okay ordered the brass goon, came out to $28 with China shipping. 8-12 days to delivery. I'm excited if I get a authentic brass goon22 for 28 bucks!

lately I've been into 22mm mechs so haven't really wanted a 24mm rda. I have a train car full of 24mm mechs tho. I want to get the Titanium goon 24 from Fasttech, and authentic Csmnt in graphite

I dunno man. I'm skeptical if the above is what you are looking at. The bag and the drip tip are screaming clone to me. Those look exactly like my clones' bag and drip tip. Maybe cause it's the 22 it is different? But my legit goons had better drip tips and the thread on the bag was black. I got excited, looked it up, and now, I dunno, I'm just a little skeptical is all. Price is high side for clone and LOW side for authentic.

we'll find out! it's not a big deal because I can always swap posts with legit ones. the 22 is a little different than the 24 also mind that they have it on sale. look at the normal price. I had a chat with 528 and the 22 and 24 v1 goons have been discontinued. I'll be honest I will be kinda mad if I payed $28 for a clone when I can get a decent clone for $13, hell I just grabbed the Ti goon 24 off fasttech.com and it supposed to be pretty damn good. I just wanted it because the weight is less than a reg goon

oh yeah and I don't think the goon 22 has the curved clamps for easy install like the 24 version. look at Mikes goon 22

I joined this forum because I had serious problems with this site. Their website says they ship to the US, but when my IP suddenly got blocked from their site, I got suspicious. Fortunately, I wrote down their customer service email. When I wrote to them to ask them why I couldn't access my account to track their order, a Zoe Zhang told me they didn't ship to Georgia. I explained to her that I live in the state of Georgia, not the country. She then said that I live in a location too remote to ship to, which we all know is absurd. I live an hour away from Atlanta. Anyway, when I asked for my card to be refunded, the customer service emails stopped.

My advice: steer clear. They claim to have a US Warehouse, but when you look at their FAQ, they say everything is shipped from China. I dunno if that amounts to fraud, but it's a clear misrepresentation. Now I have to deal with my card company and a stop payment etc. PITA.

Now...this is only MY experience and it may be due to the Georgia misunderstanding, but after I emailed Ms. Zoe Zhang my order number and receipt, and she still insisted that I was in a remote location, too remote to ship to lol, and stopped communication when I cordially requested a refund, then red flags should go up.

I can only say that I have ordered from 3A a few times and have never had a problem that was their fault and when one of my shipments was lost (not their fault) they resent the order on their dime. During the last holidays they had sale prices that were too good to be true, except I got the items I ordered at those prices. Especially the Desire Cut for like 12 dollars and a Geekvape Athena kit for I think 10.

This is China after all and there can be a gaping communications issue there. They may be getting some flag on their end about shipping restrictions to Georgia, and not knowing North American geography or politics very well, be having trouble both understanding what it means and how to relay that misunderstanding to us.
Yeah well they should have people better equipped to do business in the west if they're going to sell to us.
Good point, but that's not the same as them being deliberately crooked, which the evidence still does not indicate is the case.

That's great that you got your stuff. I hope I do. But I went to great lengths to explain to her the difference between the two Georgias and that cute little - too remote reply was, well, almost as infuriating as it was absurd. I also explained that, as it was in the U.S., their drop down menu of the 50 states they have one of their pages should indicate that they know or should know that Georgia is a state in the United States, which I explained rather thoroughly. I hope they're not crooked, but when you ask whether or not your order will be shipped after detailing all the geographical blah-blah and, if not, whether your card will be promptly reimbursed if they can't on their end and they don't answer...the responsibility falls on them.

I'd say ignorance is no excuse. She can look up Atlanta, Georgia on a computer, poor dear, so whether they're deliberately crooked or not, stupid and inept, or that they just don't care, that's a primo example of piss-poor customer service that sends up red flags. I say proceed with caution.

I also have to point out: Why a site that says it has a US Warehouse also states in a FAQ that all items are shipped from China. This is pure misrepresentation. Or, alternatively, at the very best, a lack of attention to detail, which reflects poorly on their end. Let's say it's true that they do have a US warehouse now (I doubt it but I'm going to research it later). That they don't update their site to reflect that is what i mean. It's shabby.

Then hopefully this is, like you said, all a matter of misunderstanding. I still don't appreciate that she quit replying when I asked if it was true that they didn't think they could ship to Georgia in the U.S., would they please refund my card. That's what ultimately set off the alarms on my end. I'd actually come here and other forums and just looked at different opinions before placing the order. So what? Are they waiting for the order to finish processing so they don't have to refund my card? I can't take that chance. I'm calling the bank to stop payment on that card.

Here's what it is.

Your concern and apprehension is totally understandable, especially since it seems this is your first time ordering from China, and props for asking others about their experiences.

That said, you've seen yourself what those experiences have been. Like most Chinese outfits, you'll get your stuff and it'll be what you ordered. Almost all the time. Nothing is 100% where humans are involved. In China or even American sites for that matter.

