I actually think that's a better idea than putting speakers in your mod like Wismec did. Or dancing lights like Smoant

Omg, that is THE worst idea ever. I wonder if anyone would fess up to buying that. It looks horrible in the ad, anyways. I mean Wismec’s musical mod. I missed the lighted one. Holy Toledo, who gets paid to think this shit up?

You’re so right. I said it as a joke! I really learned nothing applicable to RL there, unfortunately.
I actually think that College can sometimes distance one more from RL than draw you closer.

Btw I went to Tech school but have 2 sisters and some other close family members that teach at colleges.

My dh didn’t go, either. But he went to military HS. He’s way smarter than me about RL common sense stuff.

It distanced me alright, like not knowing how to handle money etc.

Basic living skills is something that I think HS students should have to take every year.
And pass to graduate.
Money handling, credit, dealing with health insurance, mortgage, resume and job interviews, a bit of dealing with babies, etc.

I would have hated it at the time but would have appreciated it later on. I didn’t even know how to cook when we got married!

Yep most would hate it but if a requirement...
And I think enough would sink in to help most people later.

Your man loves you, probably a lot more than you know or will ever admit.

Kid you not WV wife wanted ads "must have butter knife and know it's the one I don't put in a dish drain, must cook, clean, run a tractor, be able to help avoid revenuers, she can look how she want".

A butter knife to a hillbilly is a chainsaw.

He still does love me! I blew up a toaster oven in our first pad. It was funny, but uncool with the neighbors at 2am. So he basically showed me how to cook.

Husband wanted ads, wow. I forgot ppl did that.

Hope everything’s cool in WV. My dh had a friend in Harlan, not far from a place called Stickleyville. They ran shine and other stuff there.

As cool as it can be. :) Had one of those events where you walk in and the room rains on you. I think you modern types call them showers. I forgot how potent those can be against a monster. *chuckles*

Then, sat and decided I'd pop a "Damn It All" (tramadol). Mainly because in getting cleaned up the back started having fits. Not sure if is one thing or the other. I do not care to use opioid for pain medicine but at the moment it's the strongest at hand, and yes I've pushed too much against the pain. It started winning by using a sleeper hold. Fucker never fights fair.

We're up around Ripley which about midway twixt Charleston & Parkersburg, blink and you can miss Ripley. Me & wife are a bit South / South-East of Ripley, in an area known as Fairplain. Not sure if y'ouins know about Cedar Lakes or not. We ain't too fer from that. Reckon I could walk over to it if I took a notion. It's oh, bout two or three miles away crow flying. Then walk through Cedar Lakes and o' a few hills and back to where we did live another 2/3 mile.

I missed the avoid revenuers part, but knew there was some reason I brought up the Harlan folks. They apparently had a still and liked their own stuff a lot frozen. Basically a nice family involved in semi illegal stuff and driving.
So just walk over the lake s few miles, huh. :)

Yep, yep, yep walking over water is nothing, I tell ya. ;) :)

Might fare better following deer runs though, that is if you don't get killed trying to follow them. You wouldn't think deer as fleet footed as goats. Big surprise.

Yes. When I first come into WV, would go out for little walk abouts round hills, woods. I would stumble over stills. On a few occasion had guns pointed toward my direction. Politely asked for three steps, promised to forget. Usually I got told as punishment I was nominated as tester. "Sip ya a thimble, see'in it need what?" And it was no joking matter.

I would run across *ahem* plantations as well, not as many though. Fortunately, folks just want left alone and I'm honest enough to forget where stuff is found. So yes, I know there are all kinds of runners around our area. Our local LEO's recently pulled in a big crop bust along with some powder, money, money, money. I kind of figure they used an informant, got a good mind who too. But it's not anything that concerns me. Figure what them needs know, already do.

You can drink that shine frozen and it still burns your lips! I’m not sure why they still make it nowadays. :smh:
Howdy to the family down there.

 Howdy back family. Apologies if I'm a little short worded this morning. Happy to say Alister Black won. Reckon that's good. Woke up with left side hurting in kidney area. Go Wednesday to Parkersburg to see the pee doctor, figure out a plan. If I can make it until then. Might have to go out of sync a little.

What a relief, I'm so glad I just found this thread so I could see that everyone thinks this watch is as ridiculous as I do! :D

In fact everyone does not. No this is not for me, lol. Only pod I use is the rebuildable Pasito. However, my wife loves the watch and she has four other pod systems.

I get it. It is gimicky. So are stabwood mods and 300 dollar RTAs. Let's at least be honest. Every company keeps coming out with the next best device, lol. You don't like the watch then don't buy it.

Around these parts the vape game has dramatically changed (Toronto, Canada). Teo years ago Purge mods were hot. Three years ago everyone wanted a stabwood mod. A year ago squonks were king. In between we had a billet box craze and a high end RTA craze.

Now a days pods are ruling the market. It is what it is. I still like billets, squonks, tube mechs and now my bantams.

Okay it has been over a year. Now I have seen many of these in use. Also a few have come through our hardware section. I think you may have $10 to collect.

I almost bought one the other day in the shop... just because of the novelty. :D

I think @jwill had one and said it wasn't nearly as useless as he thought it would be.
