is it possible I have a bad battery I'm not aware of and it's shorting out my mods? 2 mods in a month now and only common denominator is a battery. I hadn't used these particular battery's since my last mod quit working, coincidentally (after I put in different battery's ) because I needed to wrap them and just got around to it yesterday and as soon as I changed the battery in my mod or maybe it was later not sure but it hasn't shown a sign of life again .. this one a tesla last one predator.. pissn me off! If I had a bad battery how would I know or is that possible. Actually the battery ppl told me it wasn't but I want a second opinion now that I've got 2 mods down...

What brand of battery are they? If they're not Samsung, Sony, or LG, from a reputable vendor, I would be very leery of them in the first place.

I don't believe that a battery could damage the mod. Sounds a little like a battery contact issue. You say you rewrapped your batteries. Is it possible that the wrap is preventing contact on a battery terminal?? I have done just that in rewrapping, the bottom was too much wrap and the contact would sit on the wrap instead of the metal. If you have a voltmeter, you could test the batteries to make sure that they are properly charged.

If you used the same charger to charge all the batts in the mod, I'd be looking at the charger. Not all phone chargers provide enough current for on board charging.

I have seen just the slightest amount of e-Liquid cause a battery to not make a connection. Just a thought off the top of my head so wipe them with a paper towel.

Fair enough but yes they're from a reputable vendor, I did extensive research before I bought them looking for a better battery lol..

I don't think Eliquid causes battery's not to make a connection either. Honestly don't think it's battery related but wtf?! Lol 2 devices in a month basically brand new.. each a month old.. oh well! I ordered a battlestar so if it sux it's your guys fault cuz y'all told me to get one
