@heavengifts: growing pains or disconcern?

I've about had it with heaven gifts on AliExpress: this recently screwed up order is the final straw in a string of screw-ups, and delays & I'm all but about done with them!

12/21: ordered a Uforce T1 tank in black. 12/24, received a message that "the color of my item was damaged" & would I mind changing the color. reluctantly, changed the color to red.

12/24: ordered a REV Drift II tank. delivered 1/16...to NC; I'm in WA! emailed, but with no response. Filed dispute late that evening.

1/15: ordered a Desire Cut Squonk in blue. 1/17, received a message that "the color of my item was damaged" (gee, where have I heard this before?) & would I mind changing the color. messaged back & agreed, yet again, to a color change * asked if they'd be willing to do a price match due to their error with the drift tank & with selling an item that wasn't in stock; Silence

1/17: receive a message regarding the drift tank that "they will check for me" and "not to worry": yet zero response to the dispute filed the day before.

1/20: another message regarding drift tank; "we just found out the factory mixed the address wi3th another: we can resend/refund, what do you want". they also asked that I close the dispute now as it is really hurting their store rating. responded with the fact that I wanted a replacement shipped in the quickest way possible & that I'll close the dispute when I get my item & let loose on a tirade about their lousy service, selling things that aren't in inventory & delayed response to not only messages, but disputes where evidence is presented clearly showing their error.

when my orders are fulfilled by @heavengifts, I'll not be using them in the future, even if it means paying a little more or not getting a specific color (not that ordering a color from them makes a difference as to what is sent, obviously)

Curious to see if anyone else has had any issues with this company on AliExpress?

@Heaven Gifts has a rep here- maybe PM them with your problem- maybe they can help you?
That is terrible that you have all these problems with this company.
I have used Ali Express in the past, but not with Heaven Gifts on Ali Express
I have ordered from Heaven Gifts on their site though with no problems.

I've ordered from HG on Ali. After which I seen that while in stock on Ali, the item was not in stock at HG. Needless to say, it took 2 weeks for the item to move in tracking, and another 3 to get to me here in the states.
When I asked the rep here to maybe take a look at it, they just said they would let the colleague over the Ali sales know. Never heard from them.

they have a direct site as well? maybe it’s aliexpress itself

It's crazy that it takes so long to ship something but when I won the revenger kit from one of the VU challenge I had my mod in 4 days after they sent me an email with tracking. 4 days. They used DHL so not sure if that makes a difference. But 4 days. But I imagine all China posts look like the video running around of the Chinese mail mountain
