Hey guys. I have a 50watt Subox Mini mod with its Subtank and a TFV4 Mini. What are the best builds in these tanks for 30-35 watts? I want to save power since its only one-battery mod. I want the biggest clouds possible with this wattage and good flavor. What wire should I use, wraps, etc?

Steam-engine.org or get an app called vape tool. Will let you input your wire types and show you everything you need to know about the coils. From wraps to inside diameter to heat production.

Best build will be the one you like best...... try modeling some builds in steam-engine.org. the bigger the coil the bigger the clouds.... but bigger needs more wattage and take long to heat and cool. Me i would start with some 24 26 and 28 SS wire

In my Subtank Minis I use 5/6 wrap 3mm ID 26ga SS316L at around 17 watts. Nice vape.
You might try something similar with the 24ga for higher wattage?
The limited airflow might restrict how high you can go on wattage without burning cotton though.

I use a nardA clone and I think a 2x28*40 works the best. I use mechs and unregulated the most and even on an unregulated a SS or Nichrome works fine.

Now if they fit I love a 10 Wrap parallel 3mm 26ga SS316L coil in single coil attys.

Definitely will not fit in a TFV4.
Nor a Subtank Mini.
It takes trial and error as people have said. What others like others don't. When i was vaping at that range i always aimed for 0.6/0.7 but since going MTL it's 1 ohm and above.
For 30/35 watts you don't need to build that low unless you want a warmer vape & if you go with SS just be aware it ohms out lower than kanthal and nichrome at the same resistance. Just play around with things

As an example of low wattage vaping, I use an OBS ace tank on a vaporesso target mini. I think the TFV4 flows a bit more air than the ace tank so you may need to run slightly higher wattage. Point is that my target mini is limited to a mere 40w so I had to use the ace tank with a simple 28*2/40 fused Clapton I had made. At 28w I get a nice vape without pushing the battery in the target mini too hard.
When looking at low wattage vaping try to keep the coil build on the simple side of things. Too much wire mass will require more power from the battery as well as more airflow from the atty.
