Saw the advertisement for Fuggin Vapor here on Vaping Underground and decided to give them a shot. $49 order and $9 shipping. That was on 9/8/17 5 days later and it still hasn't processed. No one picks up the phone and of coarse no email returns, Im kind of Fuggin dissapointed. Anybody have any input on this Fuggin company?

ATTENTION FUGGIN CUSTOMERS: HURRICANE IRMA NOTICE: Fuggin Vapor Co. is located in South Florida with administrative and shipping facilities in Miami Beach and manufacturing facility in Miami Gardens. Unfortunately our city has received some harsh punishment from Hurricane Irma. Miami Beach is currently CLOSED... literally closed.. The city was evacuated and all roads leading in are blocked by city officials until tomorrow morning (Tuesday) at 8am. We have not been able to asses any damages as of yet. Im being told by a law enforcement officer that i know that there has been some flooding by our building but we occupy the 3rd and 8th floor in our building so everything should be fine. No power yet but we expect it to be on in the next 24 hours. Our warehouse in Miami Gardens seems to be fine as well however it is inaccessible because theres only 1 road in and its flooded. We expect the water to recede as well sometime in the next 24 hours. We expected the worst and we prepared. We over-manufactured our Fuggin brand liquids so when we can get back in we will be working overtime to get every order out right away. If you placed an order over the last few days we hope to get it shipped by Wednesday. Our staff was evacuated as well and customer service is doing there best to answer emails remotely although there is intermittent power/internet outages so response time is not as quick as usual. We are so sorry for the delay. I think Fuggin will be fine but please pray for the victims of Hurricane Irma. She left death and destruction in her path from the islands to the states. We hope this delay doesn't turn our customers away... we can use your support more now than ever. Thank you.

Neither did I, but the lower half of FL is basically in total destruction; no power, no water, no gas of any kind (natural or the kind you put in your car)... roads completely destroyed... and the upper half is, in many places (Jacksonville!), waist-deep in water. There was a 5-10 foot storm surge from that behemoth motherfucker Irma. It looks like a fucking bomb went off from St Maarten to Jacksonville, and even in Atlanta, there are huge trees down, power lines down, people STILL without power though it passed thru here 2 days ago.

I didn't see their announcement.
Admin please delete this post, I wasn't aware of their situation being located in Florida.
The OP obviously did not know the vendor was in Florida and was trying to find out if anyone else had any issues.
While most of us know fuggin is a good vendor and will not screw any customer over, the OP was unaware.
Khassy's post answered everything the OP needed to know so further ridicule was not required by anyone.

Wabah58 if you have the opportunity it may not be a bad idea to rename your thread so you aren't bashing them since this is out of their control.
Simply a suggestion.
I'm sure once they are able to they will either ship your order or refund your money.
They are good peeps.

Yeah, I'd suggest renaming the thread and leaving it up in case anyone else needs to know about Fuggin's situation.

@Paratech right on brother.

@Wabah58 Sorry for the snide and snarky remarks. Most people are here to help but as you can see we do have our share of people that just wait in the wings for someone to make a mistake. Unfortunately, as time goes on you will get to know these players well and you will just learn to ignore their childish antics. If it makes you feel any better I did meet the owner of Fuggin Vapor down in Miami for the World Vapor Expo a few weeks ago. He really did seem like a good dude that has the vaping communities best interest at heart. I really can not see him doing anything shady in this situation. I'm sure as soon as he is up and running he will make things right. If you need help changing the title let me know.

It was quite obvious he meant he hadn't heard about Fuggin's announcement. Well to some of us.

Yes, that was made clear. My point stands, that if most of S. FL is in RUINS, people homeless, without utilities of any sort, that maybe worrying about your vape mail is a bit... insensitive? Also my other point, in that it was absolutely front-page headline news for much of the last week, due to its size and ferocity, a truly historic monster of a storm, as it proved every single time it even came near land.

It is possible OP didn't even know Fuggin is based in FL.
Same thing happened to me.
I placed an order with another company almost two weeks ago. Placed an order on Friday and got an email saying package will be sent the next day and tracking info will be sent. Waited until Wednesday to hear anything. By that time the website was down. Sent them a Facebook message and the next day got a response. Took almost two weeks for shipping but package is on the way. Not everyone knows where a company is located.

Then again, it's easy enough to find out. :D

But when you get an email saying it will ship on Saturday or Monday and you do not hear anything from then, you can think something is wrong. I never heard the op bash the company. They went about it the correct way and asked for input from anyone that has done business with them. My first thought was not where the company was located just wanted to get in touch with them to see what was wrong. After I heard back from them I did feel dumb for not looking where they were located.

I never place on an online order without finding out where the company is located - even when weather isn't an issue

Just like knowing what kind of people I'm dealing with, even reputable companies most vapers have heard about, I want to know a little more. Not just vape stuff either, all online purchases

Was vaping a month or two before it even dawned on me to look for location. So many sites now take your order & then place order at a secondary site, so you can never be positive.

Do wish OP would correct thread title if possible. It is offensive considering the circumstances.

I didn't know where Fuggin was located until I saw this thread. Took me about a minute to find out, but knowing that they're a good, reputable company, I wanted to make sure things got straightened out. There are enough companies that are shitty, we need to support the ones that aren't.
