can someone help me build a lower ohm flavor and cloud build. i always get 0.4-0.5 using a clapton dual coil.

For simple builds, I am a huge fan of MicroCoil Pro (Swiss) on my phone...
For complex builds, I use Vape Tool Pro...

how do i use the vape tool pro?
After installation, launch the app. Select Coil Calculator. Select the number of coils. Select the coil type... if you purchased the pro version you'll be able to select between 15 coil variants ranging from simple to alien. When thr coil type is selected a new screen is displayed prompting you to pick the core wire type and gauge, then the wrapper type and gauge. Then choose a cool diameter, number of wraps, leg length, and click calcuate. Voila! Relatively accurate coils ready to be built.

What is atomizer? What is mod? MTL or DL draw? How many watts do you want to tun? Hot or cool vapor? What wire do you have to work with?
The answer to question are infinate.... maybe you could tell us what you want beyond OHM.... which only matters if vaping unregulated or mechanical.
