Soooo....how ya liking yours..?? I've tried to like pods, but end up selling them (mipod, breeze)....BUT I think I may give the Orion a chance.

I ride motorcycles a lot and this would really come in handy.

I’ve tried different pod / AIO’s and like you, they don’t stick around too long. While the LV looks cool, I can imagine it will be just like the others but a bit better. IMO it’s expensive for what it is.

Yeah you're probably right...thought maybe this one would be different though and actually produce flavor.

Well I dont have any experience with the pods but I am curious how you came to the idea that a pod would be useful while ridin motorcycles. I have been contemplatin buyin a motorcycle myself for joy riding but mostly for a 1 hour commute to work and back. The more I think about gettin one I wonder how will I vape at 75+ mph. It bothers me enough I just shelf the idea and think about owning my fun car instead.

Just curious how you would vape and cycle.

LOL, The vaping would happen when parked, during stops/breaks, etc.

I seriously thinking about getting one due to one fact. My new job I my need to leave it on my desk. This looks good enough to do that. Much better than a S Rabbit or even a Lost Vape Furyan and anything else I have. To me this does have a place, not sure for everyone however. I do agree it is pricey for not even including one pod.

Well, I have the Orion! In fact I have three of them. If you like a loose MTL draw to somewhat restricted DL, it will work for you. With the right juice ( not coil gunkers) the pods will last up to one month, three weeks on mine since I got curious and tried to take it apart.

I only wish the DNA Go was more "flexible", maybe in a future firmware update?

I saw a review on this by Jai Have and it seems really nice although the pods are costly.

The lost vape orion would be in my hands right now if it had a replaceable coil design like the Aspire AIO.

I'll hope for a V2 that has replaceable coils.

I just find it kind of crappy you have to throw the entire pod away every time you need a new coil when vaping had already evolved past that point in 2012.

I absolutely agree with you, but the money to be made is in the pods, not the mod. I did buy two Aspire Nautilus AIO kits, they are not really what I had hoped or expected from Aspire. The Orion pods do last a good while depending on the juice used and there is a way to take them apart but not something very easily done. The bigger fly in the ointment is the DNA chip, it works best in a 0.2 to 0.4 ohm range so if you rebuilt the coil, you'd have to consider mod resistance and all that other mess.

POD's to me equals great at first then the Coils/POD's cost more or are hard to acquire. With the size if this, I own many MOD's I can do whatever I want with and vape stealthly. Does this require being hooked to a PC like the first DNA MOD I owned to set it for which batteries you use?

Nope! It is already set to go. If you use the 0.25 ohm pods, it goes to DL mode, 0.5 ohm pods default to MTL (more like restricted DL for me). The difference is in the wattage it uses. You have the option of using eScribe and change some things on it or create more profiles.

Just a heads up, the Orion died today, one month after purchase! I have no way of contacting Lost Vape so it looks like a lost cause!

Actually that doesn't have anything to do with buying new POD's that doubled or tripled in price.

Damn, that sux Brew. You might want to contact Evolve and see what they say. I've heard of them trying to help folks out when their products are involved ... might be worth a shot.

Yeah, it blows chunks! I have two others but now I'm wondering if the mods are disposable too:sad:
I contacted Evolve, I'll pop back in to let you guys know what happened.

I hope not, not at that price point anyway! Heck, I got irritated when one of the MyBlu 1$ starter kits I picked up was a dud, lol.

Hopefully Evolve will help you out or at the very least, provide some means of getting in touch with Lost Vape. Surely they warrant the device for longer than 30 days.
