Another way we enjoyed golden syrup was to spread it on a slice of bread and top it with heavy cream.
I have an order coming next week, and I have SC Cinnamon toast.
I will mix up a recipe using cinammon toast, golden syrup and one of the creams. Maybe FA whipped cream will work in this case.
It's very close to what I have already made, but I used biscuit and fresh cream.
And on tasting the golden syrup in a recipe, its going to be useful to moisten dry vapes, sweeten recipes, and I am thinking that it's going to be really helpful in tobacco mixes at low %. Smoother than caramel, and it will definitely add a subtle sweet, warm and moisture to help the tobacco.

He uses vta croissant, I haven't tried that one yet, but it's in my cart for when I can afford to check out
We are trying to come up with a light, not sweet or crusty dumpling that cooks itself by simmering spoonfuls into a warm syrup golden syrup.
The golden syrup is actually very good with the right taste, and it is syrupy, buttery and warm on its own really, after a steep, it really is a great flavour to have.
I haven't tried love, although I read a bad review somewhere that put me off.
I would like to see VTA run a few specials on their website, or at least offer a deal with shipping after you spend a certain amount.
If they offered some different brands of flavors also, they would do really well.
You guys in USA have good deals with places like BCF.
I even did a big order from BCF, and even though I paid thirty dollars to ship to Australia, I got more for my money than if I purchased everything here.
I would rather spend my money in Australia, and I usually buy local, but nobody had the flavors I was looking for at the time.
I will stop whinging now lol.
I have it. Maybe? I’m also eyeing up RF Baked Bread. Unfortunately, FLV sweet dough isn’t the flavor we’re looking for. Right consistency, wrong taste. It’s too sweet(duh). Lol! Maybe also WF crepe? It’s a tough one.....all the companies want to deep fry their dough....which I get. Maybe Solub Beignet? Still looking......

And BCF rocks!

http://e-liquid-recipes.com/recipe/2416357/love peach dumplings

Have you tried this one? The guy is from australia, and while I've never been there and the recipe doesn't include golden syrup, I'm not sure if that would be something you're looking for. The GS could easily be added tho.

Just to rant...I wish bcv would stock (VTA) love.... I want to try it as well as other ones that are not available here in the US lol.
Oooooh, this one looks good. I wonder if VT croissant would work as a dumpling? Maybe not with Love, but another cream. Huh. I’ll mix it tomorrow and see how it does.

Oh my damn, that sounds lush! Lol! I might have that for breakfast tomorrow!

I have sweet bread crust from flavor express I just found, forgot all about that sneaky lil order I did one day.
They didn't use PayPal, so I was slugged exchange rate, and credit card conversion.

I like croissant a lot, you can bend it in any direction, I'm just not sure about dumplings since I never had any lol. But I'm excited to hear after you played with it.

wf crepe is good, love that too, but not as versatile and it needs help, which then would turn into having to add much more to it, and I think it could be difficult to then get a good/true dumpling.

apparently flv lembas bread is amazing too, super strong tho and I'm not sure how easy bendable it is, since I don't own it but only read about. Maybe it's another option?

My auto correct is killing me lol, let's play "I wonder what she tried to spell or say", because apparently my tablet thinks that correcting and completing sentences with some random vocabulary is going to be helpful...

The dumplings are milk, butter, flour, brown sugar.
Some people add a bit of golden syrup to the batter itself.
The syrup soaks in, and that is where the sweet comes from

The dumplings are super soft and light.
Melt in your mouth

Maybe a plain sponge cake flavor? White cake? Something that will soak up the golden syrup?

Here's another idea for golden syrup. Sweet cake balls

Cake, like yellow
Golden syrup
Coconut
Brandy

Will work on it lol

And, actually croissant might work for the buttery flavor. The texture might be flaky?
Either or, croissant and golden syrup would be amazing.
Could change it up with a bit of cream.
Yes, I am definitely going to get croissant very soon lol

Just another thing I was going to ask, if anyone has FA butterscotch AND VTA golden syrup??
Could I sub gs for butterscotch?
I know that I can lol, but would it work ok?
Just until I can do another order.
Got another @HeadInClouds recipe. Be damned if I don't have butterscotch lol. Just did a flavorart order two days ago.

