It finally got above 40 degrees here, so we let Tuxie out to investigate the white shit lying on the ground; her opinion doesn't seem to have changed from the last time she got to check out white shit lying on the ground: "Shit! I'm going back in the house!!!!" :giggle:

They forgot the cucumbers.

LOL! My son says next summer we gotta get some cukes and see if our cat jumps 3 ft in the air when she sees it. :giggle: Maybe even try a zucchini. :giggle:

Why is a tiptoeing kittysanta mean? I think it's cute and I'm not a big cat person. :)

I dunno really, I guess just the whole "cat wearing clothes" thing. We got a tiny santa hat for our cat, and everytime we try to put it on her, she hunches her shoulders up and looks around like "what the hell do I do about this???" Or she shakes her head till it falls off and then tries to bite whoever tries to pick it up and put it back on her. :giggle: Of course it might be the hysterical laughter that offends her. Cats are so pissy about their dignity. :giggle:

:giggle::giggle::giggle::giggle: There's no way in hell that Kai would let me put anything on him. He hated wearing his Thundershirt even when he needed it. He'd keep trying to grab it with his mouth and destroy it. Kaylee would just remove it and go about her day. :giggle:

We had a long-haired dachshund when I was growing up, and my mom would put a sweater on her in the winter; she didn't seem to mind at all. But so often, dogs just want to please you. Cats are like the oft-remarked honey badger... "don't give a shit." :giggle:

Jack and Jill went up the hill and came back pregnant and had 3 kittens in a bush in the corner of our property.

Mother with her kittens by S. McClay, on Flickr
Reminds me of our male Tuxedo cat, that we adopted. His mother came to our back door for several months. One day, she arrived with four kittens. As usual, we were feeding her, including her kittens. They also liked to take shelter in our garage, so I kept the back door of the garage open enough for them to sneak in. However, one day, I found one of her kittens dead in our back yard. The day after, I found another. Another day after that, I found the mother, and another kitten. :( I was wondering about the fourth kitten, due to haven't seen it for a while, I had given up hope to see it again. After three weeks of no sighting of the kitten, I stepped out the back door, to see this hand full of a kitten running towards me in the back yard. It went straight into the garage, were I trapped it, closing the door. It took me at least two hours to catch that little boy, although it had a deep 1/2 inch of a wound on the right hip. We took it to the Vet the next morning. We were told, if it would have been without treatment for another day, it would have died from the injury.
I always think of the moment a lot, when he came running down the back yard! I always think, that God guided him to our home, in order to be saved. Today, he's a big, healthy "Schmuse Kater", laying next to me, most of the time, enjoying to be petted, and purring, until he falls asleep.
