Did it work for you Lucy?

Yep - and I hope it helps someone in need -

I'm lucky enough to not have cancer - but I spent most of my life trying to get it, but have devoted the rest of my life from either preventing it or keeping it at bay naturally if it happens because of my toxic past

How often do you detox Lucy? if you don't mind me asking. I pray you don't ever get it my friend and if you keep eating right you should never get it regardless of a toxic past, i have done much research on it.

Twice last year for heavy metals and work regularly (several times weekly) on my lymphatic system

Yes, overdue for a heavy metals. Have yet to do one for parasites

Also have twice (one year apart) did three month courses of serapetase

Have also quit using all commercial soaps, lotions, creams, deodorants, shampoo, etc

Now I only use coconut oil instead of soap, occasional rinses with baking soda instead of shampoo and no deodorant, perfume, make up or what have you period. Gave up shampoo three years ago, all soap about eight months ago and commercial deodorant about six months ago

It's done wonders for my skin - I'm the eldest in my family at 55, but now look younger than sibs still in their 40s. Two years ago I looked 60

Wrinkling has all but disappeared, age spots gone - kinda crazy

Sounds like you have done an excellent job my friend,
be very proud of yourself for there are so many who just give up

All that stuff is so full of toxins and most people don't realize that your skin absorbs all those poisons in seconds
then they a horrible disease and go get more poison that the doctors are glad to prescribe
