Looking for affordable coconut or soy derived VG.

Hi everyone. After doing some research I have found that VG is either derived from palm, coconut, or soy, but that the vast majority of retail USP VG is derived from palm oil. Considering the devastating environmental and social effects of palm oil production ( https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Social_and_environmental_impact_of_palm_oil ) I would prefer to start using a VG derived from coconut or soy. Unfortunately every non-palm VG I’ve found has been much more expensive, like 10x as much for coconut, twice as much for soy. Does anybody know where I can get an affordable coconut or soy derived VG?

Also, I know some people don’t use soy because it’s usually GMO, but I don’t care about that, also don’t care about kosher or organic as long as it’s USP, pharmaceutical/food grade and non-palm-derived. And by affordable I mean around $20-30 for a gallon.

Thanks!

I don't know where you did your research, but I'd bet that most VG is derived from Soy since it is one of the most widely farmed crops in America, and is in nearly everything , whereas palm and coconut are not grown in anywhere near the quanities as soy....I go out of my way to ensure I get VG derived from Palm or coconut myself and avoid soy whenever possible...probabbly the cheapest and most common VG you are going to find is derived from soy.
