Full Disclosure:
Let’s get all the disclosures out of the way. This tank was sent to me directly from Steam Crave specifically for the purposes of this review. This will not in any way, shape, or form cause me to give this tank a favorable review or change my opinion in any way.
First Impression Out Of The Box:
Typical Steam Crave packaging. If you have purchased Steam Crave products in the past then you will know exactly what to expect. The gunmetal finish on this tank is absolutely gorgeous. She’s a looker for sure.

From Top To Bottom:
Really shocked at the drip tip Steam Crave supplied with this tank. It is cheap and thin looking. It is a fitted drip tip with no o'rings. I like the shape but this drip tip doesn't even approach the quality of a drip tip that should be included with a tank of this quality. Steam Crave really dropped the ball on the drip tip. Thank god it's a 510 opening so you can replace it easily. Believe me it's probably the first thing you will do.
Next we have the top cap. Nice and flat just like I prefer. There is a slight beveling on the opening of the 510 fitting. The outside of the top cap is beautifully knurled and the threading inside is buttery smooth. There is an oring on the inside of the top cap to prevent leaking.
The juice fill ports are huge and kidney bean shaped. They will accommodate any type of juice bottle without a problem. The chimney is not exactly wide bore but at the same time it is not narrow either. It is wider than the V1 and I feel like I get bigger clouds and slightly more airflow compared to the V1. The chimney leads to a conically designed barrel that covers the deck and your coils. No doubt that this design contributes to the outstanding flavor of this tank.
The AFC tapers down just like past Supreme models but this one has a metal screen in it. It definitely guards against the wetness that plagues most Supremes and looks good too. It looks like the same exact AFC that is on the Aromamizer Plus. It is very smooth compared to the V1. You have a lock and unlock symbol on both sides of the tank that allow the user to know whether the JFC is open or closed. I do recommend that when you get this tank you make sure you do juice up all of the threads and o'rings because of the quality machining and tight tolerances on this tank.
The Aromamizer Supreme V2 is basically a smaller version of the Plus in every way shape and form. Of course the Plus was a bigger version of the Supreme with a lot of noted improvements so you can see how the V2 is a natural progression for Steam Crave.
The differences between the V1 and the V2 are slight but they are worth mentioning. I get slightly better flavor and clouds on the V2. I am assuming this is because of the wider chimney. It also has a slightly looser draw than the V1. The V2 definitely stays dryer. My V1 never leaks but it is always wet. There is always some condensation around the AFC and base but it never truly leaks. The V2 seems to have solved that with the screen on the AFC. If those things I mentioned annoyed you about the V1 then the V2 is a must purchase for you.
The Deck:
- Velocity Deck:
This is a 25mm tank that comes stock with a velocity styled deck. It builds and wicks just like the V1. Mount your coils, trim your leads, wick the coil, and tuck your wicks in so they just cover the bottom holes. It’s that easy. I get no dry hits and this deck wicks beautifully. The stock deck comes with two single coil plugs so you can run this deck in dual or single coil mode. One plug has an air hole drilled through the middle the other does not.
- The Postless Deck:
I have to say that I am a big fan of the postless deck on this tank. It's just like the deck on the Plus just smaller. Steam Crave did send me the postless deck but it is a separate purchase. It has a kind of squarish build space that gives off a raised platform look. It’s a dual coil setup and there is an oring at the base. You can run some pretty big coils on this deck.
Like most postless decks the hardest part of building it is getting the correct coil length. The deck screws do a great job of securing the leads. Once your build is done you have to line up the notches with with the cutout on the chamber and push the deck into place. Install the top cap with the JFC and you are ready to vape. One minor, little, con with the deck is the notch system. I wish the cutout and notch itself was bigger and more pronounced. Sometimes I have a hard time lining them up and actually seeing the notch just like i do on the Plus. It’s not a big deal but on a tank this good I had to mention it.