Ordering from China means HUGE savings. It also means sometimes dodgy communication and it also means WAITING :wait:

That's the tradeoff. if you're not willing to endure that, then don't order from China and pay full price. That is of course up to you. I can only say that I own many things today that I would not have been able to afford if I hadn't gotten them from China and I have never once just not gotten my stuff.

Thx for your thoughts. I don't mind the waiting. It's the security of my card that I'm worried about. :)
You bet :)

Truth be told friend, I think more American sites have trouble with security than Chinese ones. They are technically PRO FISH INT over there. Use PayPal and you're good to go in any case. I use a prepaid PayPal MasterCard. One thing I'll say for PayPal is they are all the way on the ball protecting their users interests. Because they have everything to lose if not.

gsmit1 - Interesting twist to all of this. I live in Paris but am in the States at the moment caretaking my mother for a few months. The reason I went online to look for parts (coils, tank, etc.) is because none of the retailers around here carry JustFog (I have a Q16) replacement parts, so I went to the 3a site looking to load up on coils and a few tanks to keep my vapes fresh. Yesterday, the Q16 died, so I ended up grabbing a Smok PRIV N19 (which I'm quite happy with - suits my needs fine, and in comparison to the JustFog, blows it away). I woke up this morning and Zoe emailed me back and told me the coils for the JustFog were out of stock. I explained the above to her and she agreed to cancel the order.

So, in the end, all seems well. My card payment was routed through PayPal Express Pay, so hopefully there'll be no issue there. Summing it up, it was total confusion for a day, but it all worked out for the best. Hey...sometimes things do that shockingly enough! :)

some time paypal routed payments become paypal account credits when refunded just be aware of that

Thanks lordimage - if that's the case it will be okay. I'll use it somehow. I have a prepaid card or just use it in its normal way. But thanks again for the heads-up.

Update: I did receive an email today saying that my card was credited and will show up on my statement, so in all fairness to the vendor 3a, they held up ethically on their end.

Did you get the pre paid PP card thru PP?

I made an order with them back on October 18th. I've sent an email asking why it still says processing after about 3 weeks. No answer. I sent a email to cancel my order November the 15th. No answer. I just sent another cancel email today, December 5th. Lets see if I get an answer.
I would change my order to something I can get if they would just contact me.

@3Avape Official is quite active on here.
I would do as @SnapDragon NY suggested and send them a private message to see if you get a reply.

I did this, hope it works,
Thanks
Also, I don't know what it is with some of the Chinese vendors lately, but I have had a few that still said "processing" the day they showed up at my door.

I think they just ride it out figuring we'll shut up once it gets here, which we do LOL>

I got a message from @3Avape Official as you mentioned and also got one from support on their website. It says they were shipped on Nov 18th. Please allow 12 to 20 days delivery. They also gave me a tracking number.
Thanks everyone for your help. That's all I wanted was some kind of update. Looks like my order is on the way I hope.
I hate to post anything negative on any post but I just didn't know what to do with no kind of answers from them.

I use this site to track my China Packages - just enter your tracking number

NO, 3Avape.com is a bogus company that ripped me $180 with a duplicate product.
I ordered YiHi SX mini on this website in Aug 2020. After successful payment, I didn't receive any email or confirmation for more than a week. There is no phone number or email to contact them. At last, I raised dispute with Paypal, which i used as payment method, Paypal didn't help at all. However, I got an email from this company that they dispatched the product from China and will take one month time to reach USA. The product, which did arrive after four weeks, didn't look original. Anyways, i used it for next three/four weeks, when it stopped restarting. Though the product has six month warranty, i never received an invoice from them to demand my warranty from YiHi directly. When i contacted 3avape demanding an invoice, they asked me to send a video of showing the problem with Mod. Even receiving the they stopped replying back to many of my emails. So, I lost $180 for this bogus company sending duplicate products from China. They don't have US warehouse and support, though they claim they do on their website. Bloody suckers.

They responded to several of us when we had concurrent problems back in March and April. They also lost all three of us as customers after their responses and their actions. I will never order from them again.

I too ordered from 3avape in mid November 2020 and got like 8 vapes and 4 tanks for 50$ (incredible sales at the time) and im still waiting 7 weeks later.. 7tracking has the last shipping update dated as of Nov 27 somewhere in shenzen.. no updates since then. Customer service hasn't availed much. Hopefully I get it. I was eligible for free shipping so I knew I was gonna end up waitinf.... but 7 weeks is a bit of a doozy.

Hold on a minute there friend. :) I know for a fact you didn't pay 180 dollars for any model SX Mini from 3A. They've all been on sale there for well under 100 bucks for months. Also, there are no cloned SX Minis that I've ever heard of.

I bought a G-Class from them and while it took a long time to get here, it was fine when it did.

I'm not saying people aren't having a terrible time with this site, but this here just doesn't add up.

Nope, clones of SX mods are something I've never seen or heard of as well. Doesn't pass the smell test. I'd like to hear an explanation of how it "didn't look original".

I doubt that they will ever return since it was a drive by scammer.

The problem with 3Fvape is that if you ask to cancel an order for any reason, they will declare it shipped after a short time, on purpouse!!