I don't know that VTA Golden Syrup flavor, but when I use butterscotch it's usually such a small amount that another brand's butterscotch flavor can sub for FA with pretty similar results.

I am going to try golden syrup and see. I don't have any butterscotch, can't believe that lol. I am going to get some though.

Give it a shot! It’s probably similar, but with a lack of cream.....Butterscotch/caramel has cream in it.

Hmmmm....you’re probably right. It’s more useful as a pancake than a dumpling. I’m struggling finding a plain dumpling flavoring. Most dumplings in the vape world are sweet.

White cake is definitely very light....it might work if we can make it less cakey. And it has frosting. RF has a sponge cake.....I haven’t really worked with it before but I have it. If it’s sponge cake like twinkies? I don’t know. I’m flummoxed.o_O

INW biscuit 2%
FA cream fresh 1%
INW Biscuit was the first flavor I combined with Golden Syrup. They go together nicely.

I grew up with authentic maple syrup. My uncle has a place out in the woods called "The Sugar Bush". They put little spouts right into the maple trees and "sap" drips into pails or whatever. They collect gallons and gallons of it. Then they put it in a big pot to boil it. The sap then evaporates down to make maple syrup.

That would have tasted awesome. I like maple syrup, but we only get imported from Canada down here. It's expensive, but fresh from the tree, nothing would taste as good as that, wow.

I got one VT flavor last order. It's Toffee Ice Cream. I'm tasting a nice rich, buttery, vanilla ice cream flavor. I'm guessing the buttery part is the toffee element? It's pretty good.
I was just coming in to check if anyone has tried vta vanilla icecream, and I might like toffee better!!
I want a rich icecream and wild gypsy reckons hangsen. Can't afford international order right this moment

Toffee comes out more with a steep but does stay soft, I give it a boost with HS toffee caramel.

One of the reasons I love the toffee ice cream is because it is rich and creamy without getting custardy. It is almost lush in it's creaminess.

I have said that VTA avocado is good for adding a nice creamy full fat body to your creams, frostings etc.
I added 3% to VTA chocolate mousse, holy crap, I thought chocolate mousse was great, now it's even better.
VTA avocado 3%
VTA chocolate mousse 2%
FA cream fresh 1%
I added FA Irish cream in @ 3%, but I think it needs to go down to 1.5%
You could add some pie crust, it would make a chocolate mousse pie.

I'm tasting the sf chocolate mousse now and it is as good as everyone stated. The white chocolate base is very good and looking forward to pairing it with sweet rice FE. The chocolate base clear is kinda meh but only mixed two weeks ago so maybe more time; do think it will work well with the coffee liqueur that I quite enjoy.

Did you try VTA chocolate mousse, or another brand? Or did you mean single flavor when you put sf? Lol I just realised.
VTA white chocolate? I have been wondering about that, just worried that it might be too sweet for me?
Yeah, I have been reading people are getting into the sweet rice's, and I think I might have to get some lol

Trust me lol
Avocado is a gift from heaven. It doesn't have that vanilla taste like custard.
It is only slightly sweet, but it is like thick cream, but no taste.
Excellent! Pondering uses for it.....

You know, with the unusual flavors like avocado, rice etc, it is a new perspective thang!
I bet potato will be next.
It is about mouth feel, body, texture, but without the taste.
Fat and starch make a good base.
It is just like food. The fatty, starchy, sugary creamy dough tastes good.
It is just we don't eat it much because of health reasons.
Doesn't matter if you vape the naughty flavors.

For potato try taro flavoring. I'm wanting some to try in a potato candy. I used to make potato candy all the time, we heads could demolish a double batch in one evening.

You don't think it will be too sweet? I'm loving the idea but afraid it will be sickeningly sweet. Hell with it I'm mixing it up! Just sounds too good not to give it a go.
Awesome! The Italian cream should mellow it out a bit, I think. Or cream of some kind. Would love to see what you come up with!
