One Article Two Parts:):):):)

Dear JimI

We’re all in the midst of an epochal, civilization-level shift that is challenging us individually and collectively to our cores. This is making it exceedingly difficult to focus on the positive. But I'm going to try -- after speaking candidly about what I think is going on.

I’m someone, as you probably know, who has a platform -- GreenMedInfo -- which has both been promoting the science of natural healing, as well as shedding light on the dark side of pharmaceuticals and the industry driving them, for the past decade.

Over the years, we’ve had an incredible amount of support, as well as push back, including attempts to de-platform us in March of 2019. At the time, it was our work on health rights advocacies and on pointing out the lack of safety and effectiveness research on increasingly coerced or mandated vaccination, that resulted in us being banned from social media sites like Pinterest, shut down through our email platform Mailchimp (a CDC partner), and then delisted from Google.

Back then, it would have been far easier to label us “conspiracy theorists” simply for pointing out the open-source data showing there was a global agenda to mandate vaccination. And now, sadly, we are all seeing this agenda unfold in front of our eyes, everywhere -- with Bill Gates himself announcing that we should prepare to stay on perpetual lockdown until one of the seven vaccine companies he is investing billions into has a vaccine ready to “save us." Gates also suggests that we would need a digital certificate to prove we are "immune" post-vaccination, lest we prevented from returning to work or traveling.

What’s most disturbing to me is not that this sort of thing is happening, rather, that so few seem to be resisting the mainstream narrative being fire-hosed 24/7. Billions of humans “sheltering in place” over a virus that was never properly identified, is not being accurately tested, nor is required by the US government or WHO to be virus tested, but only “suspected” to have been the cause of death to be officially recorded on death certificates, which fan the media flames of the already hysterical fatality statistics.

As this highly dubious and synthetic body count piles up (remember: "there are liars, damn liars, and then there are statisticians"), and powerful financial and global governance institutions the world over capitalize on this narrative, our former lives, and freedoms, fade further and further away into the past.

In the interest of breaking free from the disabling complacency all around us, I think it's time we all speak truthfully about the reality: this is not a classical pandemic, but a "plan-demic," i.e. this event was premeditated and serves agendas far beyond simply protecting the public health. While the truth (documented in better detail below) can be disturbing, at this point, we have nothing more to lose (we are on global house arrest). And as I said in my last personal note, I think you are more than strong enough to handle it (many of you have known this already anyway), and the truth will set us all free, in a situation where near-universal deception is the reason why we are presently in global lockdown.

Whether a biological weapon, or naturally occurring virus, or not a virus at all (but an epidemic of false testing), this crisis is being us as an opportunity to accelerate a number of agendas which stand in direct opposition to your sovereignty, well-being, ability to make a living, and your basic human and civil rights, and have been, in some cases, decades in the making.

If you want to catch up with the actual subtext of what the media and government agencies are spinning, watch these two videos (there are dozens more out there):

1) Medical Martial Law 2020 [1:09 hours] by James Corbett

2) Henry Kissinger & Bill Gates Call For Mass Vaccination & Global Governance [42 mins] by Spiro Skouras

I encourage you to do your own research, as always. Google the following things, especially if you have any significant doubt that there is more to the story than just a “deadly virus" running amok:

1) Event 201

2) Rockefeller’s Lockstep from 2010

3) Coronavirus vaccine patent US10130701B2

4) CDC Quarantine Program Job ID HHS-CDC-D3-20-10640010

Part Two:):):):)

I'm confident that, knowing this, you will start to connect the dots, of which there are hundreds more.

The question, of course, is what can we do about this? What if the threat is manufactured (or at least profoundly inflated beyond what even Fauci recently wrote in his NEJM editorial is similar to the seasonal flu)? Clearly, if leaving one’s home without permission is now a crime, and because a national emergency has been declared, you have no right to due process, it is a risky thing to act as if this is NOT as dangerous as everyone around you may be saying.

Many are afraid they’ll be reported by neighbors for violating the orders. There are also the newly granted powers many governments around the world have given themselves to use cell phone data to track our movements and contacts via the GPS function (which still functions when your phone is on airplane mode or powered down).

