Cotton Wicking

Okay so I ordered Cotton Bacon V2 to compare with my Koh Gen Do organic cotton pads.

The style of the cotton is amazing, how you can just tear it apart and wick it instantly. Completely ignoring the quality of the cotton the style in which it is sold is so user friendly I'm wondering...

What's a cheaper alternative to Cotton Bacon that comes in a similar fashion?

The cotton pads are annoying to cut evenly and correct size. The fluffiness and ease of tearing to size of the "strings" of cotton that come in Cotton Bacon is great. I want something similar but cheaper, is this available?

Well, the OP may very well like Rayon - but it is nothing like Cotton Bacon, which is what he hopes to duplicate for less cost

There are some Chinese Ebay vendors that sell it for .99/bag. Not sure if we are allowed to link them but pretty easy to find. Takes a month to arrive but about as cheap as it comes.

Rayon is $15 for 500ft. Can't get much cheaper than that.

Imagine rayon in one of those covered wagon style mesh attys...
Those will rip yer lungs out if you do not have good wicking contact all over the mesh.
And that is with cotton.

I tried Rayon.
wifes cousin is a hairdresser. Once while in her salon with the wife I saw a box of the rayon rope and bummed a small chunk.
Horrible stuff.
Just my opinion though.
Some love it.

I tried some Carolina Blend and Just Red from a friend of mine. Great cotton. Lasts longer than others I have tried.
Made in the USA. You can read about it at cottonman.com
Just ordered two 4oz bags. Spendy but worth it IMO.

Since I've started using rayon I haven't used cotton at all. I prefer rayon to cotton obviously but I don't dry hit my vape gear.

I can't stand Rayon, there is the claim it has no taste but I get a taste and dislike it. It also gives me a dry scratchy throat and I can't stand it.

Yes I wicked it right and yes I used the right Rayon from Sally's.
