Sorry I know it was aimed at raymo but hey might as well chime in ...I really like the gorge mate nice single coil RDA sits between the flave and the wasp for me if that helps (with flave being top for flavour out of the three)
Thanks for the input man :)

Its a decent single coil RDA similar to the Wasp Nano, the biggest thing I love about it is its topcap.
Using the Topcap on other RDAs like the Skywalker, TM24, Some Goon Clones, Skill, Conspiracy and other RDAs makes them the same stature as the Goon LP (really reduced chamber) but giving the perfect restricted smooth airflow and barely clears the posts on each of these RDA decks...but still allows any coil builds to fit easily.

Personally I like putting fused clapton coils side by side in the Gorge...but like I said Im no single coil guru...
Sounds good!

I also have a Nintendo Wii out there too that i forgot to mention.
I really like playing the Wii.
I like the tiger woods golf game series.
One of the best Wii games is the one that came with it.
That's typical of Nintendo though isn't it?

Sick, I have have a couple of Wii games that we no longer or ever used for that matter. We play the Sports/bowling/ one once in a blue moon. I'll PM you with a list and see if you like any of them. Free, just postage. :)

Anyone played Heroes of Dragon Age, Borderlands? I grew old of Borderlands and got in to it big time. Spend a few hundred when I was in top 10 for special events. I went through 2 gaming keyboards and mice. I was done by then. I was good. BUT, couldn't keep up with the whales.

Borderlands 1 was fun, but a little too soulless to me. There is just something with 2 that I just love to death, probably not gonna buy 3 though if 2K has their way about it. It looks like they want the only legendary loot you'll be able to get locked behind a paywall, so fuck 'em.

I actually liked the original. BL2, either I was bored with the game or the story line didn't catch my attention enough. Haha! I agree with you on 2K.

Heroes of Dragon Age (HoDA) is a very good game. If you've watched your TV series you'd know the story. Modded weapons up to ultimate stature. You can just image what the players with expendable money (whales) have in their teams. It's amazing they can take a level one character and bring it up to full strength and maxed out in 5 minutes. That there my friend is one wealthy MOFO with nothing better to do.

If you're not familiar with the game, look up Dragon Age Origins. Me, I didn't watch it. Hubby always likes the story from beginning to end. But I fought like a MF Beeeoch out or hell. We played with my husband and father...always looking for that 4th player so we could play a daily or a special event. Otherwise, lock n' load. Everything from 'dogs' to metal beasts. I loved the game.

If you're inclined to play either, my IGN: Say'gbye. If start playing HoDA let me know. I may just pop in. Damn, I'll have to get another keyboard and mouse. lol

I play HoDA on Steam. Never tried Glyff.

I only mess with free to play games if it's rewarding enough to make me willing to buy some stuff. Whenever someone tells me that the micro transactions just speed things up, I take it as, "So your game isn't worth my time?" The appstore is just a desolate wasteland now, anything that is unique gets covered in shit and clash of clans clones. Tried origins though once, I remember not really getting into it, but it was my Buddy's game and he was ~14 hours in, so that might have had something to do with it.
Most of the games I play are little or well known indies, or older "AAA" games (not with all the bullshit season passes, deluxe editions, lootboxes, etc.)

Side note Just realized how much I truly hate today's AAA market, I want them to crash and burn and watch all those billions of tax deductible dollars be turned to ash.

From a couple Devs and workers in 2k have said that the higher ups "care more about money than making good games and happy customers." I'm paraphrasing but that's the jist. Allegedly, I have no full evidence of this, but the current president David Ismailer apparently wants micro transactions in every game after GTA Online's success, this includes Borderlands, Red Dead Redemption 2, the upcoming L.A Noire, and all sorts of bullshit. I do not know if this will indeed be the case, but all things 2k and other publishers have done in the last 10 years suggests it's true.