I don’t have all the answers right now. But I’m in the same boat as you; we're all in this together. What I am doing, is collecting your survey feedback via our partners at Stand For Health Freedom, to work on a campaign to raise awareness and create a digitally scalable action, intended to stand up for your basic rights, which, I believe, should include your right to conduct your business and make a living without the threat of imprisonment while others have the right to continue to self-quarantine (as long as it is not mandated for everyone under the false promise that this is an effective health policy applied through the Constitutionally protected least restrictive means possible).

Finally, if you want to take positive action, I invite you to join me in my upcoming reading and discussion club for REGENERATE: Unlocking Your Body's Radical Resilience through the New Biology. This book was literally written for this time, as it shows you how to both know and access the incredible resilience deep within your body, heart, and mind, and helps you resist patently false ideologies based on outdated medical beliefs and concepts that are presently being weaponized against us. If you are interested, get a hold of or keep reading the book, and you’ll get an email in a week or so, inviting you to participate, which will include a livestream component with Q and A’s.

Sending you my best regards!

How The Virus Spreads
The spread of the virus is mostly from your hands to your face (eyes, nose, mouth). In order for an aerosolized infection to occur, they believe you need to be in sustained contact in infected air (confined space) for 15-30 minutes. This means CLOSE contact with someone who is infected with the virus-touching someone, or spending 15 minutes or more in conversation with someone in close proximity (a few feet away).

This is why CDC is now recommending covering your face. This is mainly to keep you from touching your face and spreading the virus.

If not wearing a mask (and I encourage my patients to do so!) and out in public, don’t touch your face, eyes, nose, or mouth. Wash your hands repeatedly when you are outside the house!

The vast amount of transmission is via family and close friends not through casual contacts.

Please keep in mind that those who are infected are most contagious in the first few days they have the virus. And that most carriers won’t have any symptoms to alert you or them that they are in fact contagious! The BEST advice is if you can stay home!

Unless an infected person coughs, sneezes or touches you, you won’t catch the virus. Passing someone in the store, or walking by on the street won’t cause you to get the virus. Yes if needed you can go out if you take preventative measures. However, once again I’m advising my patients not to go out if at all possible. The next few weeks will most likely be the apex for most cities and states.

Stay calm but aware!
Carry hand sanitizer with you and wash your hands repeatedly after touching any surface. Wash your hands after putting up your groceries, touching the gas pump, using a shopping cart, etc.

After you touch something, you clean your hands. Always know where your hands are. Washing your hands will most likely prevent 99% of the spread of the virus.

What You Should Know If You Get Sick
If you get sick (and the overwhelming majority of you will not) you’ll most likely have a fever, body aches, cough, and fatigue. These symptoms generally last a week or more. Isolate yourself from your family. (Avoid sustained contact…) Have the sick person in a separate room. If you have to be in contact with them – wash your hands, put on a mask, wash everything you touch.

Do not use NSAIDs like Ibuprofen. These over the counter medicines can make the virus worse. Instead use Tylenol or acetaminophen.

If you become short of breath and feel like it is getting worse, go to the hospital.

Otherwise, STAY HOME! You don’t won’t to get exposed to more infected folks.

About 10% people with COVID-19 get short of breath and need to go to the hospital (10% of all infected). Of those who need to be in a hospital, 1-3% end up on a ventilator. The overwhelming majority come off the ventilator 7-10 days later.

With exception of ages 0-14, anyone, including teenagers and young adults, do get the virus! And they too, if in the 1-3% are being put on ventilators as well.

I have used a couple, Organix and Dr Axe has a good detox, but the one that works the best for me and many others is a homemade remedy of:

1 & 1/2 oz. of extra virgin olive oil (High Quality)
Juice from half of a lemon (organic)
A heavy as you can stand pinch of cayenne pepper.
mixed with 4 oz of warm water
a dab of Organic backstrap or honey to help the taste.

Also take milk thistle with it

drink this every morning for 20 days with the milk thistle and it will clean a load toxins out;)

This is a good even gentle detox that does a great job, kinda just have to gulp it down quick before you taste it

Social distancing is also dropping flu deaths a lot. And other communicable diseases as well I suspect.
And also driving related death as much less driving now.

Wow Jimi

Not even sure where to start. Going on week 3 of social distancing/quarantine life and have had all sorts of emotions bubble up.

