Wow, heads and tails better than the tanks I've been messing with for awhile. Great flavor, smoother airflow and dense vapor.
Just dripping it, have a HCigar Inbox on the way to sqounk it.

Running SS316L 2X28/36, ohms out at .36, 40 watts. It's a pre-made 6 wrap with 1 removed. One airhole closed.

I feel like a bit of hack trying to position coil and wick it. Your critique and suggestions are welcomed.

Looks good to me. Love the pulse 22. Use mine with the airflow cut in half. Just two open holes. More dense vape that way. Use mine for a dripper to test new flavors with my diy juice

Any words from the wise on popping? I've rebuilt several times to experiment with coil height and wick. Same coils, cotton, and 30/70 juice, but this build pops like crazy. One other spit but didn't pop much.

Pretty sure the popping may be not enough wick in the coil. Air bubbles or pockets get trapped and when heating the coil it pops. Sometimes it may just be the juice heating to quick. What wattage are you running at. Here's mine. And yes I know it's dirty as shit. Lol about to change the coil. I just use this one for flavor testing

Bingo! That was the issue. I could actually see little pieces of cotton blown out of the coil in a couple spots from the explosions.....
I wicked it harder with a Scottish Roll the best I could roll and popping is mostly gone.
A couple other things I picked up somewhere;
I mounted the coil 1 to 2 mm higher than Toby B did in his video to get the airflow hitting more toward the bottom of the coil. Flavor just a tad better.
Removing 1 of the o rings from the top cap makes it much easier to remove without pulling the whole thing off.

I wish I could reduce the ID of those airflow tubes, maybe with some SS tubing or something. I run it with 2 closed, but it seems like from a design standpoint performance might be even better if you had air hitting the coil from all 4 tubes instead of 2. It's just way too much air with that diameter as designed.
