Eleaf iStick Pico 75W - Free-floating 510 Thread

Hello!

I've got a little problem with my Pico 75W - 510 thread is free-floating, so when I'll move atomizer, a box is restarting; I must keep it rigid. How I could repare this?

I tried rotate this gold screw - any effects.

well, you posted 3 times - so that doesn't help.

I know the pico I sold ended up with a loose 510, (buyer kept dropping with the tank on): the 510 appeared to have been flare-fit like a rivet. So, you can likely make it stick again, but anywhere you CA or epoxy is going to be insulated from the circuit.

I'm sorry, it's been a lag.

I kinda think a heat sink might work. I've heard about issues with the 510 on the Pico. I've never had a problem with the ones I have, but a heat sink was able to fix some issues with it.

I've dropped my Pico countless times, sometimes on cement and any damage has always been to the tank. Over the years I've had to tighten the top and bottom plate screws a bit but no 510 problems. I'll be interested to see if someone comes up with a solution for DasNiko, it seems inevitable I'll drop the Pico the wrong way some day.
