Hello and welcome.

What's the vape market like in Pakistan? Are product widely available?

The vape market in Pakistan is catching on, there are a lot of online stores opening in Pakistan but the products are twice as expensive here. I get most of my vaping supplies from aliexpress its a lot cheaper but it takes around 10 to 20 days to get to me.
Most of the recently released Mods and Tanks are not available in Pakistan.

The United States lifted trade sanctions against Pakistan after 9/11 so you can purchase vape products from the US if you can either find vendors that will ship them to you or a forward shipping company. The EU and Canada have good trade relationships with Pakistan so the same applies to them.

China has the cheapest mods and atomizers so it is probably the best place for someone in Pakistan to buy those products from. This forum will only recommend three US retailers to safety buy 18650 batteries from which I believe all three will ship to Pakistan:

illumn.com
liionwholesale.com
IMRbatteries.com

As far as ejuices, that is subjective so buy from wherever you like. The US market seems to have the most variety but plenty of good ejuices from other countries. I wouldn't be surprised if Pakistan already has a good local ejuice market.

How so? What I posted was real issues.

Trade sanctions are a bitch and ineffective which is why I never supported them even for North Korea.

China does have the cheapest mods and attys. That is pretty much a fact.

This site seems to only recommend those three retailers for batteries, yourself included if you remember your virtue signaling posts about how you gladly paid $35 for shipping just to be safe with batteries. This is why I am posting to try and change that. King Pin has a plan that he hopes to sell to admin for that.

Ejuices are Ejuices. The US almost certainly does have the widest variety but nearly every country including Pakistan probably has a good market for it.

I don’t care if everyone recommends those three for US I want to make that clear...my proposal had nothing to do with recommended retailers but help guides entirely separate things

The problem is they recommend them for the entire world not just the US. Bob goes as far as posting that he pays $35 for them to ship batteries to him in the UAE. If it we're just for US customers, I wouldn't be so bothered by that.

Thank you for providing some clarification on what your project is about. The last thread mislead me into believing alternative retailers especially for non-US customers was at least part of the project. I guess back to the drawing board on expanding that battery retailer list.

Don’t take this as being funny..why do you care so much about this Polagirl what difference does it make to you personally aren’t you based in the US? You seem to take real issue with people recommending them but I don’t understand why?

I am all for recommending them above all as they probably are the best battery retailers in the US if not the world. I'll almost certainly be buying my batteries from one of them.

It is this "big three or bust" mentality that concerns me. You seen in the last thread how some people end up choosing bust. This is a safety issue.

To a lesser extent, it is also a hive mind mentality issue that does the vaping community a big disservice even on non-safety issues. I use this recommendation even to overseas buyers as an example of just how extreme this mentality has gone.

Nobody has ever called me out for recommending anyone over in the uk... I just think it’s a case of talking from experience of where they buy from and that’s all it is nothing more ...in my time on this forum I’ve never been led to believe anything other than that

In fact I’m sure there is a few threads about specifically for vendors non states based

Maybe there are a few threads on this issue. The problem is even site regulars act as if they don't exist either because they are unaware of their existence, forgot about their existence, or disregard their existence.

I'd love for a thread to be created about expanding that list, especially for non-US buyers but even for US buyers as well.

I just don't feel as if I am qualified to lead that kind of conversation so I won't create the thread myself.

For safety to work, it has to be reasonably accessible. Mercedes Benz usually has the safest mass produced cars but a lot of good that does the driving world if they can't afford a Benz.

The secondary benefit of breaking the hive mind would be great but that takes site participation that safety may or may not. Hell, Mooch could probably single handedly improve the safety aspect if he were interested enough in dealing with the vendor aspect of battery safety but the hive mind breaking takes a community effort.

I thought I seen a Mooch vendor list somewhere of about a dozen or so with one or two in the UK. Not sure about the rest of the world. Could be wrong about that.

@Polargirl Thank you for all the info.
