Temperature jumping around with SS316L TC

Good day people!
I am ActionCow, and been vaping for a couple of years. Lately I have changed to SS316L coils with TC enabled. Although it looks like it is working fine, temperature protect does kick in, I have noticed that my temperature is jumping up and down, and the coils resistances are not being read intermittently, and leaves a blank space in device monitor (NFE Toolbox).
Any one of you have encountered this problem?
My setup is the following:
Evic VTwo Mini with latest ArcticFox firmware (171114)
VandyVape Kylin RTA
SS316L 26ga DUAL coil 10 wraps and 0.7 ohm each (0.4ohm total as read by the MOD, which goes up to 0.53 when reaching 235 Celsius; 455F)
I left the co efficiency at the default value for ArcticFox SS316L as Coil Wizard said the same values.

What I have tried so far:
Tried locking the resistance, and unlocking, same issue
Tried single coil, same issue
Tried spaced coils, and non-spaced coils, same issue
Tried unscrewing the 510 connector a bit, and tightening it, same issue
Tightened the coil clamps, disassembled the thing, reassembled the thing, same issue :D

Here is the device monitor snapshot of the issue:

I am seeking help resolving this issue and turning it into into a nice graph and vaping experience experience.

Thank you very much in advance!

This issue seems to be solved. Thank you for your attention.

Solution: The TC was jumping around in device monitor because when the coil was cooling down, the temperature was not read constantly, creating false low temperature readings.

Don't know why your having that problem. Here's my Evic mini with a dual coil SS316L 0.27Ω .

You will occasionally get some jumpy spikes but over all it should vape well with a fairly flat temp line.

thanks a lot, it does help. I think the VTwo Mini is the issue here. I have very similar settings, except the 70W is 50, and the TCR was on 88 for me. Also my resistance is .4 rather than .25. I'll try mimicking your settings and see if it helps. May I ask how many wraps do you ahve on each coil to get this resistance please?

6 wraps 26 gauge 3mm core gives 0.5 per-coil. Baby Beast with the RBA deck. Bump your TCR up to 92 for SS316L 88 is too low that may be your only problem. the 70 watt setting gives a faster ramp up.

EDIT: I should add that I have 4 mods with arctic fox and the TCR for my RX200S needs to be at 120 to get a good vape. The other 3 are at 92 and work fine. 92 is the correct setting for 316L.
