Eightvape Shipping Issues

I would like to let this community know about the last 3 times I have purchased from eightvape.com. I have never experienced the problems I have had to deal with when ordering from this company. My first 2 orders were fine, but on each of my last 3 orders, after 3 working days after placing my order I have had to contact them several times because my orders had not been shipped. What really bothers me is on each of those occasions they had an excuse that they were in the process of changing something. Same excuses each time. I order from them because they have good prices and I spend quite a bit. They will eventually ship but be prepared to wait 5 days to have your order shipped. I contact there customer service and go round and round telling them I need my order yet, instead of making me happy and saying we will get it out right away, I get excuse after excuse until this time I told them cancel and refund my money. I ordered several coils because I need them and now after all this time I have to order from someone else and it will be another 2 days and 3 days off shipping time. When I ordered I had 1 more good coil. This pisses me if when a company just doesn't care.

Last time I ordered from them I made a mistake and ordered a 26650 battery instead of a 20700. I opened a customer service ticket almost immediately, asking them to cancel the 26650 item. They did not have a 20700 that I wanted.

Two days later I got a shipping notice, THEN later received a nonsense reply to my customer service case, at which time I pretty much knew they had shipped me that 26650 battery. Sure enough, they did.

They're fast when you need them to be slow, and slow when they need to be fast.
 
I'm pissed... It's now been 5 days and it's still not shipped. When I call they never answer and when I message I'm now being ignored. I'm notifying my bank and filling fraud charges. I'll never buy from them again

They did the same thing to me. Placed an order late on a Friday, asked to cancel less than 10min after placing the order, they had it shipped and out the door in under an hour lmao!

I think there are alot of stores that grow in popularity and struggle to keep up with demand. These stores seem to have the lowest prices, run sales often, and get slammed with orders. That's just my theory. A solution to my theory is to hire more/better help. Get trained people.

I've ordered from Eightvape a ton this past year. I've had to wait a few days a couple of times but I didn't care. The stuff I bought was crazy low on price and always arrived. Out of maybe 15 orders or so I only had one problem. Which didn't even turn out to be one. I ordered a roll of clapton wire in a large order, and got sent twisted clapton instead. I used some and it's great.

At the begining they shipped super fast. Like BullCity speed. Then a few months later it took a day or so to get sent. Towards the holidays they took a little longer but I expected it.

I ordered two rtas the 22nd, arrived the 25th. I've not had any issues with eightvape. Late shipping may be due to unexpected oos for an item.

BTW the poly-carbonate bubble on the gear shows no signs of crazing.

I placed an order with eightvape last Friday and one of the items was out of stock. Yesterday one of their employees texted me personally on his own cell phone and offered me some options.

He apologized for the delay, and asked me what I wanted to do. I told him to replace the RDA that I had ordered which was a desire mad dog V2, with a dead rabbit RDA, just because I've never had one and I would pay the difference.

He told me he would change the order and not to worry about the difference and apologized again for the delay and the order shipped a few hours later.

Of course this is one person's experience, but you have to give them credit for trying to step it up in the wake of some complaints and bad press that they are themselves acknowledging.

I told him I would report this experience online.

My experience with EightVape was an immediate Confirmation, then an email when it shipped and one when it was out for delivery. Are you sure you were on the legitimate site @Jrclego98 ?

I will attach a picture of the site I was on. It was one of the first sites to come up when I was searching for VooPoo Vinci sale on Google.

I just recently ordered from EightVape for the first time. Placed my order early Saturday (before noon 1/11/20) and have yet to receive an email to even verify the order. It's Monday (1/13/20) and I haven't heard anything about my order. I emailed their support team about it and they said that if I had not received a confirmation email the order was not placed. Did you log into your account at eightvape and see if it went through?
I've been ordering from eightvape for a couple years and other than slow fulfillment occasionally never a problem. That being said I don't wait to order when I need something, prefer to order ahead of the "need" from any site I use.

I will attach a picture of the site I was on. It was one of the first sites to come up when I was searching for VooPoo Vinci sale on Google.
That's the right front page of the eightvape I order from. Can't help more as I've not needed cs from there. Did you order during the big sale? If so the order may not have gone through due to traffic. Log onto your account there.

