I need help for choosing a quality starter product for smoke tricks!

Hello guys!

I’m a new guy, and to be honest I've never vaped before, and that’s why I need your help! Forgive me for I may sound ignorant in this post.. :)

I’m really into start vaping, the problem is as I mentioned, I have little knowledge about it.

What I’m looking for is a good quality fun product/set (mod.. tank.. eliquid (o nicotine, with some flavor).. everything I need) that would produce big fat and thick clouds which will help me do smoke tricks :)
I get that there are some parameters in order to get the best results for that.

I’m not interested in beginning with something cheap and low results (and later on buying a better one..), I’m willing to put my money on something with quality that will give me what I’m looking for and will last.

From what I heard, some of the more advanced vapes require some handling knowledge for safety reasons. I’m willing to learn about it before I start vaping, but if you suggest me not starting with that for safety reasons anyway, than I’m willing to try something less advanced.

So, now that you know what I’m looking for, what can you suggest me?

Thanks a lot!!!

Btw- if by a chance you have a link to an online store that sells the product/set and ships worldwide it will help me a lot :)

For a new vaper you should be looking into a subohm tank. The biggest clouds will be from an RDA but that requires you building your own coils and that's something you will need to learn how to do safely, it won't be accomplished by the day your kit arrives in the mail so... subohm tank.

Most every vaper out there coughed like it was their fist hit off a cigarette as a kid. Blowing clouds does not come to new vapers for a little bit of time.
If you are not a smoker, the ability of your lungs to take deep thick direct to lung hits will take even longer.

So even if you do get the perfect cloud machine, don't expect to be chucking clouds on day one.

There are many cloud tanks now, the smok alien kit would probably be a good starter kit with authentic Samsung 25r batteries.

Just an example, I'm sure it can be found less expensive and no idea if they ship outside the us https://www.vapordna.com/SMOK-Alien-220W-TC-TFV8-Baby-Beast-Full-Kit-p/smalen.htm

Most people would recommend not to start for the sole purpose of tricks. I'm one of those folks. To me, and I'm sure many others, vaping is a hobby (as well as a smoking cessation option) but starting with the intent of vape tricks is not a smart move. I imagine most newbies couldn't handle the amount of vapor or the heat associated with the type of setup you want. Besides, if you drop a load of money on something and decide it's not for you, how easy or hard would it be to sell it to someone else? If you really want to start vaping, I personally would recommend a sub-ohm tank like a smok baby beast and a fairly basic mod with an internal non removable battery. Possibly between 60-80 watts max power. A good starter kit can be had for the neighborhood of $50 US. Not sure where you're at since you mentioned international shipping.

Starting for tricks, might not be the best idea; however, if you manage to combine it with complete cessation, you could win big.

For mod suggestion:
- Tesla Steampunk 120 - lots of options at an affordable price, very reliable- I own 3. What I like the most is the ability to create a custom curve and it shows Voltage even before you fire.
- Smoant Battlestar is a very praised mod by the community and comes at an affordable price too.
- Asmodus Minikin 2- still under $100 and a beast.
- Lost Vape Triade dna250- 3x18650 -you want to spend a little more but get a superb mod, that's the one I would go for. Worth every penny. I own one of these as well.
Any mod with a DNA chipset would serve you great and there are many options out there. A ton of customization from the PC app.

As for a tank:

With premade coils:
- Tfv12 Cloud Beast King
- iJoy Maxo V12
And there are many more, I am sure, but ever since I build my own coils, I don't touch tanks with premade. Both of the above, come with an RBA I think, so you could venture into that later on.

Build your own coils:
- Pharaoh by Riptripper - many people would say No to this one, but I love it- big deck to work on, interchangeable decks, and large liquid capacity. I wick it like Riptripper shows on YouTube and have Zero leaking. Top and bottom air slots so clouds or flavor- you have the options.
- Limitless XL- love it too..

