The Geek Vape Ammit comes with spare glass, orings, screws, T tool, 510 drip tip with 2 tops, 1 being 2mm bore, other is 3mm bore, can just unscrew top of 510 and change out to other bore top.

The Ammit easily breaks down to 6 pieces

The airflow is fully adjustable from a really tight draw to a restricted lung hit, can either use single air flow hole or multiple air holes

It is a top airflow, so airflow comes up from within the chamber and the air is hit by 3 holes in the base, 1 under the coil, the other 2 either side of the coil

The deck is a 2 post design, holes are rather small, so won't get any fancy builds in it, but did install a single core clapton coil with no problems.

Wicking is easy enough, cut to edge of the deck, fluff and stuff in the channels, had no problems with dry hits or flooding/gurgle, want enough in channels not to flood, but not tight to cause dry hits.

Once coil installed and wick done, put tank back together and fill from top and vape

So what do I think of the Ammit MTL RTA....I LOVE IT, I am normally a MTL vaper and try most of the new MTL tanks that come out, and this one is right there at the top for me, never thought top airflow worked very well for MTL, but Geek Vape got it right with this tank, I am using the single hole setting on the largest hole, which gives me my desired loose MTL draw I like, I think it covers most MTL vapers from a really tight draw to a good loose draw.

I've had zero problems with dry hits or gurgling, even when refilling, I did think I just got lucky on my 1st wicking, but done several since, and no problems at all, I do think it helps to fluff the wicks, and making sure you don't pack to much cotton in the channels, I am using a 2.5mm coil, and did not need to thin the wicks.

Also personally I love the look of the Ammit, only normally sub tanks that look beefy, but this MTL tank is a beefy tank, it feels solid and well built, being beefy and well built, it is a heavy tank, but personally I like that.

I would of liked a quarter turn open for the top cap for filling, rather than the 5-6 turns to take the top off, and have by accident moved the air flow when unscrewing the top cap a few times, but that really is the only complaint I can come up with this tank.

If you are a MTL vaper, I highly recommend this tank, great flavor, airflow and no worries of leaking, geek vapes 1st MTL RTA hit it out of the ball park.

Well done, Nailz. I use the original Ammit, airflow on the first hole. I figured this one would be too tight of a draw, but maybe not, based on your description.

Thanks for the review!

Nice write up! How restricted of a dL? Can you think of another rta to compare it to?

Even fully open, it is very restricted for DL, which isn’t my normal way to Vape, so can’t think of anything to compare it too for that style of vaping, sorry.

Yes airy MTL, just tested next to a KF5, and would say 3rd air setting on the 5 is comparable to Ammit fully open.
Thanks that means it’s probably too restricted for me. I use the KF5 with the widest af & that’s good for me.
