My uncle gave me an old Aspire Nautilus Mini he found, I'd never owned one so I rebuilt the coil with 26gauge nichrome (took me about 10 tries to fit it in there)

He gave me a bag full of stuff, mostly broken Ego tanks, and 6 sample bottles from Vape Wild...3 mg nicotine, which is why "vaping doesnt do it for him" but I told him I quit on 24 an 18mg so mebbe he'll try again someday

Lucky you! I'd like to try a Nautilus but not curious enuf to buy one. Already have enuf MTL stuff that works for me.

Did drag one of my Lemo RTAs outta the cabinet today, wicked and filled it and vapin away on it. My lazy butt shoulda rebuilt it first tho. The 1.25 ohm build that was in there is a bit low for MTL. Lotta pop and sizzle goin on. Oh well, don't wanna dump 5ml of juice so I'll just have to vape it dry first.

The awkward, yet endearing post hole placement. Kinky little chamber with fluffy cotton channels. That adorable little fill-hole. So sleek, so functional, in one smooth and tight little package. MMMPH, you know what I mean? *bites knuckle*

The Lemo 2 has a solid place in my heart of hearts. Thinking on it, I kinda miss it. Haven't used it in ages. Hmmm....

LOL, yeah. Sounds the same as my V1s. They were my first subohm experience (.99) and led me to DTL. they were my ADV until I found the eGo ONE tanks.
Moving back to MTL and the eGo ONE is just a tad too airy even with the AFC fully closed. So gonna see what I can do with the Lemo.

My first real subohm tanks was the Subtank MIni.
Then tried the Lemo2 and won a couple of TFV4 Minis and tried the Serpent RTA.
Piffed out all my TFV4 Minis and Lemo2's.
Keepin the Subtank Mini V2's with RBA and the Serpent RTA's.
Do not care much for the STM with factory coils but love it with the RBA.
I find it a bit strange that people with Billet Boxes run STM coils in them....

Had an STM W/RBA. Given to me about the same time that I discovered the eGo ONE Mega. Found that I had very slight preference for the eGo W/CLR. Built a stash of eGo ONE tanks and piffed the STM.

I keep hearing about the cotton bacon and the other exotics. Might check it out once I use up my 10 year supply of generic cotton, near full skein of peaces n cream and stash of cotton cheesecloth.:giggle:

Not so lucky. Swapped mods and promptly blew up my tiny coil because of silly 80 watt preheat setting...then I rebuilt it 5 more times wondering "wtf" and same result, of course

Not nearly as fun as building on a Kayfun or even subtank mini deck, trust me, but I'm a tinkerer so I keep on tinkerin' (and turned off the DANG PREHEAT)

I have/had one of those giant bags of Puff cotton pads. I gave most of it to my daughter to feed to her dinosaurs, kept a small bag for special occasions, and swapped to cotton bacon

I'm a big fan of the "golfball thru garden hose" type draw, and I find the original Lemos *just* tolerable, with the AF all the way closed. So you might like it; it's not bad; a *tad* airier than a KFL+, but comparable, though I wouldn't go so far as to support their hype of "kayfun killer."

I may have to the same tomorrow. Good to know that good old USPS is consistently shitty everywhere.

Did you notice how it said available for pickup this morning, then two minutes later reverted back to "on its way"

This was estimated to be delivered Friday, btw, which is a day later than it should have anyway

Yeah I love how they just delete and rewrite tracking info. I had a bottle of juice I'd gotten on BF and It was supposed to be delivered on Saturday and now that part changed to "in transit to Spring, Tx". Oh well it's juice so more time to steep.

Had a maintenance evening yesterday. Cleaned and rewicked a few atties. Took apart a Pico 75 which had an issue with the screen intermittently coming to life by itself and using up the battery overnight. The wiring was all OK so I gave everything an alcohol bath, reassembled it and it's behaving again :). It's a really tough little mod.

Also ordered another one in black and bronze and a couple of circuit boards. I'm going to be all set with Picos for the rest of my life in a bit
Picos are tough little beater mods

I've been digging thru my old vape gear.
Got my Sigelei 20W (SX200) down off the shelf, wiped it down put a battery in it and took some pictures to post on here.
I was surprised it still worked, it's almost 4 years old. Now to put a tank on it and vape ol'school.

When I first started I think that the Provari's were the hottest thing out for most Upper Crust vapers.
And the Reos for those few squonkers:)
I think that some were squonking cartos on them.
Ohh and Carto tanks? Remember those?

I've still got a couple of cartotanks, but my gunkmonster juice just isn't feasible in cartos. dammit. I love their tight draw, but using a fresh carto everyday because of gunk just isn't cost-effective.

I've tried squonking with a carto, and it works fine... but it's easy as hell to oversquonk and have a huge mess.

Threw away the broken Aspire Nautilus mini I tinkered with last night, wicked my Serpent Mini, trying sample flavors from Vape Wild (hand me downs), diluting them with 50/50 with VG

I forget the number/model but they had a screw on top and were refillable but no coil replacement.
The were not the pop out top ones.

yep did some checkin and the T4 and the esmart ones too.

Yes, I bought tons of T4s and Esmarts, I forgot the esmart name. They looked silly on my little batteries. I learned to dry burn the silica wicks and used them over and over, oh the nostalgia

Yep my first watts was with the Zmax.
A blazing 15 watts!

Never had a Provari. Just VV egos before the Zmax.
Also have a couple of the Itaste 12 watts I think they are?

11w. I had 3 of them at one point, but my black one died... the stainless and white ones still work, though -- my son started out with those, back in July. :)

I still have 2 Zmax SS that work fine. I think they are 15 watts if you stack 2 18350's in there.
Could be wrong though.
Seems like the Itaste were 12W?
Still have a couple of those too.
And some unopened T3S for them as well :)

They're 15w with any battery, depending on how you set it. Or if you use RMS rather than PWM, it'll even do a bit more, a much hotter vape.

Those iTaste vv3's were 11w -- still got 2 that work fine.

I really liked my Lemo. Really superb flavor. Gave it to a friend to try vaping for a while and he totally stripped the fill hole screw thread. There's not enough room to rethread to the next size screw. If it were not for the fill screw design I would try to get another one, but that's one thing I don't miss about it. It was a great vape though.

Oh yeah! Dug out my second Lemo. This time I rebuilt to 2.1 before I loaded it up. Surprising that this thing blows away the aspire BVC tanks for flavor.

Lol, I had forgotten all about that darn fill screw. Luckily my only needle cap fit on my 60ml juice jugs. Ain't no way I could fill a Lemo with the big fat tips that came with those bottles.

Finally got around to finishing a long overdue run of Kanthal Aliens to send to @Ms. Trixy along with tossing some N80 Aliens in as way to try to stay in her good graces for taking so long to get around to it.

Also, rewicked my Revolver Reloaded 2 Clone and am now enjoying some Deep Fried Oreo from my @Mykreign collection that he was kind enough to send my way.

I looked for a drip tip. Yep that's my big news. lol. Well to be fair I gave up looking after about 10-20min, it's somewhere around here.

Seems like lately there's been an odd interest in the taifun gt 3's. Unless there's a new one out or something, I thought it was an older mtl or restricted direct lung rta. I got a clone awhile back and wasn't all that impressed with it, seemed muted compared to the kfv4/5. Then got to thinking maybe it was just a shit coil I put in it.

Took the original drip tip off and put it somewhere 'safe' (isn't that how it always goes?), kind of need it to adjust the juice flow since it uses those odd little tabs at the bottom of the drip tip. Suppose if all else fails I have a small flathead screwdriver I could probably use.
