I already know Corona is in my bloodstream, no need to test for that ;) No, I have an extreme Vit D deficiency, gave me some stuff to try to boost it, just rechecking levels.

I'm chronically deficient in D, because I suck at taking my supplements. Just want to tell you that it can take longer than you expect to build levels back up once they get really low. So don't be too concerned if they don't bounce right back.

I wonder if I’m heading that way. I stay out of the sun all the time. I wonder what Vitamin D I should get.

Thanks. Just going by orders, so we shall see I guess. 50,000 CU 3 times a week for 2 weeks, 20,000 a day for 1 week, 10,000 a day for 2 weeks. I believe my level was a 7. Think they want at least a 25? Not sure on those though.......

If your doc prescribes drinkable vitamin D ampules, you might want to consider asking your pharmacist for the gel caps equivalent because the drinkable oily type stuff really tastes like shit TBH. Also try to spend more of your time going outside in the daylight because taking vitamin D supplements alone doesn't provide enough treatment for chronical vitamin D deficiency.

Don't decide on your own, let your doc take a blood sample if you're not feeling well... my doc prescribed drinkable ampules 25000 U.I. from the brand named D‐CURE® by SMB Laboratories SA, Brussels, Belgium. My pharmacist suggested to grab the hard capsules equivalent instead, 25000 I.E. from the same brand, same vitamins, minus the shit taste that wrecks your vape experience. :blech:

I worked 3rd shift for about 10 years, they feel that has a lot to do with it.

Thanks, I should prolly go have a check up anyways. I was really sick around December with some flu thing. I’m still not 100% okay. Mostly, but not completely.

I took this liquid stuff called Floradix last month which helped, but it’s made in Germany and was shipped from the UK. Not really local!
500ml lasted 3 weeks! But it helped while I took it. It’s vitamins like iron and B’s, plus some herbs.

I didn’t even realize it was a BF. They look nice together. Very matchy!

Thanks! I think that combo is going to stay together for a while, they look sharp and getting a great vape. Dual triple core fused claptons at about .14 ohms, 410F great flavor!

The one thing about the Kali, the top bell cap spins free around the base. I like when there is a notch that catches it into place like the Axial and other RDAs I have. But no matter, still a great atty!

Now that the mayor of NYC, Bill de Blasio, tried to blame the Corona virus on vaping, just remember to keep the drinkable vitamin D oil out of your vape because... well, you get the picture. :(

Did you build those yourself? I’d think it would be pretty hard. But I only use plug n play, so I don’t know.

I got the triple core fused from Advanced Vape Supply, and wound the wire around my jig. I didn't build the wire from scratch

That Flora stuff is a tincture, it might explode if I vaped it!! Lol

De Blasio is such a hypocritical dumbass. We even had Bloomberg as our Mayor too. All the winners and they all hate vaping. They’d really prefer for us to smoke, even if they support that tobacco free nonsense. :teehee:

That coil jigging thing is kind of intimidating. But with our mayor wanting to ban vaping and Deeming coming up, I’ll be trying rebuildable tanks out.

It seems daunting at first.. once you get the hang of it, it's cake! Tons of videos online to show you how.

Believe me, six months ago I wouldn’t have considered it. But I’d like to keep vaping, no matter what.

Get yourself a toolkit and a roll of cheap wire on Amazon, Master Wire Supply sells 100 foot spools of plain SS wire for under $10, and practice. Even if you waste 10 feet of wire, you'll have plenty left!

I bought a bunch of RDAs during Christmas and after on sale, so I have about 10 now. I also bought some Geek Vape pre made coils on sale, but I should get some wire. I did get a Coilmaster Kit, too. Now that I’m used to mixing diy juice, the next big thing will be figuring out coil building!

I know. Last year we also had two vaping related deaths here in Belgium, and we had a summit here not too long ago that was also highly dominated by anti-science nazis who fail to acknowledge the visible fact our current regulations have been stifling the switch from smoking to vaping in ways that have been being disastrous to our public health over the past couple of years.

This particular "non-matched" combination looks pretty badass so I really can't fault it TBH. I actually doubt the 24mm will look better on this mod... probably to the contrary IMO.
The more I look at it, the 22 does look pretty sweet. More importantly, it vapes awesome too. :D Maybe I'll grab a brass 24 at some point, but I think I'm happy for now.

I was always under the impression that things were cooler or smarter in Europe. Depressing to hear about Belgium like that. Didn’t you say a while back that you’d have to go to a neighboring country for vape gear?
When I was growing up it felt like NY was a great place to live. Like you could basically do what you wanted, as long as you played it cool. I’m not sure how things changed, but we got people like Giuliani as Mayor. All that tough on crime stuff. :blech:

I have the Coil Master V3 Kit, but I never use anything that's in it excepting only the ceramic tip tweezers and the pincers, both of which I could easily have gotten elsewhere... all the rest is just bloat and/or it's junk so I ended up buying better quality replacements for the ohms reader, the side cutters, the scissors, the screwdrivers, and also the coil tool because I never use simple round wire builds so it's useless to me. There's not even a cotton hook tool included with this kit, just a small packet of mediocre cotton pads instead. :p

Are you jigging your own coils? Or however you say it! I bought the kit from a VU member and I never really opened it. I knew I wanted to have it, but that I wasn’t ready to jump into it yet.
But I proved to myself that I could mix juice, so I guess building or dropping coils in won’t be that hard either. It just seems sorta mysterious.

Vape gear is available here, but finding all the nicest stuff tends to be a huge problem unless you are the knowledgeable and experienced, self-educating analytical problem-solving pragmatist type of seasoned... err... well, gangster.

I only build complex coils, using a cordless drill and a 3D printed swivel tool that has replaced my fishing swivels. So the first stage is to build the complex strand by using a variety of different round wire sizes and optional ribbon wire, instead of merely buying a spool of premade complex wire like the ones from Geekvape... the second and final stage is to wrap this strand around a coil tool (see the pic below) or screwdriver.

First it sounded like you. But I’m not sure if gangster is you so much. :giggle: But who knows, you do have a two foot long mech!

So you make those ones with wires wrapped in different directions? It’s hard to describe in words.
That jig (pointy thing) looks like a knitting needle almost.
