Not if it's only nic being added to the same bottle without any additional PG or VG.
But adding just a nicotine solution of all VG to a 70% PG and 30 % VG I'd need to dilute down the nicotine solution to get it "in line" with the lower nicotine juice. That then, may ruin the flavor of the juice, make it better or worse. *chuckles* Which might lead to asking 'what the fuck would you care?" And my response would be "exactly, so I can just go on vaping my own diy, save my money and find a free recipe online that might approximate the juice flavor that company makes that can be adjusted to 18 mg nicotine." To which there's likely a lot of head shaking given in reply, maybe some stern sighs and possibly a "boy, what are we going to do with you?" Then, I'll shrug and go keep on keeping on.
Also I might want to scuff out all these lines that keep on lining up around here.

If you want to go for 18mg, and the juice already has 6mg in it, then you'd want to calculate how much nic you need to add to make a bottle of the size you have that contains 12mg nic, then add that much nic to it (after you make room in the bottle). That isn't exact, but it's close enough for gov't work.
Example, when I was vaping 6mg juice that was mixed using 100mg 50/50 nic, it took 2.07 gms of 100mg nic for 30 ml of juice. So I could have added 12mg EXTRA nic by adding another 4.14 gms.
Regardless of what your nic base is, if you use 100mg nic, that just plain isn't enough VG or PG to make a big difference in the overall ratio of your juice, and has only a tiny effect on the flavor.

I would never add straight nic to your tank. It should always be added in a bottle with VG/PG.
If you are trying to increase the nic level... you would add the amount of nic needed to make that size bottle in the mg nic you are trying to achieve. You'll need a liquid combining calculator for this one... https://ecigvape.com/e-liquid-combining-calculator
For example your nic is 100mg/100%PG, you have a 100ml bottle of 3mg/70vg, and would like it to be 9mg...
you'll have to play with the ml amount of nic until the overall amount you want is reached. In this case it would take 6.7mls of 100mg nic to turn your 3mg bottle into a 9.09mg bottle.
If you are just mixing two bottles of same juice that have different nic levels... for example
6mg + 12mg You add the 2 amounts then divide in half... this mix would = 9mg of nic.

Cool. I'll need to recall this and start using the 100 mg base juice. That means I need to go through another whole 1 L of 18 mg juice though. *chuckles* That darn demon of convenience likes tripping us all up. I just figured keep it simple to what I use, knew there was this one reason I ought to have got 100 mg. Guess my train got derailed.
Yes, I've mixed with 100 mg before. Did it when wife's BIL had his big old leap into figuring out if he was going to run a juice/vape shop or not. Yes, i know where gloves and be extremely careful, wash hands like a surgeon which I already do anyway.

No, I bought a lot of different nic strength pre-made juice when I was first quitting. The urge is kicking in again after using 6mg for a while, so I started upping the nic in my tanks while vaping, but it wasn’t always great.
Like my body got used to 6mg, but wondered what happened to the cigs? I quit March 27, so I thought I was done with this!

In the few days I’ve been here, it’s seemed friendlier. You dual forum, I guess? The things I didn’t like there were prolly personality dislikes with certain members and the somewhat restrictive attitude towards what you can say.

And a lot of the time I forget to put any emoticons after my comments, which usually have a bit of irony. (Dh rolls eyes)

It would seem that place has gone to hell. Use to be pretty awesome way back in the day. Then became moderated by folks with a power trip. Now there's little moderation. If you haven't been a member since before 2015, you can't access the classifieds. New vapers get misinformation or get ragged on for buying the "wrong" setup. I recently saw someone argue a guy bought a crap atty that will never work. Others piled on. Funny, it's a very popular atty. Fearmongering galore "You can't use that wire unless you're in TC", false, or the you bought the "wrong batteries and will cause an explosion" to the girl who bought protected batteries and is using them on a very low power device @ 10w. She's likely pulling less than 5A.
I still try to help there when I can and like to keep up with a few who started vaping when I did. Some from this forum have figured out my user name over there I believe. lol

I think ECF is sporadically moderated now. One guy posted porn which surprised me a lot. (Didn’t seem the type to go off the rails like that.) Not sure what started it but I think he was telling someone to fuck off with it. Bad choice, though. So yeah, he moved on.
Advice to newbies is dicey, depends on who responds. Same here probably. But when it gets into geeky arguments about RDAs or MTL vs DL tanks, the OP doesn’t benefit. They want help quitting!! But they helped me quit, so mad props as they say.

Actually subconsciousness is a valid excuse to murder. Ooops, damn there goes my alibi.
But actually, having faced some mental health issues here, can speak to a dislike of subconsciousness causing problems. While on a particular medication I disassociated during sleep and woke up as a different person, still asleep myself but awake as someone else. Needless to say I contacted the doctor right away who agreed that was not what was intended and he took me off of it right then.
I'm doing "okay" now. I still wrestle with some anhedonia. I've also learned acceptance of it as being something I need to work at all my life. It's due in part to a medical issue. My brain didn't get wired quite properly. Also lack a sense of smell. Still an excellent tracker using other senses.
Yes, I do agree. Whereas over here we've all become something like family. We all seem to understand the world can often tell you "fuck you." We smile back and tell the world, "go fuck yourself." We do so because it at least means we still care enough to hope the world can love itself in order to fuck itself. We might often say it to one another too, as recognition of this deep caring we all seem to harbor. In our context it's not a nasty thing to say to each other. Rather it helps us remember, we survive.

I read an update on their Deeming Regs thread this week, and it seems that juice bottles are going to have to be child proofed soon. Could be really problematic for small companies. I was surprised to hear it. Did you see it there?

I hate those child proof caps too- My hubby has to take them off for me or I have to use a knife to break the seals on those.