RDR2? There’s an RDR2 coming out and I am just now hearing about this? Man, I am slipping in my old age!
I would say that I might have to turn in my Geek Card due to that slip-up, but my gf assures me that dragging my chair in the living room out to be directly in front of the tv (and closer to it) to play XBox One after she goes to bed along with wearing a jewelers loupe now when I build coils has upgraded my Geek Card to a Lifetime Membership.

After the flak received on battlefront 2 I’m surprised companies are wanting to hide content like this it’s a shady business model crossing the border between paid and freemium ...if they do it I won’t be partaking in the series any longer

Skins or badges are one thing

But hiding dlc already on the disc and progression really winds me up

2K used to be awesome :( hope they aren’t heading in the same direction as EA and Ubisoft

Yeah, I used to really enjoy DLC back when it was released well after the game was out...kind of like a bonus surprise that the game I like was going to have a few extra hours of playtime added to it...but then they started selling dlc the same day the game came out and now you can even pick up the dlc on preorder before the game is even out. It’s almost like the game company created a game and then decided to cut out the last 25% of the game they developed just to be able to make extra money by considering it Bonus Content.

That is exactly what happened, I can slag off on any publisher all day and still not be content with all their bs. 60 dollars is a shell price, let's look at shadow of war, to get everything(not counting that scummy orc in lootboxes thing) you would need to buy the gold edition, 150$ and the season pass, another fifty. I only mess with dlc, of I feel like I wasn't playing an incomplete game. Games that did this well, the souls series, bloodborne, the borderlands games, elder scrolls, new Vegas(cause four was right shit)

And let's not forget Activision, they always go above and beyond to prove they are in fact the scummiest piece in the human centipede that is AAA publishers.

I wouldn't, it's same shit different toilet. For every cool thing they did with this one, they did two of the same boring things. That and I ain't buying another Activision game since they had made that patent. I know it's just a patent, and they may not ever use it, but the fact that they would patent such a thing makes me feel in the pit of my gut that they would implement it.

Honestly one of the most disgusting thins I have seen this year, in the year of the lootbox.

That’s fucking outrageous so put me in a game with a whale with the best gear so I spend more just to compete ...sounds just like a freemium model like galaxy of heroes to me!

While I’m on the subject of shitty activision have they even bothered to drop dedicated cod servers yet?

I think they did for the newest one, but the word is they are really unstable and no guarantee of avoiding a ban, so I think that's a no. The most stable they got in the new one is where you open and watch others open lootboxes. I think game publishers want a freemium game that you pay the full price for, they want to have their cake and fuck it too. Once again fuck AAA publishers.

Dragon age was great game first and the third one (second was gash) didn’t mind pumping some extra money for the DLC for the last one I ploughed so many hours into it it deserved it and EA didn’t shank them to hard

Skyrim is another one ...awesome

Really did try the Witcher 3 but I struggled to get into it just couldn’t get on with the slow combat system in the game

And of course fallout series love them

Some say witcher 3 isn't the best pla e to start, cause it simplifies the combat from 2. I think it's a better overall game though. The witcher is a game that I find has a better story and characters than combat. I didn't find the combat to be too bad, but I've played a lot slower RPG's. How far you get in it? Around mid game the fights got nuts.

Not sure my gpu would handle witcher3 very well. Looks interesting, similar to skyrim. What irritates me are the updates and crap. Being that my internet is painfully slow I prefer games on disc.

I liked being able to buy a game, pop it in and play it. Now nearly everything requires steam to verify which means even though I only play on my machine I have to have steam which likes to update. Then when I do find a game on disc I pop it in, wait for steam to connect, wait for steam to update, go to play the game and who knew - an update to the game I have to download. Not talking a mb or two, sometimes it's 800mb or more. That kinda crap takes me days if not weeks and defeats the whole point of buying a game on tangible media so I can play it locally.

