I headed over to that VTT thread from the link above to see what it's about and recognise a lot of the names of people on this forum, People I respect trashing this forum registering vooping underground etc, active mods saying they hate it over here. Things like just going to piss of jack, whiskey that salty bitch and why was she really dropped as a mod etc
members using really hateful and what I can only describe as really personal attacks saying things like Mike Tyson or what not about SRR ....that's really hurtful guys and not in a nice way, Chef you may allow it in your forum as funny and "no drama"...a place of entirely free speech, yeah it's liberating right but it amounts to playground bullying, there is way too much hatred in the world already as it is, this is just a form of stalking. Other than post reviews what has he really done so bad that offends?, I just don't get it and never have since I joined VU and witnessed the relentless attack on him. He's helped me select some really decent vape gear some of my favourite attys in fact. I've always tried to get on with everyone on this forum or at least try to see things from thier perspective but it's seems sides are being drawn here and I'm completely against any form of bullying

Can't we at least agree we are group of vapers trying to help new people and engage in conversations about vaping whatever form that takes and accept that people go about that in different ways.... there is no right or wrong everything is a matter of opinion and respect that?

Nobody owns a forum or has a right to say this is how things are done apart from the hosts everyone else partakes in it for better or worse that's it...

I get not everyone want reviews or reviews drops, or links, but some people genuinely do find them useful like I do
Equally some people don't like gifs or memes or trash talking either, not everyone wants to be told they should have this mod or that gear either, or be told thier vape gear it shit, saying things like everything out of China sucks or to be told your stupid because you don't know ohms law etc etc

Many people don't have the luxury of spending hundreds of dollars or whatever currency on high end gear they just want to get off the stinkies so let's help them do that and help them out on thier vape journey

If people don't like it, or can't play nice don't be here, why stay and create anarchy for everyone who is trying to help...

It's gonna need to come to a point soon where the senior leadership on this forum pick a stance on this constant bullying.... it's unhealthy for the future of this forum in all honesty it just keeps coming back like a boomerang in different forms and it seems to be led by a small number of people who hate DeucesJack, Whiskey and SirRichardRear for some unknown reason

Imho if you want simple stone reliable go hexohm. If your not sure and want to try a cheap basic sample of how the hexohm works try out the noisy cricket 2. Run in parrelel itll give you the basic idea. Thats what i did. If temp control is in your future or if you like customizing your puffs go DNA. Personally I use both everyday!

No one has a issue with anyone joining another forum, a matter a fact most veteran vapers belong to one or more forums. I myself still belong to ECF, and post there, and seems they have no issues either with me being a Admin here.

Hi Joe,

1st off I want to say I love these forums and the place you built here. And by no means would I ever tell you how to run your forums but there is one part that really irks me. I understand people will talk shit and I can care less about that as well but at some point there is a line that shouldn't be crossed. I don't know how you can have a moderator on your team that has such a ridiculous amount of hate for a couple of your members. Members who help others, donate, bring traffic to the site and make it an awesome place to be. A moderator is supposed to be a fair impartial person who can behave like an adult and keep the forums good. But when you have one that sends buddies over to troll the forum and try to piss off good members that's not something I personally find acceptable.


In my 1 year here this is what I've personally dealt with dealing with your moderator.

1) he asked me to ignore him so he can talk shit behind my back which stopped working when he became a mod again so the ignore feature didn't work anymore

2) he's gone around getting other members not only to troll me but other members

3) he slanders me at every chance

4) he impersonated me on 2 other forums to try and make me look bad

5) he's tried to drive away members from here and drive away traffic

6) trying to get me banned

And this is in addition to the regular naatyness. I've shut up about it for a long time but the line was crossed today when I found out about VTT and him impersonating me there. And I've had a rough couple of days so I'm not my normal happy go lucky self.

With Reddit they have a similar self moderation but do have a few rules. 2 of which being no forum manipulation and no impersonation. Bird got banned from reddit on a few account for doing those 2 things to me there. So I don't understand how someone who behaves like that is allowed to moderate this forum. Traffic is down there is less conversation and most of the core members got sick of it. Even I don't post as much as I used to. It gets old after a while. When I joined it was a great place but now a mod was allowed to turn it into something bad and then walk away and trash talk the mess he created. If it was a normal member fine whatever. But moderators shouldn't be allowed that type of behavior in my opinion

I really like the hex ohm line in general for durability and will be easier to fix in case of vape apocalypse. DNA boards are also notorious for great performance, and I've never had a problem with one.

@F1r3b1rd is in no way connected to the post on VTT and as far as I know he has actually never been on Reddit. That's the problem with paranoia and conspiracies, they are very seldom correct. The 6 posts were all done within 20 minutes of each other and never repeated. I apologize that it was done as a joke, however, in bad taste. Hiding was not an issue, I was just made aware of this post.
I am, nor ever will be, a mod or admin on either of these forums and mods on wither forum are not to be blamed and witch hunted for my actions.

If there's one thing I know, it's that trying to control the actions of others is about as easy and constructive as trying to herd cats. I have both and they still both work great.
The difference i would warn you about is the DNA isn't a device it's a board that goes in a large number of devices.
Some are wonderful and some are not as great.
The HexOhm is a device made by Craving Vapor.

So the hexohm is a mod built by a company and a DNA is a circuit board that companies put into their mods.

I'll let the pro's take over with the specs on different DNA mods and which ones are better than others.

except the fact i have the IP address of one of the troll accounts and it doesn't match your location. it's not putting you on blast, moving past it and pretending it never happened is 2 different things.
