ElementVape Slow Processing?

Hey all, I ordered a Smok Trinity Alpha and a couple flavors from ElementVape on the 16th, and my order is still Processing. I went with the free shipping, but I'm surprised it hasn't at least shipped yet. I sent them an email earlier to inquire about my order status and so far, nothing :/

I'm just wondering if this is normal, or if anyone has contact info for them. Thanks!

I ordered from them last week and never got a shipping email. My package just showed up one day. Different situation than yours but maybe they're having some shipping or software issues.

Thanks for replying :) how long did it take to get your order and did you use free or priority shipping?

Odd, I should have my stuff then lol. I checked my credit card and they charged me on the 17th. There's a phone number on the credit card transaction, I might try that .