This virus has done a fantastic job at bringing to the surface everything that has NOT been working but I have been conveniently ignoring.

Basically in a nutshell, the things I was struggling with before coronavirus are the same things I am now….just amplified.

I am seeing this on a global scale as well.

We are getting powerful feedback that our society is sick and unhealthy…..and it’s getting amplified.

This opportunistic bugger aka CODIV19 has figured out our weakness…..stress and inflammation.

And if that doesn’t define modern people, I don’t know what does!

Here’s the thing Jimi, the virus needs a weak host. The weaker the host, the better.

This is why you are seeing those with pre-existing conditions, elderly, or those that are immune compromised being high risk. They have weaker constitutions and higher levels of inflammation.

The way that the virus targets weak hosts is looking to see if Ace 2 receptors have been activated in the body.

The ace 2 receptor is a protective part of the immune system that gets expressed when there is damage to tissues (such as gut, lungs, arteries).

As I have been expressing for awhile....autoimmunity is a spectrum. Inflammation is a spectrum. There are more people that have been deemed "healthy" by western lab work that are being affected because they actually have high levels of inflammation.

A few signs that you have inflammation could be: gas & bloating, hormonal imbalances, hypothyroidism, pain, skin disorders, allergies, asthma, brain fog, anxiety, depression, high blood sugar, or headaches.

This is a wake up call.

It’s no longer optional to prioritize your health.

This virus will pass eventually, but there will be another one.

The question comes down to whether or not you using this alarming wake up call to wake up to your dreams, to choose life…...or if you’re going to go back to sleep and likely be in the same position next time around.

Yep in vitro, not in humans yet but trials are underway.
Just watched a Med Cram video on this.

Hopeful but it seems that hydrochloroquinine also performed far better in vitro than in actual humans.
Unfortunately.

Medical experts/the industry is working hard to fight the virus but are working largely blind at this point as not much is known on how to fight the virus.
Knowledge and procedures unfortunately take time to develop while they are fighting the virus as best that they know how full bore.
Kinda like working on draining the swamp while the gators and snakes are chewing on you.

How to Die Without Regrets with Ben Nemtin

No one wants to die with regrets—but we have the chance to do something about that. Thinking about what we really want out of life now can help us fulfill our dreams and avoid that heartbreaking scenario later on.

We can learn from others’ experiences to be more prepared. 76% of deathbed regrets come down to one thing: living life according to someone else’s vision. We have to dial-in our ultimate goals and live the life we want for ourselves, even if it’s not what our loved ones would choose for us.

This week on The Broken Brain Podcast, Dhru talks to Ben Nemtin about redefining the concept of a bucket list and living a fulfilling life. Ben Nemtim is the #1 New York Times bestselling author of What Do You Want to Do Before You Die? and a star of MTV’s highest-rated show ever on iTunes and Amazon called The Buried Life. As the co-founder of The Buried Life movement, Ben’s message of radical possibility has been featured on The Today Show, The Oprah Winfrey Show, CNN, FOX, and NBC News. President Obama called Ben and The Buried Life movement an “inspiration for a new generation” and Oprah declared their mission “truly inspiring.”

They kick off their conversation with Ben’s personal story of facing anxiety and depression. He had been on the national rugby team with a scholarship, ready to start his first year of college. But, his fear of failure took him into a deep spiral and he found himself reassessing what it was he really wanted to do.

Ben’s struggle turned into some incredible projects, which he shares throughout his chat with Dhru. His mission to live a more fulfilled life not only helped him seek his own dreams, but he’s also been able to help so many others do the same. From playing basketball with President Obama to delivering pizzas to a homeless shelter, there are deeper meanings in the seemingly random goals we might set for ourselves. Ben and Dhru discuss why it’s important to give ourselves permission to dream and live life the way we want.

To really chase our dreams, we need to be surrounded by people who energize us and support us. Ben talks about cultivating friendships with people who inspired him and how they’ve played such an essential role in his journey. He also explains why a project or pursuit can be a success, even if it actually fails.

I know you’ll be as inspired by this episode as I was. I hope you’ll tune in.

Wishing you health and happiness,
Mark Hyman, MD
