tint off that you cut & put the tint back in place.... Almost seamless

You can also buy tinted glass on eBay pretty cheap.
I've seen it for the cloud beast and the baby beast but not for the big baby beast.

Any one know where I can get a drip tip for both the peerless RDA special edition and the Goon 1.5 that actually fit snug? I got this one a while back and it seems to fit ok, but not snug enough for my likingon peerless pictured)
