Update: So now I feel my vape hits perfect. Its very smooth and the throat hit is great. Thanks to everyone and their help here!

Because I was getting really dizzy on 12 mg (50/50) I asked Blacknote to send me 6 mg (50/50), unfortunately I am still experiencing lots of dizziness after just a couple of hits. Maybe it will subside with time? Maybe I should try 3 mg? Seems strange since I smoke a pack a day of cigs. Or maybe I need to switch brands? Halo Tribeca? Any suggestions would be great thank you.
Glad the 1.8s are working for ya! You could try 3mg, and if that works for ya, then fine. The advice Hillbilly Pig gave about stopping when you feel a little dizzy is good, I do that myself. It may also pass as some others have said. the net I'm vaping right now is 24mg Nicotine nic salts mix :)
It does seem strange that even 6 mg Nic at low power say 8 to 11W is too much for you if you smoked a pack a day, perhaps your body just intakes the nic in vapor efficiently, everyone's different :)

I know you've gotten a lot of information BUTTT. the best and easiest and simplest one in my opinion is the Xfire ecig. It's smoke is strong enough to where you can feel it in your throat like a cig and it's milky smooth and it's super discreet cause it looks like a USBdrive. no frills or anything fancy at all, but sleek and easy to use. I like the smoke quality and it's been a decent transition for me.

That really is stealthy ain't it, if I didn't already have an on the go mod I'd be snapping that right up! Good call :)

I always say if you are inhaling smoke from your Vape Device there is something seriously wrong.................
Whilst you have a point that's a nice looking device, abeit overpriced for what it is though. Can get a pico an some batteries for that price & that's a really easy mod to use. I use it as my on the go mod an it's super reliable so far

Completely true; my wording was probs a bit off. It's an ecig and you're inhaling vapor, but it feels really similar to when you're inhaling from a cig. albeit, not as strong and so I feel like it's def a good transition device if someone's coming off of cigs or just enjoys that "stronger" sensation in the back of their throat

Endura T18 I recommend alot too, can be had for $20.00. Just use high nicotine & your rocking. That kit got my friend off cigs an it has some good flavour too :)

Just got my MIL the T18. My wife is going to try and show her how to use it and see if it will work for her.

Couldn't recommend it anymore, it's just plug an play. No wattage adjustment needed, just fill the tank, wait ten mins for coil to saturate an vape.
There's a T22 as well, it's 2000mah, has a 4.5ml tank. Uses same coils. If your a heavier vaper I'd go with the T22.
Me personally only getting a few hours out of the T18.
Ended up using box mods after this cos got sick of charging all the time lol

Thanks again for all the help here. So I think with a bit of trial and error I feel my vape experience is going really well. The 3mg is what I needed to start with and it's working great. So in summary I am using the Zelos aspire with the nautilus 2 tank and 1.8 coil, my e juice is blacknote prelude 50/50. I am vaping at 14 watts. Everything feels perfect. My only question is I seem to be filling my tank daily. Is that normal? Or am I burning through liquid too fast at 14 Watts? Thank you

Filling your tank daily is normal, but just FYI I'd try to refill it at about half. To avoid those dreaded dry hits. Don't worry on juice use, a lot of people go through a good bit a day. I go through around 5 to 15 mls a day, all depends on what's rocking in the tank. Hope this was of some value

I believe blacknote only comes in 50/50 blends, which sucks because I love their taste. So maybe a lower nicotine level might be the answer?
I was a 36+ year pack and a half a day smoker. What got me off the Stinkies was a Nautilus Mini vaping 18mg 50/50 on 1.8Ω coils on an iStick 30. The day I got that rig was the last day I smoked, been off the Stinkies now for over 2 years.

I've since went deep into the Rabbit Hole but that combination is what worked for me with Health Cabin's RY4. Best advice I have is to stick with the setup you have with a MTL vaping. IMO you're not ready yet for subohm vaping until you've got a good solid 2-3 month or more on MTL at => 1.5Ω. Keep it under 20W and try different juices.

I used Cig-A-Likes after deciding I quit and was only a couple of months before I got tired of the BS with refilling Cartridges. An iStick TC40W and a Nautilus Mini was my first real PVD and now I pick one for what mood I am in but still using that iStick and one of my Minis is on a 200 Watt MOD at the moment!

While I own some seriously powerful MOD's and have been trying to get my GF to stop using the Logic's I finally found what she liked and she is now vaping with the JAC Vapour Series-S and loves it. A simple Variable Voltage Pen Style Device because she hates the beasts I carry around. She went with the Pink but they offer it in Stainless and Black. Although they are in the UK, the shipping takes about a week and there are some specials running right now. Very affordable.

Welcome to VU.

I can't add anymore about devices or juice that would be more helpful than you've already gotten. This will be a trial and error process and it will be a process. All of is started somewhere. Some go to the hobby side and other are able to drop it after quitting the smoking. All of us also have different tolerances for nic levels. Personally I hacked up a lung or three at 6mg nic and I was a 2-3 pack per day smoker.

The suggestion to pick up a second device is a very good one because you will always have a device charged if you aren't using external batteries. It can be tempting to pick up a smoke while your device is charging. Don't be afraid to try other devices to find what really works for you. WHen I first started, something would work but after a few months it wasn't enough. It took me a while before I found what really worked for me. Don't worry about the newest, greatest thing as it's usually not any better than what you have.

I currently have 4 devices that I switch between on a regular basis for different types of vapes. I don't NEED any other devices. I've gotten into the hobby side of vaping because I enjoy it. When I buy now it's just because I want to play.

Good luck and don't give up. It will get discouraging.