My last order was on 11/28 and delivered on 12/2. If they say they have No Record then I would contact the Credit Card or whatever you used to pay and see what the charge was. No confirmation means it didn't go through IMO. Good Luck~!

And for the person that said check with CC company, the charge came through as 'WWW.EIGHTVAPE.COM LAS VEG' for $28.90. It charged the correct amount for it. Just don't know what went wrong.

Did you check with your CC to see if it was actually charged? Sounds like it did not go through.

They told him they have no record of an order so next step is to see if payment was charged.

It's been several months, but he was able to answer every question I had.

I am not questioning you because CS already told Jr there is no record of an order so I think he needs to check with his CC company because he is saying he was charged but how does he know? I would be checking with them not assuming a charge went through because he thinks he placed on order.

Just cancel the charges then, you don't have an order # for proof. Not your fault but you can't ask the company to find an order that doesn't exist on their side. Try creating an account with the same info you used originally; if the site tells you the account already exists screen shot it and contact eightvape. Since the charges went through they may let you resubmit the order.

actually, looking back at the text conversations, just before Christmas he told me that they were having problems with their online pos database. That came about because I had an order delivered that never even showed as fulfilled on their site. Maybe this is related somehow.

I had a charge on my bank account. I quoted it in my post. I am going to them to cancel it soon.

Oh Sorry I did not see that~! Well then my suggestion now is to try what @gsmit1 said and Text this person or maybe text and ask to speak with him directly? Again Good Luck with this but I honestly wouldn't worry about EightVape. If they charged you, then I will bet they will fulfill the order.

I've never had a serious problem with them. The Mad Dog v2 I ordered was out of stock a while back and this guy set me up with a Dead Rabbit instead even though it was $3 more and didn't charge me the difference.

I've had 10 mistake free orders from Eightvape, most coming within a week. Although they clearly had a problem with order entry right around Christmas Eve, my orders from the 25th, 26th and 30th all arrived pretty quickly, with the 25th order taking the longest - nine days. It seems those who had problems are eventually getting their orders filled and refunds for out of stock items.

If they have another blowout deal I'll be ordering again.

They are very good as long as nothing gets fucked up, then they are very slow to fix the problem. Only happened to me once but left a bad taste in my mouth since then...

I guess I will have to experience a problem to think otherwise. In all the years I have been vaping never had an instance where a problem wasn't taken care of promptly and to my benefit in the end. YMMV

Even FT was not what I thought it would be with all the bad things I have heard. But they had the deal I couldn't pass up and it wasn't like the Memes I have posted.

At least with Ft you don't expect it quickly, so It is a nice surprise when it shows up...

My last order from EightVape like I said was ordered on Thanksgiving and it shipped over the weekend and I got it on the next Monday. This is why I can't even fathom when people have a problem with them.

that's when I had a problem with them... took a month to straighten it out. Ordered from them a month later and realized they still owed me a refund from the previous order. If I had not posted on their FB I still would not have it. They had promised it would post in 3-4 days a month earlier...Other than that all my other orders were fine but now I watch them very carefully.

I watch all online transactions closely and keep up on things. But they did right in the end for you so you still order from them. I hope @Jrclego98 gets it straightened out and gives us an update soon~! Hoping for the Best Outcome possible for him.

It is the only real problem Ive had with an online vendor, had they communicated with me it would not have been a problem...

This happened to me at I Vape Supply. I ordered, got confirmation email, but the order # and items didn't show up on my account. I asked them to check, and there was no record. My card was charged over $100 for nothing because of a site glitch.

I got a hold of the right person after hounding them for a week. He refunded my card along with over a hundred other customers. Site traffic boomed over night because of a Cheap Vaping site promoted it. Their site wasn't equipped to handle all the orders coming in.

Same happened to me with them but sent an email and they refunded my money immediately. Unfortunately the item I wanted was oos by then. Most have good luck and I would order again if they had something I wanted.

Their shipping times have been a little slower recently. Orders that normally went out in ~36 hours seem to take 48-72 hours now. But I'm fine with that considering their pricing :)

I can put up with quite bit to get a brand new Drone for under 50 bucks shipped. Or Trinity alpha pods for a penny each. Or a baby/big baby beast rba deck for 2 bucks.
