Just ordered the carbon fiber black one. I LOVE the look of the woodgrain, but the black will be a much better match for my tanks.

Can't wait for some real life reviews, no doubt...Chef, you have to let us know as soon as you use it!

Struggling to visualize how this wicks.....do you just tilt it and the juice soaks into the circular wick pad from the underside? If this type of coil can kick ass, this would really be a game changer.

Not sure about the chip or build quality of the mod, looks sexy as hell though with that colored wood grain look. I like the shape of it as well. Should be decent if it's using a similar chip to the speeder. The most innovative part is the tank but not really into subohm tanks with factory coils so that whole part of the kit doesn't impress me. It may vape ok but it's still a factory coil. Looks kind of like a notch coil that got hammered flat.

I'll be watching for reviews on this tank. It is truly different.

I looked up the dimensions of the mod though and it's freakin huge.
It's pretty but I really wish Aspire (& most others) would make a dual battery mod that doesn't need it's own trailer.

I did get this one in for review few days ago but I’ll share my very initial thoughts some may change as I use this over the next month or so

I’m chalking this one as the pre made coils answer to the RDTA.

The flavour is difficult to describe my test juice I use for reviews is HICs white tic tac flavour always (to begin with anyway) I know it very well...this tank brings out the anise right front and centre more than any other tank I’ve ever tried rebuildable or otherwise and it threw me to begin with because it was strange ....it also heightens sweetness a lot this isn’t to say it isn’t good it’s just ....different, Im warming to it a lot more than when I first tried it....vape is really moist although tank is really really airy, I close mine down to quarter and now coil is broken in I’m sitting pretty at 120watts and it’s a really smooth vape...the vapour production isn’t really dense another thing that threw me cause I’ve been using the frogman tank for a while which produces thicker clouds.

Flavour wise beats the cobra tank and frogman easy (I’m gonna get the clietos going st the weekend so I can compare them as well but for now unless the bloody thing breaks this has potential (I’m always on the fence until I publish my final thoughts as something might be a deal breaker along the way for me)

You do have to turn it upside down every now and then ....drinks like a crazy bastard though I have the 2ml TPD version and I’m refilling waaaay to often!

I’ve taken the coil all the way to 210watts and only then is it struggling to keep up ....keep it saturated often and it’ll handle it!!! Impressive for sure and wildly underrated

Refilling is a breeze don’t have to even remove the drip tip! although PET dropper bottles are best, needle nose or twist nozzles do not fit and stop when it reaches top of the tank if you overfill this you have a very bad time of it, the coil won’t fire and juice gets really hot ...I’ve done it a few times now by mistake cause I wasn’t looking

Gonna try cleaning and rewicking the notch coil plate after it’s spent if I can without affecting its resistance this will be a winner winner chicken dinner especially if you get use a cotton brand you love using

Made the right choice there chef I dislike the wood grain it’s really wishy washy....mod it’s way to early to give thoughts on it although I will say it feels bit plasticy for my liking, hits well though feels more accurate than the speeder was and a little less spongy ...0.1 second fire delay (they are bringing out new firmware soon for the speeder to make its fire delay 0.1 as well, currently 0.3)

Touchscreen start swiping from the very top or bottom, if you start half way it won’t pick it up, mod does warm up when firing the tank heat transfers down the metal sides

Very comfy to hold although again very glossy finish so juice spills are bad :)

The touch screen sounds similar to my minikin V2. You have to do a slow swipe from the top or it doesn't respond!

Same chip family as the speeder (aspires own R&D team sort it) its just next version for touch screen and few tweaks... they have given the board a 97% efficiency rating (speeders was 95%) the settings on the mod are identical to the speeder although goes to 210

If it reaches or not guess have to wait for one of the bench tester later to verify but can tell using it it’s more punchy than speeder was in my opinion

For the minute I’m very much leaning other side of the fence for this mod ...I still prefer the speeder although time will tell early days

I don't really like touchscreen mods. I've tried loads and the minikin is the only one that doesn't strike me as gimmicky

They both are although speeder is one of the most comfy mods I’ve used ...you end up firing this with the side of your thumb (fire bottom is at the top of the touchscreen) it doesn’t suit any other position that I’ve tried anyway

So if you lack thumbs look away this mod won’t be for you!
:cuss2:

Have to say mate neither am I prefer buttons alaways will

Cool. I was really not sure which one I should get - I really liked the woodgrain in SMOKIE's pic. But the black carbon fiber is more practical for my use. I only ordered the mod - the tank really didn't interest me very much.