Multiplayer gaming, downloadable content, everything being moved to the cloud is all well and dandy but if that's the direction so many want to take then they really need to put pressure on isps to get broadband everywhere. I live 50mi from a major metro area, not like I live in the middle of the mojave hundreds of miles from civilization. My current options are dialup (slow), 3g wireless (moderately improved then slow once it throttles within a few days of new service) and satellite (expensive and slow, throttles too fast, is bandwidth limited and they can drop you as a customer even when paying over $100/mo). No dsl, no fibre, no vdsl, no cable.

Part of what makes skyrim (and games like it) great is the additional community stuff. People who make new armor or weapons, add on characters with side quests, enhanced sound and visuals. Things that are enjoyable, expand the game but not required to play/win the thing.

The only game I have that has this feature that I still play is Fallout 4 and it did add some neat things that I liked taking advantage of. Mainly being able to setup a console that would give me anything in the game I wanted in any amount. I had a great time with just the building aspect of the game using this feature. All the different and cool buildings I was able to put together and make without worrying about going around and hunting for the resources was pretty neat, even though there were still limitations that I ran across.
Oh, and the mod where it gave you a lightsaber was cool, because c’mon...what is there in the world that can’t be made better with the addition of a lightsaber? It’s like bacon...it can only make things better! Mmmm bacon...great, now I gotta go make a BLT.

I used to be so addicted to WOW in my college days. I've been playing on and off for around 8-9 years or so. I remember telling my gf at the time, i couldnt come over because it was the last day of the pvp season and i was a few points from getting gladiator lol. I haven't touched any video games in over a year though. Nothing seems to hold my attention anymore.

On occasion, when friends came over, we'd play call of duty but i can't do that anymore. My daughter busted the track on my PS4.

I had forgotten about this online comic that I used to read religiously. Fairly certain anything posted here about general gaming is probably covered in the comic somewhere, hehe.
And yes, I know it’s referring to EQ instead of WoW, but the comics archive is massive and I couldn’t remember where/when the WoW references started showing up, whereas I knew these references were right as the comic first started and easy to find.

Yeah playing WoW now is just sad.
Blizzard killed an epic game series by making stupider & stupider decisions. They were trying to over simplify the game and it just wound up making it suck for people who've been playing since (Vanilla)

I still find a lot of fun in it when I can play (The Dementor makes it difficult sometimes), even though yeah, a lot of people I played with before have stopped playing. Still in a pretty good guild, though, that's pretty active. They still raid several times a week doing mythics. I haven't raided since Pandaria and a few LFRs in Draenor, but still find things to do even if I can't get the leet gearz. :)

I stick to Diablo 3 Overwatch or HearthStone

Although in my opinion Shadowverse is a much better game than HearthStone.

I used to play WOW i hate what they did with legion it ruined my hunter and made me go back to playing runescape lol but i got a strong account on both games

there was something i hated more than that, what it was is they made it so you cant move around and fire runescape is a much simpler game yet your still able to move and fire as long as your pursuing something or someone that your fighting if your fleeing you wont be able to shoot

Lol I think I have a couple max toons. Got bored because I wasn’t willing to stay up late on a week day to raid and pvp isn’t as fun as it was in BC & WOTLK.

I have been messing around with my starter account playing a couple low level toons without looms to try to get back into it, but I have at least 4 lvl110 toons.

I hate that they disabled enchants in pvp. No more actual twinking. I miss ganking toons that were higher level than me. I am nice and wont gank the lowbies. Combat rogue with elemental force was a good way to brighten up a shitty day.

Working and then hopping on to do chores to keep up burned me out so I stopped playing for a bit. It gets too time consuming.

yeah you're right there. Back in the day i had all the time in the world to kill. Working part time, so much money i didn't know what to do with it. Those were the days. Now i have bills and a family. I'd feel bad if i sat on my computer farming meaningless mats and just ignored everyone. I'd rather spend my time with my daughter.

I hate that the armory app cut off Feraled's staff! D-: I thought it used to be 3d and moving but it was just a still shot this time.

Look pretty and play shitty. I am so vain with my toons, it makes me want to sub again so I can spend hours farminf x-mog items. Lol

Depends on the class and spell. Some you can do while moving, others you can't.