But there are so many out there it's crazy to try and pick one set up. As a beginner though, I would recommend a regulated mod, for sure (as are all of the above.) Once you feel comfortable and understand the safe math behind it, you could get a mech too. But SAFETY FIRST

E-juice: all comes to personal preference. Higher VG gives more clouds so 70-80% is a good number.

All said above is based on my personal experience and preference. Do your research, pick your setup and vape on ...good luck

I agree with all said & I think starting for the purpose of doing tricks is fucking stupid. Many of us have spent time & money to not be on cigarettes but then it can become a hobby.
I still to this day use a coolfire iv & nautilus mini everyday, alot of people laugh cos they think they are really cool cloud chasing but I don't care.
E cigs are not a game, it's about what works for you. Not showing off how big a cloud you can blow.
And besides the most amount of vapour is produced by building such as rdas which I really doubt your just gonna go straight into. Nor is it a good idea to grab a cloud beast an set that bugger to 160 watts.
If your starting vaping for the fun of it, forget it.
I really enjoy sub ohming but at the beginning of my journey & many other people's we weren't thinking "I wanna do smoke tricks" sorry but I speak my mind an this has grinder my gears :)

I almost grabbed one, yes they are pretty cool looking mods, I LOVE steampunk
I love mine but use internal battery mods mostly, I find external battery mods to be a pain. Cba having spare batteries all the time but saying that I wanna pick up a pico!

No, I don't have an Evic mini:cool:
pictured
Holmslice, Tarat,Pico, coolfire
Ooh right looks like one haha! I need some single cell mods.
I bought an alien recently to see what people are raving about & it goes to a minimum of 15 watts!
I went to my local vape shop who I'm friends with & vaped the nautilus 2 at 13 watts no problem with the pico so I'm set for my next setup! I've found that MTL keeps me off cigarettes an dual battery mods just won't do. Some of the ones I have maximum of 1.5 ohms :(

I am smoking once in a while, sometimes cigarettes but mostly hookah/narghile (if you know what it is), so its not like I haven't smoked before :)
Thanks for the alien suggestion I'll check it out!

Like I mentioned, I am smoking once in a while so I’m not new to the concept, but since I haven’t vaped before and I guess it is not the same, I appreciate your opinion.

You mentioned the baby beast tank, but do you have a specific mod to suggest?

Thanks!

Thanks a lot for the effort you put into this comment and the suggestions I'll check these out!

I’m not here for you to judge or lecture me :)
I’m not doing this to show off. I’m not doing this next to anybody. It’s only for my own pleasure.
I wrote what I’m looking for. Replying to that by saying 'your stupid don’t show off' is pointless.
Thanks anyway.

Just sayin, even if you are a pack a day smoker or hookah smoker pulling big lung hits of vapor takes time to adjust to.

The 2 tank suggestions above, cloud beast king and maxo v12 are about as cloudy as you're going to get without building yourself. I would start with that and if you want to build, add a cloud dripper (see cloud chasers threads) to the order to mess around with but at least you'll be chuckin clouds as soon as you get your vape mail :)

Those tanks will want at a bare minimum a two cell mod and best to run them on a 3 cell mod.

For the most part, a regulated mod with 25R cells won't let you blow yourself up if you try building in a dripper. My best advice is don't mess around with a mechanical mod till you've been vaping for a while and know the safety.
Past that, just about any subohm tank will chuck clouds, some more than others but you can't go too wrong with the newer tanks on the market.

One more thing..
So I heard from a vaping tricks world champion that too much vape production will cause you to choke when attempting O's and other tricks.
So, that being said, I’m not sure if the tfv12 cloud beast king is considered "too much" or not. But since it is probably one of the craziest tanks out there (that I know of...), maybe you can suggest a tank and a mod that are a little less crazy, and also less expensive :)
Maybe the regular cloud beast? or the baby beast? (pretty much sums up my knowledge about these things..).

And because I don’t want to completely kill the vaping experience..
Thanks!

The TFV12 is too much tank for the Alien, but the TFV8 is fine. For the V12, you really need a 3 or 4 battery mod.
